Horrible service. Recruiters have no actual interest in the candidate and his or her job search. The request your time but are not honest with you about limited opportunities the have for candidates. Had 2 different recruiters and neither contacted with 1 opportunity in my field. They do not email or call clients to keep them up to date on job search. They simply don't care. Invest more time in getting to know your candidates and what they are actually looking for, understand the pains and challenges that job seekers go through and empathize with them. I do not recommend. Better off with a generic staffing agency if you are seriously looking for employment. You can do better on Monster or Indeed. read more

I had Torrey Munoz reach out to me on Linkedin and asked to schedule a phone call with me at 10:30am. I waited and waited for his call and nothing. I had sent him a message on Linkedin asking what was going on and I didnt get a response. I even saw on his Linkedin profile that he was "Active Now." No update on if he was going to be late or if he still wanted to connect. I work for a staffing agency and my goal is to always acknowledge anyone who calls my line. To be honest, the way I feel he just reached out to me to reach his metrics for the week. Word of advice for this company: I know its hard to keep up with every single candidate, but don't waste their time or at least acknowledge them or even let them know if you are running late or not interested in their profile. Like I said, I've worked at a staffing agency and people who are actively looking for a job, they aren't just a number for you to hit your metrics for the week. read more

Very unhelpful. This is a late review because I was busy trying to look for a job since this place was such a waste of time. I finished the application online then the next day I got a phone call from a very RUDE lady basically saying I am NOT qualified to even get a job through their agency. She said straight up that I needed more experience and that they can't help me. I was so dumbfounded and discouraged. To make things worse, I got another call from a different lady who was excited to talk to me and said she was very interested with my job experiences and that she wanted to help. I was so confused. I told her that some lady call me before and said she couldn't help me.. She sound confused and hung up and said she would call me back in 5 minutes. Never got a phone call back. I'm not even disappointment. I'm more shocked at how a agency can be so unprofessional.. don't waste your time with this agency. They just want to find people who can make them easy money. read more

Venus Solis is the best recruiter I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Seriously miracle worker. In this job search, I spoke with two other recruiters (different companies) who were terrible, just didn't really listen to me at all, and kept bringing me jobs I wasn't interested in at all! I wasn't really even planning to work with a recruiter initially but after Venus called I couldn't help it, she was so positive and made everything so easy! Venus listened to what I wanted and understood that I wanted to get out of my current industry. She didn't try to shove jobs I didn't want down my throat to get a placement. This was so important to me. I also took several months off after my last job and this was a non issue. Venus is a pro at presenting candidates to companies and goes above and beyond to show you in your very best light as a candidate. She also gives you all the info you would want to know in a company. Venus is bubbly, sharp as a tac, professional and personable! She made me feel like I was the only candidate she was working with, which is far from the case. Obviously. The day after I met with her she already had two awesome companies requesting interviews with me! One week after that ... she brought a company to me that was a little outside the box but it turned out to be a perfect fit!!! She is a true career match maker and was able to see a great opportunity for me even if I wouldn't have picked it myself. I'm excited to say that I have accepted a job offer today for the company Venus found for me. This job has great benefits, pay structure and the people are really nice. Finding a position during a pandemic is difficult; finding a good career opportunity during a pandemic is dang near impossible. When I sent my resume to Seattle Corporate Search, I admit that my hopes were not strong. I had the lotto winning luck of working with Cheryl France. She contacted me the same day I had sent my resume; her positivity and motivating attitude were absolutely needed. She took quite a bit of time discussing the finer details of my CV in order to understand in what capacity my skill set would be ideal, she coached me through interview questions, motivated me through this difficult process and secured me a wonderful position. She did such an amazing job of holding my hand through this but never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. From contact to SCS to offer acceptance was about a month. I will praise Seattle Corporate Search and Cheryl France for the rest of my days, if she is able to accomplish this during record setting unemployment rates, I can only imagine what she can do during standard times. I was unimpressed with this recruiting firm. They seek candidates out of their current positions through social media, LinkedIn and valid job boards and attempt to place you with any employer that will pay their ridiculous fees, based on what they negotiate for your income. Use caution to not be treated as a 2nd class citizen if they can't find an employer willing to work with them and match you. Just because they ask you to come in to meet with them face-to-face does not guarantee they will not judge you or find you the right position for you. It is obvious that the recruiters work based on quotas so they will try to jam you into what they can find on Craigslist for their commission. The work environment appeared to be like a call center dialing for dollars! I would be very careful about signing any type of agreement or contract for their representation because all they are doing is making sure their commission isn't compromised if you and the new employer don't work out! This is the first recruiting agency that I met with. Currently employed with a Bachelor's degree in Managment and the experience to support it; I was on the hunt for my "career". After reading reviews and researching I decided to make a trip into Seattle to meet with a recruiter. Cameron Murray was the recruiter that sat with me (In the middle of the office) where I listened to his colleagues bash other potential clients for their shortcomings and when they took other jobs that they didn't get paid for. Moved.forward with my chat with him. When I left that day back in June Cameron left off with "I'll be in touch. If you don't hear from me in a week or two please reach out!" I was referred to Seattle Corporate Search by a friend who had successfully used their services. She landed her dream career almost immediately and was really impressed with her recruiter. Upon her glowing recommendation, I called and was matched with a different recruiter. He asked basic qualification questions (previous position, desired salary range, etc), had me return an application and set up an interview in their new offices. The office was almost bare, comprised of open cubicles and despite the 2 empty conference rooms, the recruiters ushered me to two chairs in the middle of the floor. The "interview" took all of 2 minutes while he asked the exact same questions! After signing their contract, he assured me that he would start immediately and show me a range of positions that fit my sales background. That was over a month ago, and I never heard from him again.... read more

When I first knew that I was moving to Washington, I contacted a recruiter and I had a Skype interview later on. I was told I would hear from them once we arrived. I never did so I called them and got no response back. Luckily I found a job though another temp agency. Now almost 3 years later I'm looking for a job again. I gave them another chance by applying for a job they posted. I waited a few days and then I emailed the person for that particular position twice and still did not hear anything back. So then I called the person twice and still did not hear anything. I would highly recommend not going with this agency. Since then I went to another temp agency and found a job two days later. The response was "changing career paths is not something we generally can help with as our employers invest a substantial fee to have us refer candidates with similar experience to their needs." That was it. Even though the owner replies to reviews saying they want to help job seekers at no cost, "if nothing else to offer ideas that may help in your search."
