We were referred to Capital Edge by our remediation company. Murphy answered on the first ring and we promptly set up an appointment. He came over, surveyed the damage, and wrote up his estimate which we received a couple of days later. Murphy was so helpful during the insurance process and he made sure that they covered the whole estimate. Thank you Murphy!!! We waited about 4.5 months for the insurance to come through and finally we were ready to start. Frank was our Project Manager. Let me tell you, he is a dream to work with. He is fantastic at answering and returning calls or texts within minutes. Frank is so good at answering calls, I've added him as one of my emergency contacts. He came over a couple times a week to check the progress, called or texted almost every day to let me know what was going on and who would be coming over and even sent me videos of the progress when I was out of state for a month. He's professional, very nice, sweet and wants to get the job done!!! The crew was amazing. Their workmanship and craftsmanship is unparalleled. A slab leak ended up causing a total gut of kitchen/living area in my condo. After the plumber/mitigation company, Cap Edge was assigned for reconstruction. I am a total lay person in this area, I did not choose them, so I had my doubts about this being done to my expectations. It took almost 6 months, but led by the project manager, Selena, I am blown away by the results. She coordinated all the subcontractors and helped keep me from going nuts. She kept in constant contact with me giving updates and times workers would arrive. She always listened to me about the extra things I wanted. I was referred to Murphy and Capital Edge from a fellow mom on my city's FB moms page- where a few other ladies also suggested we call him on the original referral post. Murphy was so quick in getting back to me that day- which was the day before he was to be married, that is how responsive he was. He met with me a few days later and it was a no brainer to go with he and the company. I was having a hard time with our insurance process and he assured me he could help and not to worry. Once we signed on we were assigned our project manager Frank. Frank was fricken awesome. We actually miss seeing him weekly since our project finished. He was great- easy to talk with, also extremely responsive, got stuff moving fast and was always keeping me in the loop with the timeframe. Flood repair on house I can't get any lower then no stars work was unprofessional, the workman were disrespectful,the work it self was very low standard in fact I told the the the work was mice mouse, sorry no pun to Mickey he got angry. Also they charged me for work they didn't do. Mr lucero was the project manager when I asked if they would be fair he said I quote. Hey we're here to make money. I have been Emailing to Mr cravens the owner and Mr.Cook trying to get the money back they did not earn. But they have been making me jump through hoops. I have tried several times to call them they don't call me back. Only email . I reviewed the estimate and saw all the discrepancies I was absolutely horrified. I had premium insurance but the put in the lowest grade they could. I am a senior citizen,I was in a hospital bed in my home recovering from heart surgery and a broke leg. They did offer credit for 700.00 but the amount runs in the thousands. They could come to my home and look at what wasn't done but they don't. read more

Thank you Capital Edge Construction and Salena who worked with me. I had been working with a dishonest contractor. I was feeling like I had been lied to and was distrustful of what was going on. My insurance company brought In Sherwood to measure my sons condo that had been flooded, and he was straight arrow at getting the work done. He also noticed pipes that were rusted and dripping. I was very impressed. Sherwood worked for Capital Edge Construction. I told the original contractor I was done with them, and told them my reasons....luckily I had not signed a contract with them. Everything with Capital Edge went well. Everything was clear and upfront. The contract was signed. I could see exactly when amounts of money would be paid. I also knew when the different stages of work would take place. I was surprised to meet the young lady Salena, who was the crew manager for this job. Why not? She was amazing. When I had questions I would text her and she answered right away...even on weekends. She made suggestions on brand of paint, type of tiles, where to go to look at cabinets and lots more. She was fantastic! I had a lot on my plate and not sure I could have completed the job without her help. From beginning to end she was there and we had the final walk through. She even brought people in to clean the condo in the end which was not part of the job. So Murphy, Salena is a keeper.
