They offered to price tires for me & I said no. They left me alignment pricing of $439 where I had been sitting while I was in the bathroom. I just scheduled an appointment with Firestone for tomorrow for tires & alignment; the alignment there costs $230 for LIFETIME. Xavier and his family business did not disappoint. From intake to delivery back of my 2023 Lexus GX460 I received what I would call nothing less than 'white glove' service. Bumper repair on a new vehicle is not an inexpensive journey, particularly with not being able to get around ADAS/calibration post repair but Big Sky was up front with me upon quoting me services and the entire job/process was worth it to me. They sent me photo's throughout the process, to let me know what was happening and ensured that my vehicle upon check in would not be tagged as collision given it was not with today's systems with vehicles and reporting being so intertwined. The bumper repaint was flawless and they did an top notch job. The real icing on the cake was when I took delivery back of my vehicle and it had been fully detailed (it literally looked better than when I had dropped it off) and there was this lovely touch of a thank you note, information and a bag on the front seat. The first incident was last year for my oil change and tire rotation they did my oil change and called to ask me if I want new air filters, but when I went to get my car they said they could not unlock my tires for the rotation.
