Several years ago we took our boosted Mustang to CC to have a head replaced. The vehicle ran fine before this mechanical work. When we picked up the car it had a coolant leak and some rigid vacuum lines that are supposed to connect to the front of the plenum and lay across the intake a certain way were bunched up near the firewall and connected to the rear of the plenum. We sent the car back to have both corrected. When we picked up the car the second time we looked over everything based on the issues with the car the first time. We found the oil to be frothy. And the previously mentioned vacuum lines were still bunched up at the firewall instead of laying properly. CC made us cover the cost to tow the vehicle back to them. They changed the oil and said it was full of gas. Each time they returned the car they told us it needed a new tube because it would not idle while they had it. It is difficult to find a rubber for this generation mustang because everyone wants to use HP Tunes, but that does not supposed this generation. Tuners that use SCT to tune are non-existent in Arizona and very expensive creating hurdles. While finally attempting to get the car turned recently it was discovered that the intake had a massive 6" crack across it. This was the reason for it not idling properly and was not an issue prior to the mechanical work. After posting this review initially, CC contacted me and we had agreed to purchase the intake and they would cover the labor to install it. Initially, they would respond to updates about the order status but never replied to any queries about which gaskets to purchase. They have also not responded after notifications that the intake had arrived. read more

Took our vehicle to CC to have a head/valves replaced because of a dead cylinder. The vehicle ran without noticeable performance issues on 7 of the 8 cylinders prior to the mechanical work. The vehicle was returned to us with vacuum lines connected in the incorrect places and frothy oil. We returned the car to get an explanation on the oil and properly connect the vacuum lines. The vehicle was returned to us a second time leaking coolant and the vacuum lines still incorrectly located. Returned the vehicle to the shop on our dime to have both issues corrected. The car was returned again with the vacuum lines still in the incorrect positions. And major performance issues. We have recently discovered that the intake is now cracked and several bolts are now mismatched and of different lengths compared to the stock uniform sized bolts that the car was given to them with. They are not responding to emails. read more

Be careful with this place. In January I had a tire alignment here, the operator forgot to tighten a screw and I almost suffered an accident, then I called them to quickly solve the problem and they did not want to answer my call so I had to go directly to the shop until the following week. They have little ethics and professionalism. Also today I am finding out that he did not change the spark plugs well either. The worst place I will never return to read more

Brought my car into their shop for diagnostics. When I picked it up the windshield had a crack vertically up the middle. I called them and they swore up and down there was never a crack there. I sent them pictures the same day via email. Called several times asking them to replace it, and they still deny responsibility. A different shop fixed my car for me and now this windshield is about to fall in on me. I'm out of money at this point and am screwed to get to work. read more

I have taken my car to them several times now. I am a member of the Southern Arizona Mustang Club. C C Automotive is a preferred vendor for the club. I am driving to Indiana in a couple weeks and wanted an oil change and to have the car looked over before the trip. I also had a bad actuator for the ac system. I have had a few of them changed already and the last one that went bad might have been changed by them already. I wasn't sure and neither was the shop so he only charged me for the part and didn't charge labor for changing it in case it was one they already changed. It is my only car and they always make sure I get it back the same day so I have transportation. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be going back when I need repairs I can't do myself. read more
