Brought it in and they did all the tests and everything seemed to be running okay, changed spark plugs because they needed it but still wasn't the problem. Bill had me try a few small tricks to try and clean out the engine (can't quite remember what things exactly this was November-December), but those didn't quite work so I decided to take it to the dealership but they wouldn't give me any straight answers except wanting to take out my engine and charge me heavily. Came back to Canyon View and Bill had me try this additive to the engine oil that no one I know had heard of and could only buy online. The day after I did that plus an oil change and the light turned off and hasn't come back since. Truly such a good place to go. I'm a girl and know little about cars and they didn't make me feel shitty about it and explained things very well. Even asked me to call and let them know how things were going even if the light did go off. Really good people. Highly recommend.

He said he had used Eastside Discount Muffler and they are fair and do good work. I called the business and they asked me a few questions and told me to bring it over whenever, they would fix it. I showed up there about 10 minutes later (it is close to my work) and left Ella there. About three hours later I got a call my car was done. I walked over to get my car, and pulled out my credit card thinking the "easy fix" would cost me 100 bucks or so. I was asked if I was using a credit card or debit. It was only 40 dollars. I just started at him. He could have charged me 100 bucks, I would not have known any different. It was an easy fix, that involved a sleeve (like a bracket) and some welding to attach my exhaust to my muffler. I was told this is common as the Rav 4's age. My Ella is almost 20 years old. All in all when I need any exhaust work done this is where I will go. So refreshing to find an honest, know your stuff business....that has integrity.
