What can you say about a shop that misleads you about being able to work on your hybrid car,…read morefalsely "diagnosed" not one, but two perfectly good hybrid batteries, did not pull the bottom covers off the tow truck thus causing the parts to be lost! They kept my car for weeks after we changed out the first replacement hybrid battery before they refused to do the work they stated they would. To say this shop cost me thousands is an understatement! The cost of rentals alone during the time they were cross diagnosing is shameful! At the very least they should refund the diagnostic fee of $185 for a battery that they could not have diagnosed because it contained no coolant!
