Received an estimate online as well as verbal for transmission exchange services on my SPECIFIC vehicle for $99. When I get to this location, after waiting about 1/2 hour with car in bay, was notified by Chris and Jessie that my services would be over $200. I stated that I got the two estimates for $99 for my specific car, and they refused to honor it. I am extremely lived, and making a formal complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate, AZ Attorney General office, Better Business Bureau, etc. read more

I didn't get serviced at this shop. Went into get axels looked at the suggestion of the oil mechanic. They said I needed spark plugs with coils for a 60k check, axels on both sides, struts on both sides, and brakes, the pads AND rotors. I went to another facility for a 2nd opinion, and I only needed axels, which they visibly showed me. None of the other work was required. Jiffy lube is out here ripping women off and should be ashamed of it. read more

Hey Ride Share drivers. It's a shame we have to now pay for our yearly inspections. But I found a friend in Jiffy Lube. On Broadway and Swan. I always go there when tire pressure light goes on and they fill and let me know which tire is low free of charge. I recently had to pay Brake Max $40 for my Uber inspection. Even though I have a brand spanking new 2021 Kia, Lyft wouldn't let me drive until I had it inspected. State law. Jiffy Lube has the inspection forms on hand and only charged $22.99. The manager was so kind and I will do all future inspections and more there. read more

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for more than 10 years. I recently moved back to Tucson and needed to get an oil change. I called this location and asked how long the wait was. They said there was no one in the bay and that as long as I got there within the hour that they could have my oil change done in 15 minutes. That was not an exaggeration. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Dusty was awesome and explained to me everything that needed to be done and everything that was done. Huge shoutout to Vershaun & Ronaldo. The service at jiffy lube on broadway and Swan was beyond amazing! I called inquiring to a few different jiffy lubes about getting a brake fluid exchange done and nobody could accommodate me. The two gentleman at jiffy lube were able to help while being short staffed. They were able to still do that and an oil change and tire rotation! I already felt bad coming in at time so close to closing and they were still so friendly and willing to help. Upon leaving work yesterday I thought it would be a great idea to get my oil changed and I had about an hour to spend before my meeting so I stopped into Jiffy Lube to get it changed quickly. I had been there before and thought it would take a little bit, but I was WRONG! They were friendly when they greeted me and offered me something to drink, but I sat in the waiting area with a plethora of people for about an hour and only one person got up to leave with there car. So, since I had no time left I had to leave and get to my meeting they didn't offer say that I could come back another time or really even do anything to accommodate me waiting an hour for the service. I was shocked about the customer service skills that were lacking. I have been to this place a handful of times and never experienced this bad of service. I was very disappointed and have to think twice about going back to get my oil changed. read more

Popped in yesterday (Sunday) for an oil change and received quick, courteous service. I wish every visit was that easy. Didn't receive a lot of up-selling, which I hate when I get an oil change. It probably helps that I've been a Jiffy Lube customer for quite a while and they can see the service history for my vehicle in their system. They even noted that I take high mileage oil as a default in my vehicle. Quick and courteous is the way to go for my repeat business and this location seems to have that down pretty well. I will definitely stick with this shop while I am here in Tucson. Not only is it conveniently located for me, but the staff was friendly and the service was great for the money. read more

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for years (specifically at the Speedway location) and went to this location recently to service my vehicle. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a person (I think he was the manager) named Mike. He was rude, dismissive and behaved as though he was doing me a favor by being there to service my vehicle. I left feeling awful. It was a terrible experience and I absolutely will never return to this Jiffy Lube again. Unless there is any indication of management change and a complete employee overhaul, I recommend you NEVER stop here for anything. Consider yourself warned. read more
