AWESOME! Absolutely wonderful experience. Mike and his team got me in and out in about 10 minutes. Gave me a cold bottle of water and I sat in the car while the team went to work. Did not try to upsell me anything. Price was fair, especially after veteran discount. If I bought the oil and filter myself, it would have cost me 65-75 dollars and I would have had to deal with the used oil and filter, plus the hassle of jacking up the vehicle etc. I will be back! A young employee was extremely hostile with me and commanding me to get in my car. At this oil change service place they ask you to stay in your car which is no big deal if it's five minutes like the name advertises... but despite them having three employees they're only getting one car done at the time because they're taking lunches at 2:30 PM . When it became time to start my car, after 15-20 minutes despite there being no line. The young employee who just got off break. Asks me to step in my car politely and I said I was hoping to just sit outside it's very hot... and I already waited in my car for some time. The kid tells me to "just get in the car" like the way a cop would speak to a Criminal. Kid was aggressive and I'm going to get the worked check on because he seemed vindictive and I don't trust the job was done right anymore. Since I gave attitude for wanting to sit outside with a breeze. He literally was commanding to get in my car. And the reasonable older man came up and said politely it is our policy but don't worry we are starting now and will get it done. Nice guy, but the kid is a liability he looked at me like he wanted to fight me when I asked if I could just sit outside. Very sketchy wouldn't go back. If you read this kid, you will only ever change oil unless you change your shitty attitude. I'll remove this post if the shop owners lets me know he is fired. The service is not actually 10 minutes. It actually took about 26 minutes as they keep harassing with services that are not related to oil change and think they're been helpful, but it is not, as it is very annoying once you tell them from the first time "All I'm gonna get is an oil change, and nothing else". Once I'm in top of the bay and half way up the oil change then is where they tell me that the oil change is $90 dollars and that the coupon I got from their website doesn't apply for discount. There is no clear pricing guide or anyone to be near to ask for clarification on pricing until you're already in there and have no way to back down and choose another competitor. Only difference it's they give you a water bottle and a smile, so is that IT? No great value on the whole experience whatsoever. Price twice as expensive for same or inferior quality of Oil, harrasing of services you really don't want or need, but because they're smiling a little that should just make it all go away? Terrible execution and no real value on something I get faster service with quality I already rely on and BTW I can buy my own water at Costco! read more

I had a nice little field trip with my college age daughter to this fine establishment today! Talil, the manager, greeted us warmly and thoroughly explained everything. His wonderful crew had us out of there in 24 minutes for a job that included: oil change, air filter and windshield wiper replacement, and a coolant exchange. I was excited to try the brand new Take 5 Oil Change near my office but I left a full 1 HOUR later realizing they weren't ready to open and they needed to improve their customer service, etc.. They had plenty of excuses and the GM, Talil, just yelled at his staff and never once came up to me to explain the situation, and he NEVER apologized for all the delays. IMO, this was inexcusable and showed a complete lack of understanding customer service. I won't be back. read more
