No, nothing serious happened. Instead, they DIDN'T HAVE the conventional oil for a Gen2 Prius. So they made the mistake of trying to upsell me to something I didn't want. So I went to the Jiffy Lube on Broadway, not too far away. Yo-- You Had One Job.... and lost my business. read more

I had the pleasure of getting assistance today (3/2025) from Nate, Peter and Alex. My headlights were so fogged over I felt unsafe and the headlight cleaning did wonders. I asked if anyone had recommendations for a better way to clean my inside windshield and I believe it was Alex who recommended a product and cleaned my windows for me to show me. Today was a really rough day and the interaction with these professional, friendly and helpful gentlemen made it better. read more

Really quick! Really efficient too. Little pricey but the service was worth the cost. They were kind and complimented my car as well. Thank you ! read more

I have been coming to this location for years and every time they are caring, hard working and do a great job. Recently, we called concerned about a contact free option, and they were extremely safe! Every employee wore a mask and stayed their distance. We were also allowed to stay in our vehicle for the oil change. We appreciate intelligent business practice. read more

Jiffy Lube - Windows up, masks on...outside. We really appreciate the hardworking staff. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tuscon, Arizona

I continue coming to this Jiffy Lube for my oil change because the service is excellent and the staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Today was no different. I got my oil changed and fluids topped off. Quick and excellent service . No issues or concerns. My car continues to run great. read more

Always friendly, efficient, quick, and helpful! Couldn't get my hood open and they were patient working with me to get it open! I've come 3 times and they always wash/wipe my windows for me. Great location :) read more

Stopped in this location on a Sunday because I thought I needed an AC charge. There wasn't anyone waiting and I was seen right away. The tech stated he would have to run a few checks to see if I even needed an AC charge or if there could be something else wrong with my car. Long story, short, they ran several tests and came back and told me that my AC was actually blowing at 48-50 degrees, which is extremely cold. They did vacuum out the system for free, which might have fixed the problem. Let's be real, these guys could have easily taken me for $150 for a "recharge" that I actually never needed, but they were honest, and honesty at any mechanic shop, big or small, is hard to come by in this day and age. I'll definitely be back to have my oil changed at this location as they earned a life-long customer for something as simple as being honest. read more

Luis greeted me, Joe gave me the run down on my vehicle. I came here because my dealership has no open availability for another month... my car could not wait for an oil change as I live 2 hours away from my dealer, so I came here. I saw the reviews and decided to come to this specific Jiffy Lube. EVERYONE was super friendly, helpful, quick, and everything was CLEAN. It shows they pride themselves on their work, and their place of business! Keep up the good work ladies and gentleman! Thank you Luis and Joe for explaining things out to me and giving me awesome service. Thank you to the rest of the team that may have helped, and for cleaning all them bugs off my windshield from the long drive! I'd come back! read more

Obviously if you have the tools and time to change your oil yourself, then go for it. If you don't have the time, spend your money elsewhere. Needed a quick oil change. Full synthetic with taxes costed me over $100. You would think at that price the least they could do is reattach the splash shield correctly. Failed to do that, im missing the fasteners necessary to reattach myself. Two stars, efficient but no attention to quality or detail. read more

Michael was great, super friendly and very helpful. Oil change went smoothly and service was performed very quickly and great price.

Needed an oil change but kids were super cranky. This team said they could get us in and out in 15-20 minutes while we sat inside the car! So of course we pulled into a spot and they did our oil change and windshield wiper fluid as stated! The staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and will be recommending this location to my friends! Thank you! read more

When I left after an oil change my car quickly started making a weird noise when accelerating past 2 RPM's. I took it to a trusted mechanic and they told me my car was a quart low on oil and the air filter was loose and the casing was open. Also, I later realized all of my tire valves were loose and one was missing. read more

So Miguel and the staff are really quick and pleasant to talk to, and it's the only place I could find on a Saturday without a 2 hour wait. Speed is key here. On the performance side of things... they rush through things without double checking their work or doing it properly. It was very frustrating. I came in just for an oil change because when I do it myself, disposing of the oil is a hassle. Right before I came in I topped off my power steering fluid with my own supply and they claim to have topped it off when they changed the oil. They did. They put WAY too much in and I had to remove excess when I got home because it was indeed above max fill line. They also spilled oil all over the oil filter and didn't securely tighten it nor the cover for it. When they check you out they go through a list of things they claim to do (vacuum floors, air tires, clean windshield) none of which they actually did, or they did it so quickly you couldn't tell if it was done. Bottom line, if you're in a hurry and don't care if your car is maintained properly or professionally, then give these guys your business. Next time I'll go back to personally changing my own oil. UPDATE: same day, apparently broke my battery locking mechanism as well. Super pissed. read more

Got an oil change today and it was so fast! Seriously, it only took 10-15 minutes. It was also affordable (around $50) and they didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. Mike was very nice. I'll be back! read more

watch out for Jeff lube - they try to sell you services you car will not need -

I popped in to this jiffy lube at 5:30 today (Friday), Matt & Chris were on it as if I was the first car of the day. They were fast, very nice and saved me money. Custover Service is not a thing of the past at this Jiffy Lube! Big Shout Out to Matt & Chris. You guys ROCK!!! Amy C read more

When I saw all of the five-star reviews, I suspected that the reviews were rigged - written by friends and family members of employees. I mean, I've been going to various Jiffy Lubes for the last ten years or so...because I'm a creature of habit, not because the experience has ever - even once - been fantastic. My oil light has been on for weeks, and finally I decided it was time to bite the bullet. I actually chose this location because of the positive reviews, skeptically figuring I'd be the Armond White of Yelp, giving a one or two star review. When I arrived, an animated gentleman opened my car door, offered a non-creepy compliment about my personal appearance, and led me to the lobby. He explained the process and the wait time, and offered me coffee and water. Great customer service skills - polite, friendly and helpful without seeming unctuous. A few minutes later came the moment I had been dreading, where the mechanic walks into the waiting room holding some obscure part of my car, usually with a grim look on his face. This time, he was smiling, holding a dusty air filter and said...and said...it looked fine! What? The only up-sell was for some Rain-X, which only cost $3.99 and seemed reasonable given all of the rain we've had lately. As far as the actual quality of the oil change, I can't be sure since this isn't my line of work...however, my car isn't making any weird knocking sounds, my oil light is off and my mileage gauge didn't accidentally get set to kilometers. Overall, the visit took about 20 minutes...leaving me with plenty of time to gorge myself nearby and get back to work. read more

Quick (Jiffy!) Service. Complete and professional. No pressure, just what we asked for and applied a coupon we didn't even know about. Thanks guys! We will be back! read more

I've been coming here for a couple years to get my oil changed and have always had great experiences. The service personnel at this location are always extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. I never feel pressured into adding extra services. They always perform my oil change quickly and the waiting room is very comfortable. As a college student, it's a bit expensive, but Jiffy Lube has many coupons to help with that. The customer service is really what makes me always return to this location. They recognize me each time I go there and it's very nice to feel appreciated in that way. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and plan on going back many more times. read more

Got a routine oil change here. 1 week later my oil filter came lose and sprayed oil all over my engine and requiring my car to be towed. As soon as I learned the cause of the issue I returned for compensation for their faulty work. They refused to even refund me and showed me a video of the replacement and claimed "you can see it was tight"... which is impossible. Went on to claim I loosened it myself... They said they would escalate my complaint to corporate, never heard anything back. Horrible workers, horrible service, horrible morals. read more

Awesome people quality work and do everything right. I go to jiffy lube even though I can change my oil at home, since they are fast and reliable. Last time I went they asked me if I wanted to redo my oil change since I was worried the last oil change was too fast and my oil was dripping, due to a 5 year old gasket, and replaced everything I needed for free! The gasket is my fault for not replacing it. If you are to go to any jiffy lube head over to the one on speedway. They are the best. These guys will be my oil changing spot for the next 5 years. read more

My review is FOR THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY. I deal with the manager that other posts have referred to as the "tatted manager" and will only leave my car when he is there. Should he ever move on to another place, my patronage will go with him and you should disregard this endorsement. (I have had bad experiences at Jiffy Lube, this manager will make sure you are well taken care of). Most visits are seamless as they should be, but (like can happen anywhere) an issue recently arose with my car that was not my fault and most car-repair places would have told me was my problem. Richard, the "tatted up" manager, helped me out and fixed the situation being courteous and apologetic throughout the interaction. I recommend this place, but if Richard isn't there then what I recommend is you keep driving to another oil change location. read more

Usually I am afraid to get my oil changed as the people working are often not very nice to young women because we do not know a lot about cars. Today I accompanied my roommate to this location for moral support. There was no need. The entire staff was very kind and the man who did most of the talking was funny as well. The service was fast and effective. It also seemed as if the employees were getting along with each-other and having fun, which is always a nice energy to be around. read more

The tatted up manager was very courteous! Customer service was really, really good! I thought I was in a dream. Keep up the good work brothas! I'll be back! read more

Shout out to Manager Eddie and the rest of the jiffy lube crew for swift and friendly service! Not only did they change my oil but also the did other basic car service (cleaned the windshield and air in the tires) for no charge. Lastly, I definitely appreciated that there was not a sales pitch for more services. I will admit these is a little more costly than some other oil Change services around town, but it's worth every penny! read more

The mechanics were quick and efficient with their work and service. I know that every business will upsell but the dude there had exaggerated the part that needed replacing (saying that it will break within the mile). I'll come back because the wait time was non-existent and the guys were friendly. read more

NEGATIVE STARS apparently not an option so I rate to tell my experience. I have a paid for 200-ish car, it runs great, all these years, I saw the $19.99 sign out front of their business Speedway & Alvernon, and they started the up-sell I said I want the posted special, that's it. I was told."You're NOT going to like how your car runs." The neanderthal who was mad I did not go for his up-sell to the $65 oil change. So whatever he had his underground tool do, my idle suddenly was so screwed up, I had to have it fixed. So Jiffy losers go away, .heard so many of these stories why did I go there. Oh reputable places had too much business and there was a wait. no problem ever again. read more

The manager/technician with the tattoo sleeves gave A-1 service. Quick, professional and recommended but did not force the up sell (I never return when Jiffy locations don't drop the up sell pitch). Thanks for the quick service fellas. read more

These guys were goons. If you give them an inch they'll make sure they try and take you for a mile. Turns out the conventional oil I purchased will in fact be just fine. Also, I have reasonable doubt about the other claims made about my ever so distressed vehicle. I say "reasonable", because I googled the list of bologna I was fed the very second I came home. Rest assured, folks. Everything is a-okay. On a brighter note, this real cute kid introduced himself in the lobby and showed off his recently developed ability to count to one-hundred. I was more impressed with the boy's speedy, accurate, numerical 'yelps' than I was with the service I was paying for. Next time I'll just go to Pep Boys and then watch a couple Youtube tutorials. read more
