I have a high-mileage 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that started getting the classic "Pentastar tick." It needed new rocker arms and lifters. Zacks Garage scheduled me in and did a great job. The team was professional and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure my Jeep got back on the trail. Thanks, Zack, Mark and the rest of the crew! read more

Hemi lifter failed wiping out my cam During an 1800 mile drive From Washington. From all the shops I called, i was a little nervous with HOW inexpensive this shop was. Zack is very knowledgeable and that put my mind at ease. This repair is very extensive. He told me 6 days and it was done when he said, with the extra and upgraded parts, it still cost less than half of what the dealer quoted me. Some shops were not interested such a task, Zack was excited, for he has done this many times Before. very friendly, Knowledgeable, affordable, and on time. Good shop for us hemi guys. I feel confident that if something does come up, they will remedy the issue. Thanks Zack and guys. read more

Corrected a check engine issue with my Ford Expedition. The catalytic convertor left and right banks needed replacement. It was diagnosed and there were obvious signs as to why the system wasn't working. A prior mechanic supposedly had replaced my left bank based on diagnostic evaluation. It was replaced twice by the prior mechanic and codes were still coming back. The prior mechanic had improperly installed the system. (hole drilled in the exhaust pipe and O2 sensor was stuck in there). Zack's Garage found and corrected the problem. I will go to them again. read more

Zack's garage was great! We needed some pedal extenders on my wife's car installed and they accomplished it without any issues. They also advised us on several items on my wife's car we should look out for which was very helpful. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and professional. Highly recommend! read more

This garage was highly recommended and I had to have work done on my mom's van that I inherited. They did the work in a great, timely manner and weren't too expensive for what they had to do. I expected I would have to pay 3x what the final charge was. Communication was top shelf and they did more than I expected which was great. I thought the A C was aged out and needed a total replacement but, They fixed it and it works VERY well. The van feels quite solid running now. All work done is guaranteed. If you're looking for a great garage when you need auto work, ZACKS is the place to make an appointment. You won't regret it. read more

Zack's Garage is the only place I'll take my two vehicles in Tucson. Zack is communicative, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. His team have always done quality work and done it quickly. I had one incident where a part was missing on my car and Zack's crew actually came all the way out to my house to check on my car to make sure everything was okay. Wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

This is the best garage that I have used in ages. The workers are efficient, and when my battery died today, Zack even came to my house and replaced it ! I only lived about 10 minutes away from the shop, but not many places would extend such courtesy! Seem to be very knowledgeable about - wide variety of cars and trucks. I will go there if I ever have car trouble, and so should you ! read more

Zack is by far the best mechanic we have ever used--so much so that we had our vintage Toyota FJ towed from Utah to Tucson when our engine $hit the bed so he could do the work on it. This is after having preventative maintenance done at the shoddy mechanic who shall not be named in Seattle... Zack is up front about communicating. His prices are very fair and he sticks to original estimates. He also knows pretty much everything about vehicles, and, what he doesn't know, he researches to find out. Additionally, when borrowing a friend's vehicle while he was working on mine, took her Subaru to him to diagnose the dash light which was related to emissions system. He fixed the light, refused to charge her for that and also discovered her brakes were going out, which the dealer had missed. His brake job was very reasonably priced. In short, if you have a car or truck and live in Tucson (or even if you're just passing through), go to Zack. He'll take care of it and you. read more

What wonderful service. Zach came out and started looking at my vehicle before I even had walked into the building. My car air conditioning was not working on 110 degree day. He was able to determine the problem and repair. This is a gem of a shop. A nice family owned business that I have already returned to. I highly recommend Zack's read more

Dadgum this is a good place I brought in my 54 ford and they did me right would recommend!!!!!!

I went here after being told i needed a AC compressor at another shop. Zack saved me a ton of money by recharging my system. He could have easily charged me for a compressor. He is definitely a honest mechanic . I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. Shop is also in a convenient central location read more

I was stranded in Tucson (visiting from Phoenix) with a broken belt and blown air compressor. Not only did they quote me a reasonable price ... but turned around the work in the same afternoon (2.5 hours). They had to order the part, but because of their location, got the parts in 15 min! They know what they're doing (unlike many I've experienced) and are a family business... not the marketing family business ... real friends and family working there. I spent time on this review because the service received is just so unusual in today's world. When I move here in two months...THIS will be where I take make car. read more

I came on a trip from California and my engine was shaking and there's no way I can drive back to California with this condition. I called Zack's Garage and they fixed it and it drives amazing.
