Keep saying I wasn't a customer well no shit because I got a quote for 1500$ for a compressor replacement bring my own part and summer special plus labor the amount was 1500$ I asked for a break down and was told labor that was it. So why would I have been a customer if I called 3 time to verify a quote on a 97 k1500 I have the call logs and everything. I told mechanic what was wrong. He said because I used online parts the online parts are no good. The monitors are not the issue. The bank 1 sensor 1 was showing no voltage I did ohm test it was fine. I did pigtail vehicle side it has proper voltage I verified with my code reader. Three of 4 o2 sensors operated as they should. I wanted you to look at that o2 sensor. If you scanned the truck you would have known. So that being said. After I left your shop the check engine light came on. I feel you looked at me as a stupid customer. The reality is I know what wanted done. The situation is I asked for a service I was told that it was not going to be done because I bought insufficient parts online which makes no sense obviously you did not want to do the job. Simply put, if you would like to pay double your car parts worth, then this is the place to go! Went and had work done on our van at One Stop Automotive. We were quoted *by phone* $1,700. We were never provided with a written quote, so that's now a "he said, she said" situation. (Side note- we were told that they have the phone call recorded stating a $4,700, quote... they have not let us listen to this recorded call however). Once we went to pick up our vehicle we were told the cost was $4,700. Of course my husband was shocked because that's a fairly larger sum than what we were anticipating. After some fussing between my husband and the worker at One Stop Automotive, we ended up paid the $4,000+ and left. The next day I went to the Honda Dealership. I brought the list of parts that were replaced in my vehicle (the list provided by One Stop) and asked for a quote for the same parts. The prices that Honda charges were 1/2 the cost that One Stop charged us. Honda part- around $600 One Stop part- around $1,100 These numbers speak for themselves. To address the customer service- The way that the manager, Mr. Steven Sickinger, treated my husband and I was ridiculous. He refused to answer most of my question regarding the price of the parts. He continuously referred me to talk to HIS BOSS, "Ray". I asked for Ray's information. Once I realized that Mr. Sickinger was going to be no help to me I left One Stop Automotive and went to the location I was provided for Ray. When I walked in I was greeted politely and asked what my name was. I told them. The people at the front desk informed me that Ray was on a call and should be available in a few minutes, so please take a seat and wait a moment. They then walk to the back of the building and come back after a minute or two and say, "Ray is actually on a conference call right now, so it might be a while. We can have him call you back later." My reply- " Actually I don't have much to do right now so I don't mind waiting." Employee- "Well he has an appointment immediately afterwards." Me- "Well will Ray be here tomorrow? I would like to talk to him in person." Employee - "Maybe. He's always around different locations." We'll see if I hear back from Ray or not. I doubt there is anything that can help us in this situation at this point. However, I wanted to share a little bit of our experience in hopes that it will save others from having to go through something similar. If for some crazy reason you do decide to have work done here, I would HIGHLY suggest getting a written quote before you allow them anywhere near your vehicle. Amazing exprience from beginning to end. I'm always leary of taking my car to be repaired since I don't know much about car repair. I never once felt like I was being told something that wasn't true. I was able to get an appointment quickly, I was told what the problem was, they found additional issues, sent me pictures of it, and even explained what was in the pictures without once making me feel like it was an inconvience to do so. I was also given the option to repair just the original issue or everything without being pressured. Steve has amazing customer service and makes you feel like more than just another customer. I had a wiring issue in my drivers door panel. I was unable to roll down any windows or lock my doors. Do Not Trust this shop! We visited with my daughter's vehicle. Matt and Randall seemed to be honest, knowledgeable guys but after we got our estimate, we decided to double check before having over $1500 worth of work done on our vehicle. We had an alternative shop, just a few doors down, complete what actually needed to be done and left with only a $580 bill. Wow what a stand up group of people ! Matt I must say thank you once again for making last minute accommodations with my daughter's vehicle. We arrived in town the day before to drop my daughter (and her car off) at University of Arizona. On the way into town the entire skid plate covering on my daughter's car became partially separated from her vehicle. Had to stop and use a floor Jack to remove the skid plate. Once in town I reached out to Matt to have this part repaired/reattached and he said "bring it on in and we will take care of you." It was last minute on a Friday (closed on the weekend) and we were leaving the following morning and wanted it repaired before we left. Upon arrival Matt immediately put the car on a lift and mounted the skid plate and made some small repairs. The best part of this experience was there was no charge. #Respect ! Hello, I went into the shop met with Matt and he was honest and gave me quotes for my preventive maintenance. The quote from another shop was extremely different and way higher then I wanted to spend. After Matt's quotes and his outstanding service my car didn't need struts it needed rotors and brake pads. which was half the cost of the previous shops quotes . They did the brakes, oil change, numerous hoses changed and a lot of things for a fair price. On top of the great work, the service was amazing, Randall the owner drove me home and picked me up after all work was finished. They both explained the work done and the quality of my vehicle. My car is running awesome and it;s been like 3 months since my service. I own a Old Pick up truck and will have them service it soon. They gave my truck a courtesy lookover, and pointed out a couple of other items that needed attention. I went here today for an oil change that I got on groupon. The service time was fast, I was there for around 30 minutes. The groupon came with an inspection, which I generally assume means that they are going to tell you that you have $1000 worth of things that need to be fixed (this has been my experience in the past, and it isn't hrs to fool me, since I know basically nothing about cars) but instead, they tightened up some loose things at no charge and told me my car is good to go! I love it when mechanics don't try to screw you out of money! Also, the man that was working the front desk when I was there was friendly. Great mechanics are there! Thanks to the One Stop Automotive. They finally fixed my pick up truck's Ignition's loose wire problem at first stop! The price was much cheaper than any dealer, too! The other repair shops could not fix my truck's very simple problem, instead the other charged us all kind of unnecessary repairs like replaceing the water pump, and I wasted at least $700 and a couple of weekends. But still, my truck did not re-start right away in th middle of a desdert, on the way going to the Rocky Point! THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF AND LIE, LIE, LIE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!! My fuel pump went out during the,heat wave in June. They gave me the best price by far, so I had them do it. It did the same thing, sputtered then wouldn't start, 2 weeks later. Matt told me it needed a tune up. I even questioned the idea that it needed a tune-up, because how in the world would the sputtering problem with the gasoline occur because it needs a tune-up? But he assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Oh it did all right an hour later when I drove back to Benson where I live. I barely made it home. I'm a disabled 55 year old woman who cannot possibly walk more than a few hundred feet. My mechanic at the shop in Benson took a look at it. He said that they did such a terrible job putting in the fuel pump. It was crooked, they broke the seal, and not all the bolts That was supposed to hold it in we r nt there! I was assured by Matt when I took it back the second time, that he double-checked to make sure that the fuel pump was put in properly. So either he lied to me about looking or he lied about it being done properly! Obviously I couldn't trust it anything that was told to Me by Matt at this point. So I contacted my bank and I'm just using the charges. I've already gotten my money back! I have Chase Bank by the way. So if they do work on your car and screw it up, which at this point I'd say is a very good chance, contact your bank and get your money back. Maybe they'll start doing better work if they want to stay in business. Or possibly it's just another one of those shops who are run by misogynistic men. I really hate being treated like I'm an idiot in regards to cars, because I don't have a "lump in my pants." read more

I was having problems with my car to begin with. What prompted me to look for a mechanic was a failed emissions inspection due to the check engine light being on. Previously, I did have the problem with the light being on at another chain. It was one problem and would cost approximately $600 to fix. One-Stop Auto identified three issues covering the light and performance issues. Their quote - $530, to fix all the issues. I'm glad to say that my car has now passed emissions, and runs wonderfully. Literally the WORST place I've ever taken my car to. Both the mechanics and the owner try to rip you of by over pricing everything. They then say the problem is fixed, but every time, my car has been worse than when I took it in. They are dishonest and even took my car for "test drive" to McDonalds, leaving their trash in my car. Its sometimes hard to accurately judge a car repair place. They are a 10 out of 10 on friendly, and the five or ten times family and I have used them the prices have always seemed reasonable. So five stars so far... I have a ford truck with a vibration at idle. They did some work on it which was probably needed, but it didn't fix the vibration. I was going to ask them to save the spark plugs - as I wanted to verify the difficult ones in the back were replaced - and I was too late. They had been thrown out. At that point it was purely the mechanics word. They might deserve a five out of five - or the four might be accurate. I'd go again, but from now on I'll always ask for my old parts. It would also be a good idea for them to save them to show you as a standard. read more

If I was allowed to give a 0 star rating I would. I went into this shop on Friday the 2nd. They had my vehicle almost all day, there were suppose to perform a smoke test and fix the problem. it came out to $181 which I thought was great. I received a call from Matt stating that the vehicle was done and they were taking it threw a car wash. I thought wow they are going above and beyond for me. I picked up my car and it looked very shiny and nice, I got home and got out and started walking to the door and realized that there was a lot of damage to the side of my vehicle . I just bought this vehicle a week before for $6000 and there was no damage on it when I took it in to the shop. Under closer investigation I realized that the blue paint from there shop was scratched into my side pieces. I was furious, because no they didn't take my car to the car wash to be nice they took it there to cover up there mistake. Then I had to sit all weekend, waiting until Monday to talk to them about the damage. Monday morning I was there exactly at 8. I let them know that eh check engine light had came back on, there were quite a few customers in the lobby so I didn't want to ruin there reputation and blurt out that they crashed my vehicle. So I said I want to show you the other issue. I went outside and showed them the damage on the way to the vehicle I asked about where they took my car to be washed, because there is no car wash on site. He said down the street, I asked why did you take my car he said o its something we do for customer. I then said I brought two other vehicles here to be fixed before and they never received a wash. We got to the vehicle and he said it didn't happen there but he would fix it. I told him I was sure it happened there the blue paint is the same as in the shop he fixed the back side panel but the front was still damaged. I also let him know that the side piece was different from the rest of them and he said that's not my problem you cant even prove that I did it. I went to get an estimate to replace the front one so that at least one side was matching and it was $237 to fix which I am not paying for the damage they did. I am very upset I have had this car for a week and they crashed it and went out of there way to cover it up. now I am left with a vehicle with one newer side piece and the rest different. It is the same thing as if they scratched the door and repainted it and it didn't match the vehicle and they say well I fixed my problem I don't care that it doesn't match. I will never go here again, and I will make sure to tell all my friends that they do not know how to handle larger vehicle. My car was a Chevy Tahoe. read more
