This place was great, got the repairs done way faster than I thought it would take. Told me everything my car needed but the guy was honest enough to tell me what things are more important and what could wait a little bit. Have payment plans if needed and even though nothing is cheap on cars these days I found that this place has better prices than most shop and still warranty everything they do. This is the only shop my family uses and trust. read more

Still a great and honest repair shop. See my prior review they give great estimates and are good people. Sometimes I can't afford all the required or recommended repairs, and they are cool. They often send emails or mailers with discount coupons. Also military discounts. Mechanics do cost money, so take care of your vehicle with regular maintenance. read more

IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE, DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE YOU'RE STUPID IF YOU DO The experience is horrific do not bring your business here. They took my truck apart to tell him what was wrong with it and then they would not put it back together unless unless we agreed to pay them even though we did not give them permission to do any repairs. And this is after spending over $5000 to try to fix what was supposed to be repaired. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE, DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE YOU'RE STUPID IF YOU DO... they've been a scam since the beginning oh and guess what they are about three new managers in in less than a year read more

Keep saying I wasn't a customer well no shit because I got a quote for 1500$ for a compressor replacement bring my own part and summer special plus labor the amount was 1500$ I asked for a break down and was told labor that was it. So why would I have been a customer if I called 3 time to verify a quote on a 97 k1500 I have the call logs and everything. How would I be a customer if I got a quote from you to get work done and got an outrageous amount of 1500$ then I got replied back and said it should have only been 550$ so how does 1500$ all of a sudden become 550$ read more

I told mechanic what was wrong. He said because I used online parts the online parts are no good. The monitors are not the issue. The bank 1 sensor 1 was showing no voltage I did ohm test it was fine. I did pigtail vehicle side it has proper voltage I verified with my code reader. Three of 4 o2 sensors operated as they should. I wanted you to look at that o2 sensor. If you scanned the truck you would have known. So that being said. After I left your shop the check engine light came on. I feel you looked at me as a stupid customer. The reality is I know what wanted done. The situation is I asked for a service I was told that it was not going to be done because I bought insufficient parts online which makes no sense obviously you did not want to do the job. Obviously you are lazy and didn't want to do the job that's really what it comes down to read more

Simply put, if you would like to pay double your car parts worth, then this is the place to go! Went and had work done on our van at One Stop Automotive. We were quoted *by phone* $1,700. We were never provided with a written quote, so that's now a "he said, she said" situation. (Side note- we were told that they have the phone call recorded stating a $4,700, quote... they have not let us listen to this recorded call however). Once we went to pick up our vehicle we were told the cost was $4,700. Of course my husband was shocked because that's a fairly larger sum than what we were anticipating. After some fussing between my husband and the worker at One Stop Automotive, we ended up paid the $4,000+ and left. The next day I went to the Honda Dealership. I brought the list of parts that were replaced in my vehicle (the list provided by One Stop) and asked for a quote for the same parts. The prices that Honda charges were 1/2 the cost that One Stop charged us. Honda part- around $600 One Stop part- around $1,100 These numbers speak for themselves. To address the customer service- The way that the manager, Mr. Steven Sickinger, treated my husband and I was ridiculous. He refused to answer most of my question regarding the price of the parts. He continuously referred me to talk to HIS BOSS, "Ray". I asked for Ray's information. Once I realized that Mr. Sickinger was going to be no help to me I left One Stop Automotive and went to the location I was provided for Ray. When I walked in I was greeted politely and asked what my name was. I told them. The people at the front desk informed me that Ray was on a call and should be available in a few minutes, so please take a seat and wait a moment. They then walk to the back of the building and come back after a minute or two and say, "Ray is actually on a conference call right now, so it might be a while. We can have him call you back later." My reply- " Actually I don't have much to do right now so I don't mind waiting." Employee- "Well he has an appointment immediately afterwards." Me- "Well will Ray be here tomorrow? I would like to talk to him in person." Employee - "Maybe. He's always around different locations." We'll see if I hear back from Ray or not. I doubt there is anything that can help us in this situation at this point. However, I wanted to share a little bit of our experience in hopes that it will save others from having to go through something similar. If for some crazy reason you do decide to have work done here, I would HIGHLY suggest getting a written quote before you allow them anywhere near your vehicle. Also do some research and make sure you are being charged fairly. read more

Worst experience.fixed two broken lugnuts on my car. I watched the clock.was less than thirty minutes. That is all that was done. He, Steve, actually hands me a bill for five hundred and eighty six dollars, $586.00. you read that right. I say I'm not paying that. He immediately lowers it to three eighty six, $386.00. anybody else see a problem? New ownership and this place has gone downhill. This guy Steve was rude from the moment I walked in. He had never offered to me to make an appointment, just drop it off and leave it all day. I spoke with him three times on phone. He actually started yelling at me in the shop. How is this business still operating?? read more

Amazing exprience from beginning to end. I'm always leary of taking my car to be repaired since I don't know much about car repair. I never once felt like I was being told something that wasn't true. I was able to get an appointment quickly, I was told what the problem was, they found additional issues, sent me pictures of it, and even explained what was in the pictures without once making me feel like it was an inconvience to do so. I was also given the option to repair just the original issue or everything without being pressured. Steve has amazing customer service and makes you feel like more than just another customer. I'll be taking my car here from now on. After telling my friend about the service I received, she wants to take her car here now too. I can't say enough good things about One Stop Automotive. Thank you so much for being so amazing! I can't tell you what a relief it is to walk into a repair shop as a woman and not feel like you're being taken advantage of. read more

I had a wiring issue in my drivers door panel. I was unable to roll down any windows or lock my doors. Steve had great customer service skills from the moment I arrived until I picked up my fixed Jeep for a very reasonable price. I also got my military discount that they offer. They found a couple of areas of concern as well. I will be making an appointment with them in the future to repair those areas. read more

Always reliable, trustworthy and affordable. Won't take my vehicles to anyone else. Latest visit they changed several after market alternators, all had internal shorts. They went to the dealer, got a factory alternator, and covered labor and part under warranty read more

Extremely overpriced on labor, was wanting to charge $800 for a 200.00 dealership service, would never recommend this company

Stopped in during a road trip when my car started making a weird noise. One Stop spent over an hour looking at my car and diagnosing the issue, and didn't charge me a thing. This is one of the most trusted auto shops I've ever been to! The entire staff is friendly and the price for services are very affordable. They will give you a quote before they work on your car and they will give you recommendations on other services you might need. Thank you guys!! read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I think the reason they call this place is One Stop is because it only takes one stop to realize you have made a big mistake going here. These guys will tell anything you want to hear to get your business and then screw you over while they hold your vehicle hostage. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I was in a time crunch and One Stop Automotive because my mirror was broken off but I had a replacement. They got me in right and finished faster than they thought they would! These guys are all the most professional mechanics I have had in Tucson, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Do Not Trust this shop! We visited with my daughter's vehicle. Matt and Randall seemed to be honest, knowledgeable guys but after we got our estimate, we decided to double check before having over $1500 worth of work done on our vehicle. We had an alternative shop, just a few doors down, complete what actually needed to be done and left with only a $580 bill. Same major work, but none of the phony additional add on charges and a much more reasonable parts and labor rate. It pays to shop around. Her car runs great now. read more

Took in my 1990 Buick after receiving an estimate from another repair shop for transmission service and shock/strut replacement. My mother and I are fairly new to Tucson. I literally walked in to ask a question. Matt was awesome and honest. Matt was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I learned about my car and what to expect with current repairs. He got me in the same day. When I returned I met the owner, and they gave a break down of my car and what to expect in the future so I wasn't surprised with anything going wrong with my vehicle. Very friendly and professional. They gave me a gift card and a free hat which supports "Breaks for Breasts" Breast Cancer Awareness! I would recommend them 100%! Joy Milton read more

We were very pleased with the excellent service by the mechanic and the professional atmosphere of the shop. Over priced and shady. Performed work on our car without authorization then expected us to pay hundreds more than estimate.

Wow what a stand up group of people ! Matt I must say thank you once again for making last minute accommodations with my daughter's vehicle. We arrived in town the day before to drop my daughter (and her car off) at University of Arizona. On the way into town the entire skid plate covering on my daughter's car became partially separated from her vehicle. Had to stop and use a floor Jack to remove the skid plate. Once in town I reached out to Matt to have this part repaired/reattached and he said "bring it on in and we will take care of you." It was last minute on a Friday (closed on the weekend) and we were leaving the following morning and wanted it repaired before we left. Upon arrival Matt immediately put the car on a lift and mounted the skid plate and made some small repairs. The best part of this experience was there was no charge. #Respect ! You guys obviously can be trusted with the small things and no doubt the big things. You were there for my family when I had need and I thank you for that. Blessings ! read more

If I could give more then five stars I would!! This is by far the best auto shop in town. Randal and Matt both really take care of you. Our whole family comes here for their automotive needs. They don't force you to get work done and only suggest things if they are really needed to be done they never upsell you just to get your money. They call you and talk to you about what's being done and ask before they work on something. They have very fair prices and are very trust worthy in the quality in what they do. So go see Randal and Matt at one stop you won't be disappointed!! read more

Hello, I went into the shop met with Matt and he was honest and gave me quotes for my preventive maintenance. The quote from another shop was extremely different and way higher then I wanted to spend. After Matt's quotes and his outstanding service my car didn't need struts it needed rotors and brake pads. which was half the cost of the previous shops quotes . They did the brakes, oil change, numerous hoses changed and a lot of things for a fair price. On top of the great work, the service was amazing, Randall the owner drove me home and picked me up after all work was finished. They both explained the work done and the quality of my vehicle. My car is running awesome and it;s been like 3 months since my service. I own a Old Pick up truck and will have them service it soon. Thanks for being honest and providing the quality of service all shops should provide. I even received a follow up call from Randall a week later thanking me for giving them the trust in their work. One Stop You all Rock!!!! See you soon, need Oil change on both my Vehicles, and more. Trust this shop you won't regret it!! read more

My F-350 needed brake work. A test drive demonstrated what was needed. Repairs were performed in a timely, cost effective manner. They gave my truck a courtesy lookover, and pointed out a couple of other items that needed attention. They knew that I still do some maintenance work myself, but didn't push me to have them do the work just drive up the bill. Just a gentle reminder. Thank you! Veteran owned, thorough, friendly, clean, fair pricing, timely. I won't go anywhere else!. read more

I went here today for an oil change that I got on groupon. The service time was fast, I was there for around 30 minutes. The groupon came with an inspection, which I generally assume means that they are going to tell you that you have $1000 worth of things that need to be fixed (this has been my experience in the past, and it isn't hrs to fool me, since I know basically nothing about cars) but instead, they tightened up some loose things at no charge and told me my car is good to go! I love it when mechanics don't try to screw you out of money! Also, the man that was working the front desk when I was there was friendly. Overall, no complaints, and good professional service! read more

Great mechanics are there! Thanks to the One Stop Automotive. They finally fixed my pick up truck's Ignition's loose wire problem at first stop! The price was much cheaper than any dealer, too! The other repair shops could not fix my truck's very simple problem, instead the other charged us all kind of unnecessary repairs like replaceing the water pump, and I wasted at least $700 and a couple of weekends. But still, my truck did not re-start right away in th middle of a desdert, on the way going to the Rocky Point! The shop is not fancy like some dealer, but they are very reliable and reasonable price. read more

I've stopped by here to get my oil changed a couple of times now and I've been very pleased with the service. I was in and out in a really short time (much shorter than at a dealership) and the staff are great. You can really tell that Randall and Matt are just working to do what is right by their customers. One other cool thing is that they return your car with a fresh car wash! Igve them a try, I don't think you will be disappointed. read more

One Stop were recommended to me and I'm glad to say they lived up to the promise. They managed to fit me in fairly quickly and check out the issue with my car. They took the time to go through and explain exactly what needed to be done, and gave me multiple quotes with different options to fix the problem. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary options or services, and they were upfront about things that may become an issue in the future but weren't in need of worrying about now. Easily the best auto shop I've been to, I'll definitely continue to use them. read more

I was having problems with my car to begin with. What prompted me to look for a mechanic was a failed emissions inspection due to the check engine light being on. Previously, I did have the problem with the light being on at another chain. It was one problem and would cost approximately $600 to fix. One-Stop Auto identified three issues covering the light and performance issues. Their quote - $530, to fix all the issues. I'm glad to say that my car has now passed emissions, and runs wonderfully. Thanks, One-Stop Auto! read more

THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF AND LIE, LIE, LIE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!! My fuel pump went out during the, heat wave in June. They gave me the best price by far, so I had them do it. It did the same thing, sputtered then wouldn't start, 2 weeks later. Matt told me it needed a tune up. I even questioned the idea that it needed a tune-up, because how in the world would the sputtering problem with the gasoline occur because it needs a tune-up? But he assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Oh it did all right an hour later when I drove back to Benson where I live. I barely made it home. I'm a disabled 55 year old woman who cannot possibly walk more than a few hundred feet. My mechanic at the shop in Benson took a look at it. He said that they did such a terrible job putting in the fuel pump. It was crooked, they broke the seal, and not all the bolts That was supposed to hold it in we r nt there! I was assured by Matt when I took it back the second time, that he double-checked to make sure that the fuel pump was put in properly. So either he lied to me about looking or he lied about it being done properly! Obviously I couldn't trust it anything that was told to Me by Matt at this point. So I contacted my bank and I'm just using the charges. I've already gotten my money back! I have Chase Bank by the way. So if they do work on your car and screw it up, which at this point I'd say is a very good chance, contact your bank and get your money back. Maybe they'll start doing better work if they want to stay in business. Or possibly it's just another one of those shops who are run by misogynistic men. I really hate being treated like I'm an idiot in regards to cars, because I don't have a "lump in my pants." read more

Literally the WORST place I've ever taken my car to. Both the mechanics and the owner try to rip you of by over pricing everything. They then say the problem is fixed, but every time, my car has been worse than when I took it in. They are dishonest and even took my car for "test drive" to McDonalds, leaving their trash in my car. They have done the same thing to my husband's car and my father in laws truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! read more
