Nice people working there cleans my car vacuums work not much more I could ask for. would suggest membership over pay for individual wash on most occasions as I have one car that I have to pay for and the other cars on membership and it seems like it can get expensive. read more

Cashier was super friendly. Waited for the guy to lead me in..... lightly honk..... look over and dude is detailing his personal truck. Gave up and went through. He finally decided to do his job on the next car. read more

I really like this car wash where it is located. 3 days ago well , my wife was vacuuming the passenger seat she Got stunned by some ants. The price is fair that's for sure, but need help with bugs around the car wash. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been using Superstar Car Wash for both of our vehicles for quite a few months. Very conveniently located. However, I believe their car wash damaged 3 of my wheels with scratches, one quite badly, on my new BMW 760i X-Drive, very expensive car and expensive wheels. I am the only person that has driven the car since I bought it new, other than my wife when she was with me. I have been ultra careful to park far away from other vehicles to avoid door dings and have been ultra careful to not rub any curbs, and the only way this damage could have occurred in my opinion is from the wheel/tire scrubbing equipment that is part of the car wash equipment. They refuse to do anything to resolve this matter, so I have cancelled my monthly memberships for both of our vehicles. Buyer beware, I DO NOT recommend this business. read more

Save your money. I really, REALLY want to like this car wash because I appreciate the drying cloths, window cleaner, and location, but the washes are just plain bad. The pre- wash associates in the front barely touch the vehicle with their sprayers, and the car comes out half washed with untouched bug and bird mess. Today, like other days, the vacuums are barely effective, the air hose didn't move any water from the car's exterior grooves, and there wasn't a single bottle of window cleaner anywhere. We had made the poor decision to try the 3mo. unlimited membership. Looks like I need unlimited just to get the car washed once well. We will be canceling and going elsewhere. read more

Great service every time we come in for a wash. Sammy and the crew at the Vail location are super helpful. Towels and vacuums are great to have! Great value too! read more

This company is downright deceptive. We tried the new location near our home, and I signed up for the "Super Protect" membership only because it matched the price of a single wash with their introductory offer. The wash itself was subpar, and the facility was a joke -- vacuums with barely any suction and an air nozzle that might as well not exist. We knew immediately this wasn't going to work. When I went online to cancel, none of their three supposed cancellation methods actually worked. It wasn't until I checked my credit card receipt that I noticed the charge was filed under someone else's name entirely -- no clue how they even got that. I cancelled the membership, only to receive an email days later saying my membership was "paused" and that I'd continue to be billed monthly. I emailed them directly demanding a full cancellation, received a confirmation, and then five days later got yet another email saying my membership was again "paused" and I'd still be charged. This company is crooked, plain and simple. And judging by other customers' experiences, this isn't an accident -- it's a pattern. Avoid them entirely. Your car might get damaged, and you'll never get rid of their bogus charges. read more

This place is truly unacceptable. I've had my membership for about five months, and it took far too long for them to fix the gate so I could actually drive in. Even then, they frequently close at random times, blocking the wash driveway with cones. The manager is unprofessional - a young kid who doesn't seem to grasp how to handle upset customers. He speaks in slang and frankly, shows no concern for your experience or business. Once you finally get through the car wash, good luck if you want to vacuum or use the air hoses to dry your vehicle. Eighty percent of those machines don't even work! If you're in need of a car wash, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. It's a total waste of money. You'd be better off washing your car in your own driveway. I highly recommend checking out Mary Ann Cleveland and Houghtons car wash behind Dunkin' Donuts carwash far superior to this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. Ive been getting charged every month and when I try to get a wash I get told I don't have an account with them. My bank statements say otherwise! I've tried to contact someone but apparently the company ONLY DOES BUSINESS VIA EMAL! I ask for a phone number to talk to someone and I get no responses back. I email them and I get responded to days later and then a week after that someone finally does only to get ghosted after the one email. I'm considering hiring a lawyer to deal with them I want the money back that they've been charging me for more than a year. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I was told I could get my cars washed and switch the plate as needed. Dealing with a rude person Makayla and being ignored is not good. I was told the GM is cracking down on the plates. I will be cancelling since this was assured to me that I could do this. The greedy GM has lost 7 subscribers due to his greed. Will never be returning due to the wash brushes not even touching the car in the wash too. I wasted money at this place. Won't be paying $60 for 2 cars monthly to be washed once or twice each if that. May this place close soon due to the rude employees and GM. read more

can I give 0 start?!! Do not go to the Super Star Car Wash on colossal cave. I had a worst experience as an OG customer. I signed up since the day one when they opened and got the grandfather in deal. However, my credit card got stolen and I had to replace it. Forgot to update on my car wash auto account, my subscription was cancelled without any warning (pissed but fine). On 7/13, they had prime day deal, which I cannot sign up online for no reason, sent hubby to go in and sign me up again, but they told my husband another deal and promised will be the same price after one month (cause he's gonna overwrote something on his part). When I checked again, the price went up and nothing like what they said. Today I went to the car wash to see what was going on. The manager denied everything and called my husband a lair, when I asked him to stop talking too loud in front of kid, he didn't back up and refused to help me at all, he threatened to call cops when he was the one being loud and rude. The manager trans passed me because he didn't want to cancel my account, he insisted I had to do it by myself! Like you can access my account and sign me up but you cannot cancel it for me?!! Maybe you just want money! What a scam!! Sadly I didn't get the manager's name, but he is a darker Hispanic male, in his 20s-30s, has curly hair. Claimed his been there as the manager since the Day they open. Pls do not go there! Save your breath and energy. read more

I went through the other day and paid for the most expensive wash. I do not have a membership as I drive three different cars. After going through once I noticed that my windshield was still very dirty so I went around and asked if I could go through again as it did not get the windshield. The young girl said yes but insisted that is why people get memberships. Clearly there is no logic as the wash itself was inferior so therefore I won't be getting a membership or using their facility again. read more

I've had a monthly deal going with this store for about a year. I've had two incidents in which there was damage to my truck. I've filled out an incident report more than once with nobody contacting me. Half the wash was not working last time I went through, and they kept sending vehicles through. The customer service tech's are forced to work on the carwash when it goes down. If you value your vehicle, do not take it here. read more

They messed my car up really bad, would not recommend. Its is now ruined..... I didnt even get an apology

- This car wash was a waste of time. Not a single vacuum worked, and I could inhale more dust than the machines picked up. I moved my truck to three different spots hoping for a decent vacuum, then checked every unit with no luck. There was no staff in sight at 8:30 AM on a Tuesday to help. I gave up and left. Don't waste your time! read more

I paid my $11, went to the wash, and the device bumped under my wheel and failed to push my car into the wash. A lady approached and told me to just drive around and she would let me try again. I did, and when I got there, a man refused to "rewash" my car. I told him, "Look, its dry and dirty. It has not been washed, so I'm not asking for a rewash, just a wash." He still refused, repeating OVER AND OVER that "You cannot have a free rewash for $11." I'm already sitting in the entrance to the car washing tunnel with 4 cars behind me, I cannot back out, so I put my car in park and told him I'll sit here all night til you wash my car, and I don't want my money back. So he became very agitated and then he called the cops on me for refusing to leave without my car wash. No thank you, I don't want a refund, just a clean car. ... He pushes a few buttons and my vehicle is sent thru the tunnel with all equipment shut off. No wash. I go around a THIRD TIME figuring screw this, I'll just pay another $11, and the charge card machine is deactivated!!! The cops come, and all of a sudden I got a "complimentary car wash" and the cop orders me to never come back. As if I would. There are 3 other car washes in the same zip code. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY BASICALLY CHARGE $11 THEN REFUSE YOUR SERVICE, AND YOU GET NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION AND A WASTED HOUR OF YOUR LIFE. read more

Super Star Car Wash - Colossal Cave Rd & Mary Ann Cleveland Way - Car Wash Near Me - Vail, Arizona

I had to dispute a $25 charge on my credit card and I never signed up for a membership. I ordered a new card and I see the same reoccurring charge the next month. Be very careful of credit card fraud with this car wash. read more

Great wash and amazing service! Came in to get a car wash and ended up getting signed onto their membership plan, Samuel and Danny were very friendly and helpful and I'm glad I will be able to keep my car clean more often! read more

Never had an issue with this car wash until today 1/17. Went through the car wash and came out with hood and back of car still dirty like water did not touch that area i manually washed with towels that are provided once cleaned there are major marks on my hood and back of car that were not there prior to entering. Spoke with general manager on site who is very nice but right away denied it was the car wash and in fact told me looled like my car was hit. I explained to him my car was not hit and how can the same markings be in different areas like on top of car, on top of hood and the upper part of my hatch. He also told me that the marks felt like dents or deep scratches which is not the case it is smooth and flush with car. Without getting a phone call I got an email two hours after making the report my claim was denied. I will no longer be a customer as this was handled poorly and caused by their equipment but they will not take accountability. read more

Just signed up for a monthly service yesterday. The staff were very friendly, and I have to say it's one of the best car washes. I've experienced as a drive-through. They also have excellent vacuums, high pressure air, and clean rags and Windex type stuff to use afterwards. Very impressive. read more
