I don't know if that was the case for the women's restroom, but I am a man, and that is not my place to be. I know this issue is out of the hands of most people working at that location, but the one who has the power to make a change, there is plenty of space in the means room to add the table. He stated that he had a customer and was busy, and my appointment was probably canceled, but that was enough for me. The first incident was last year for my oil change and tire rotation they did my oil change and called to ask me if I want new air filters, but when I went to get my car they said they could not unlock my tires for the rotation. I asked why they didn't ask me about that on the call to up-sale me and I could have told them it was in with the spare tire. So yeah unfortunately I am done with this shop, sorry.

It wasn't until I checked my credit card receipt that I noticed the charge was filed under someone else's name entirely -- no clue how they even got that. I cancelled the membership, only to receive an email days later saying my membership was "paused" and that I'd continue to be billed monthly. I emailed them directly demanding a full cancellation, received a confirmation, and then five days later got yet another email saying my membership was again "paused" and I'd still be charged. This company is crooked, plain and simple. And judging by other customers' experiences, this isn't an accident -- it's a pattern. Avoid them entirely. Your car might get damaged, and you'll never get rid of their bogus charges.

The pre- wash associates in the front barely touch the vehicle with their sprayers, and the car comes out half washed with untouched bug and bird mess.
