The coconut shrimp were fantastic, and large. I found the Clown Car almost impossible to drink because it was so sweet, but honestly that should have been expected. The absinthe is also fantastic. Now to the show! I was impressed by the caliber of entertainment. The announcer brought so much energy and humor, and brought in the crowd in just the right ways. I was shocked at how good of a mix the cheese, pistachio nuts, beets, jimaca, etc were together. just note that it could be pricey, especially with the pre-purchased food packages because receipt includes 5% service charge for staff's wellness insurance coverages, sales tax, and auto 20% gratuity. service was top-tier! so, the tipping amount makes sense. the waiters and waitresses do a really good job at easing you in with the menu and walk-through of the show with the two 5-minute intermissions with 45-minute showings in between for the same storyline. they do emphasize the auto gratuity pay, but not the other charges, so just remember what I said when you ultimately pay! I did not know the staff at the check-in desk who seat you and also provide navigation around the vicinity (e.g. where the gender neutral bathrooms, bar counter, and main theater are at) were the same ones performing. makeup, outfits, and overall performance with the singing, acting, and dancing was reminiscent of Rocky Horror Picture Show, which they pay tribute to. They walk with tipping hats so that they can collect cash or so you can scan the Venmo QR code at the end of the show for each of the two catwalks at opposite sides of the main theater room. I was seated right in front of the catwalk with my general admission ticket ($68ish). I did not know that I had front row seats, and it was definitely worth it, especially because that is the lowest ticketing tier! for parking, I parked at the Pike Place Market garage that closes at 2300 or 11PM. they charge $10 if you come after 1600 or 4PM to park, which covers you the entire night if you come to the cabaret show. the event was a total of like 2 to 2.5 hours long, depending on whether you stay to talk with the performers, take pictures, etc. speaking of parking, if you come by late, the customer services (shoutout Kellen!!!) should be notified so that they can seat you accordingly. the latest to arrive was 30 minutes prior to showtime...otherwise they apparently seat you after the 1st intermission...did not happen to me, but please do not let it happen to yourself! that is like 45 minutes of the show gone, which is already at the halftime. the staff will try to accommodate you as much as possible so that you could be of attendance for the entire show...just be transparent and communicative. yes, they are responsive , even during day of show for your arrival unfortunately, we are not allowed to take pictures or videos while the show is going on, but trust me when I say that you want to fully immerse yourself, and pay attention to who and what is in front of you to truly get the most out of this experience. it was my first time to attend a cabaret show, and I will never forget ! :D read more

We booked the Premiere seating, sip and savor tickets which include one cocktail and appetizer per ticket. This place provides a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We were impressed with what the lighting, effects, ambiance, and engaging environment. AND the drinks and food were excellent! We appreciated that a place that doesn't HAVE to have good food actually puts thought into designing a menu that has something for everyone, with high quality. And portions were generous! Had some amazing morning bevvies and a world class breakfast burrito by some fun and friendly staff. Just a great overall experience. I want to start by saying everyone was trying their best. I remember college and getting slammed while being understaffed (on top of a very lively social life after hours ). So I'm not mad at anyone. However I was pretty disappointed. I showed up on Saturday morning to an almost empty restaurant. We had not come for a show so we picked the time we did. I showed up at 11:40. It took a few minutes for me to get a hold of someone because they were busy. The server who came to the host stand explained that they needed a few minutes before seating me. She asked if I could come back in 20 minutes. I said that was fine but asked if I could be put on a wait list so I could resolve this. She took my number and said I would get a text when a table was ready. I did not get a text but my friend reserved a table for 12:15. So when I showed up I expected to get some good food and the five staff treatment. We were sat in the back where they have the stage. And there were only two other parties in the room. It was a dusty and tired vibe. But I was there to meet my friend and vent anyways. So no problem. So we end up getting our drinks. Then we order the food. And that was a mess. We both got the Chicken & Beignet. I had a Sugar Plum Fairy to drink and a Naughty shot. Everything was good. The chicken was well seasoned. Those sweet dough balls were cute. They tasted alright. They just were not the soft flaky pillowy beignets I'm used to. (Seattle has a bad habit of adapting things poorly so I wasn't surprised). So the food I give a 4. And up until this point the service was maybe a 3.5. Sorry. Everyone was super nice but you can tell when someone doesn't have the ability to give their full attention to you. This was a perfect example of that. Why? Because they were starting to prepare for a show soon after our food arrived. So I was very hurried the whole time. Why seat us in an area where you were going to rush us? Or at the very least give us the option. So I quickly hurried up and ate my food. And we settled up. Everyone was again super sweet. It was a fun and unique evening. We had the show (Hitchcock Hotel) package with appetizer and both chose the fish and chips. Definitely a filling meal with cole slaw. The rock fish was a bit fishy on a few pieces. Not as good as the cod we had the next day at Mr. Fish. The waitress suggested a themed cocktail that was included that I enjoyed and my friend had a glass of wine. Our waitress waited too long to check out tables allowing the performers to walk around for photos and tips. Other areas cleared before ours started. Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was fantastic as expected! The show was amazing and funny. The service was great too. It's hard to find a bad seat in the theatre but I like sitting along the catwalk. Thankfully they do have comfortable AC too - not so much that you're going to freeze if you're dressed for the weather but you won't be roasting or sweating. The food was great - the only thing we didn't love was my partner was not a fan of the pepperoni flatbread that he got. They ran out of burgers apparently so he had to go with plan b and was disappointed. Other than that everything was lovely and we will definitely be back for future shows. The croissant beignets were the best. We ordered one of each dessert and they were by far the better choice. All of the food was great. We will go back again very soon. It is small. The Can Can's Noir performance is an absolute must-see! It is a sexy, fun, fabulous, and whimsical performance. We arrived 30 minutes early, which is highly recommended so you can peruse the menu and order a drink. Their cocktails are fantastic. Food: + Mac and Cheese gnocchi was so good and very filling! + pork chop - my husband got this and he enjoyed! Pork was nicely cooked and juicy. + gumbo - loved the flavor and the cheesy grits! I had to get a box to take the rest of my plate home because I got full. + pink chai latte - this was the perfect post meal drink that I enjoyed during the last part of the show. What a fun night! This was my first experience with Can Can and it did not disappoint. My partner and I had a blast. The show had good laughs, amazing dancing and singing and the whole place was decorated to match the wonderland theme. I didn't know what to expect but I'm impressed and I'd love to see more of their shows. We got standard seats. We got the VIP seating and dining. In my opinion, I felt like I was a little too close to the stage- they are fully dancing in your face and you're fully immersed in the experience, which was a little out of my comfort zone but it was still really fun. The food: 3 out of 10. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FOOD. My brushetta appetizer was really yummy and the corn chowder appetizer was good but overall the main dishes we got: Lobster Ravioli was lacking flavor and tasted like a frozen ravioli TV dinner, and the filet mignon was tough to chew and cut, also dry. So again, I really wouldn't recommend the food or buying the "VIP package". But the actors/dancers were really nice and I want to keep my review as 5 stars for them! This place was awesome and totally exceeded our expectations! Located in Pikes Place Market on the second level, it's in a great location that's right in the thick of downtown Seattle. Prior to arriving, we had purchased tickets online for the current show run- House of Hearts. Our tickets were around $100 after taxes and fees. You are asked to arrive 45 to 30 minutes ahead of time to be seated and have your order taken if you are eating/drinking. The menu had a good representation of varied dishes, so there's something for everyone. I wound up having the Mac n' Cheese Gnocchi. It had Beecher s Cheese, and was delicious. Even though it's served in a small ramekin, it's actually enough for a meal. Small but mighty for sure. About this venue- the decor is lavish. Think velvet curtains and deep lush colors. The space itself has an unusual seating area. The best way I can describe it is a bifurcated audience configuration, where the stage converges at 90 degrees via two catwalks. It's like an L-shape. Upon first being seated, I thought this may be an issue, but as the show commenced, you could see that each segment of the stage has a catwalk, and when performances were happening; action on one was being simultaneously replicated on the other. It was fun to see how the show adapted to the layout. The show itself was very well done. Each performer was so professional and accomplished. This was the first time we've been to a live cabaret performance since before COVID, so it was nice to see strong, animated players give it their all to deliver a great show. They really know their craft. Also worthy of mention, was the excellent sound and production. It was all of a high caliber and provided some extra polish to an already great performance. House of Hearts itself, (which I believe is about to switched to a new production) was a charming story that had some excellent showmanship- I especially loved the mime portion. I felt drawn in by the story and was in awe of the precision and expressiveness of the actors. I also really admired the inclusive dynamic of the storytelling. At the end of the show, I really felt a renewed sense of love for so many things- and it gave me a great sense of gratitude to be present at that moment and enjoying such a great show with other people in the audience. I suppose abstaining from shows for years due to the pandemic will do that. The only thing I would add is don't forget to bring some cash to tip the performers. When the show ends, the performers walk around thanking the audience, and carry around top hats for tips. I had no idea this was going to happen so I was unprepared, but they also have a Venmo too that you can use to contribute tips to. Overall it's a rather expensive night out, but completely worth it. Something about seeing live performances is really exciting, and it feels good to be transported into a show that has a beautiful message and very accomplished talent- both in front of and behind the scenes. I found out about Can Can while taking a Pike Place Foodie tour last year. I was shocked to have not heard of them earlier. My best friend and I went to see "Dolly" tonight and the entire production was flawless. The performer who played Dolly had a great voice, a strong stage presence, and was the perfect person to play Dolly. The performer who played "Burnie" was equally amazing. We talked before the show before he was in costume, and he laid down the ground rules (no photography, no touching) and gave us a run down of what to expect. He was quite entertaining and did a great job involving super funny guy from the crowd. Melissa was our server and she did a fantastic job and offered good suggestions. My bestie and I shared the Burrata (VERY good but a little hard to share), the chicken kababs (which to our delight also came with two veggie kabobs) and the Mac & cheese gnocchi. Everything was super high quality and absolutely delicious. We also had the salted caramel and the Nutella beignets to finish - because of course. I'd also like to mention that their ginger beer is probably the best I've had. The performers and the staff do a phenomenal job here. It's an intimate space, and there's comedy, singing, dancing, a few props... 10/10 recommend!! And being some cash at the end for tipping the performers! Enter off Pine Street - at the end of Post Alley and across the street from Beecher's and Inn at the Market. Park at the Pike Place garage for $8 in the evening, and you'll be within a three minute walk and your car will be safe and secure. You can expect to see some buns and side boob, but everything is very tasteful. This is not a male revue or a strip club. Some of these other reviews have me scratching my head. It was very delicious. We were sat a the railing, which turned out to be the best possible seating. We saw everything on stage and occasionally right in front of us. What a sight! Gorgeous girls and guys with amazing talent. The show was funny, showcased serious talent, fun dance numbers, sexiness, and overall excellent entertainment. The gals were topless but had pasties on and honestly it was very tasteful and not raunchy. The guys butts were exposed at times but it was done in a tasteful and sexy way. This is not a seedy place rather it showcased trained and talented dancers with nice bodies in fun numbers. If you are prude, you probably won't like this place but if you are a fun and easy going person, this is your place. The theater is fantastic and had great ambiance. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. The people next to us ordered food and it looked AMAZING. Next time we will eat there.
