Campus Storage LLC's clientele is primarily young, new to business practices, people. My young friends! Question 1 should be: Where are my items stored? The Campus Storage narrative says absolutely nothing about where your items, you are paying monthly for, are going to be stored!!! They only state: "secure storage". That is all. Look it up! Prove me wrong, please!!! This should raise a flag for anyone looking to store anything of value. You the customer, if you value money, you also value what you are handing over to Campus Storage to place in a virtual, inaccessible to you, anonymous cloud. Question 2: Why is Campus Storage's storage facility a secret? Any respectable business would not only tell you the location, but invite you in for a tour, bragging about their security, cleanliness, access, etc... What is happening to the belongings while they are out of your possession? Are they in a closed space from the elements, protected from the weather? Is the space dry, air conditioned, heated, do other people have access to the space? You eyeballs are best at answering these questions. Which leads to questions 2! How often will I be able to access my items? Only at the beginning of the next semester? Is that acceptable to you? Ask you parents if that is acceptable to them? I would guess you might hear a different answer. Question 3: Who owns the business? Most businesses have a physical address that includes a person's name and biography on how they got into the business, some background on where they grew up, and what brought them into having the motivation to start a business making widgets, or in this case, storage. Campus Storage LLC gains sponsorship from major colleges and universities. Prospective clients often have to operate under time constraints not in their favor, but in the favor of Campus Storage. This results in items mentioned above being overlooked. Did each and everyone of you sign a contract with Campus Storage LLC, and, did you receive a copy of what you signed? Make a copy of everything you sign. Everyone has a smart phone today. If you don't, don't sign. If you are pressured to sign in a hurry, run, not walk, to the next competitor of Campus Storage. Take an extra day if needed, you will still be saving time and money, as well as have the confidence your items will be returned to you intact. Read through their website. Look at what is not being said. Does this give you confidence and trust in storing items with them? read more

Campus Storage is the easiest way to store your belongings over the summer. The price is 100% worth how much stress you avoid by using their moving services. I had to last minute change my flight out from Los Angeles and I was very stressed about my pickup time being right before my new flight boarded. I emailed Campus Storage at 11:30pm the night before my pick up day explaining my situation, and I wasn't expecting to actually get a response, but they responded early that morning and worked with me to find a solution. The movers were ahead of schedule, so they were able to come early after confirming I was ready, and they even volunteered to help me finish taping and labelling my last few boxes. They were extremely kind, helpful and flexible; they went above and beyond what I expected and took so much stress out of move-out day. And I'm writing this from the flight I was able to make because of them! Overall, I'm really happy with Campus Storage and definitely recommend them to everyone, especially students who don't have tons of experience with moving on their own, as their services simplify the whole process. read more

So grateful for Nima at Campus Storage! We were already very happy with the service our students received in June--with two students in two separate pickup locations, things got confusing but Campus Storage took care of us. Then, last night I realized that our students were returning a day earlier than we had originally scheduled (today, Thursday!), and Campus Storage was scheduled a day later (tomorrow, Friday!). Our kids were moving to a new empty apartment and would have nothing but bare mattresses. Their sheets, pillows, and blankets were all with Campus Storage. I emailed Customer support late last night and quite honestly didn't even expect a response. Nima replied at 11p saying she would do her best to move back the delivery. The effort alone was appreciated, but when she came through this morning with a delivery for today I was beyond impressed and so grateful. I am ABSOLUTELY ecstatic with the way campus storage prioritizes its customers. Being an international student, move-ins are absolute headaches and a huge hassle. Campus storage has been SUPER supportive in helping me move-in and understanding my situation. I had emailed back and forth with Mr. Anderson about changing my scheduled delivery date (like changing dates and times anout 7x), and he was completely understanding, helpful, kind and patient. Emails are always promptly replied, and even though they require a 3 days notice prior to scheduled changes, Campus Storage really understood my situation and wanted to help me move-in with convenience in any way possible - even allowing me to change my scheduled delivery date LAST minute. The system is organized, convenient, hassle-free and user friendly. I worked with Campus Storage for the summer after my Freshman year. They actually weren't servicing my university, but after I reached out for help, they said they would be offering their business to us, and on top of providing a discount code for the whole student body, they provided a unique one for me for reaching out to them in the first place. I regularly emailed an employee named Nima over the months leading up to summer, and I can honestly say that the customer service of this company is unlike anything else. They are beyond friendly, helpful, very quick at responding and professional in the way that they handled me and my 1 million questions. The process itself was incredibly smooth and efficient, and the men who came to pick up my boxes were, once again, really nice. What a terrific and together organization! My student had to make an unexpected, last minute switch of her delivery date on campus. Nima at Campus Storage was incredibly helpful, and instilled so much confidence that they could help us . His manager on site at the school (which is, mind you, 3,000 miles away from us), quickly offered to make the delivery date switch, even though they were fully booked and it was not the easiest change for them to accommodate. This was handled in a very timely manner with calm help from Nima, and excellent , professional communication. This all helped give tthis parent great peace of mind! This review is LONG overdue. I hired Campus Storage to help move my kids out of their dorm Summer of 2018. First off, I was so happy with how quick customer service responded to my emails. There were no hidden fees; what I was quoted. It was exactly what I paid for. There were at least 4 to 6 guys who moved my kids from a second floor dorm with no elevator. They moved so quick! They did not mess around and take their time. They hustled! Unlike another moving/ storage company I have ever used before. As a single mom, I lost track of time scheduling the move back into the dorm, Customer Service was extremely accommodating and was able to schedule my daughter exactly when she needs to move into her dorm. The customer service is amazing! Any questions or concerns you have, you'll get a quick response and a solution. I usually store my boxes just for the summer, but this year, I studied abroad, so I needed to store my boxes for an extended amount of time yet still ensure that I would get them delivered for the coming Fall when I would return. In December 2016, I packed up my boxes and someone from Campus Storage came to pick everything up. They were super helpful and nice. With Fall 2017 approaching I was looking for delivery dates, but had a couple questions regarding how to sign up. I needed storage for 1 year as I was studying abroad. I was a sophomore so I had quite a bit of items in my 2nd story apartment. After a bit of research I found Campus Storage. From the moment I signed up to the moment they delivered my items when I returned from Greece, my expectations were exceeded every step of the way. Not only could I designate pick up and delivery simply logging in, I was able to change my credit card information as often as I wanted without having to email or call. Campus Storage rocks!!! I have used them over the years to shuffle my (USC student) kids' stuff around in summer, but this year I called them well after the semester was over to move my graduate's stuff out of his house into storage until he found another place. Although it was outside of their pick up and delivery window, Kyle Jackson kindly agreed to accommodate my request and the guys came and got it. I agreed on 3 months storage, but then my son found new accommodations and I had to ask them to redeliver it after only a week. Despite many logistical problems this caused they rallied and delivered it the following day. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. I set this up for my daughter last summer, it was great. She entered her first year of college and I was wondering what we would do with her belongings that she collected over the year. Her older sister, two years prior had this problem and storing her things was huge hassle. Her boyfriend just broke up with her so she didn't have the man power to move her things by herself. I found Campus Storage on Google and decided to check them out. After opening up an account online everything else was handled for us. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are! My daughter is a USC student and we could not have been happier with the process. The boxes are sturdy. The instructions are clear. And, most importantly, the people that come to pick up and drop off are just INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. They make the process manageable. You may not get them by phone or email immediately, because of the business model, but they ALWAYS ALWAYS get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I have never waited more than 24 hours, if I had to wait at all when calling them. I've used Campus Storage at USC for the last two years and it's been a really great option. I live across the country so I'm typically moving in & out on my own and storing my stuff is much easier than shipping it back and forth. The Campus Storage delivery team is always prompt and is incredibly hands-on. They handle literally everything taking everything from right inside your room to the truck for pickup and vice versa for delivery. I've had no problems when I needed to adjust my delivery/pick-up window and the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. They answered all questions that I had when planning in a timely manner. Supplies arrived on time & were as described. Packing was simple. Mover arrived on time & made a stressful situation easy! I have been using campus storage for the past two years when moving in and out of my dorm in the DC area. Everything was very easy from scheduling to pick-up. The movers were very punctual, fast and friendly. They were also very helpful. When they called to inform me that they are on their way to bring my stuff, I had to leave my dorm for an emergency. I had made an error when booking my storage option, and when I called to fix the mistake the employee I spoke to was HUGELY helpful.
