Im in a tight $ spot now and shipping costs were insane (this is right as Russia attacked Ukraine and gas prices skyrocketed, I really picked an awful time to close out my unit.) Joey was awesome and helped me figure out the most cost effective way to get my most important items shipped (lots of face time calls and emails and texting) Joey was so patient and helpful I really cant say enough good things! He went through my stuff looking for specific items, which really meant a lot. Great service. Rhonda was very helpful and Luis was very communicative with arrival. He waited for an hour for us to load the pod and was very friendly. Minus 1 star for poor communication and professionalism on behalf of the sales rep who charged my cc without an invoice or prior notice. Bad business practice. I would definitely recommend them but know up front that they will charge your cc without first sending a detailed description of charges. read more

I called the company yesterday and kindly asked for a quote. They asked for my name and number and said they would call me back. I received no call back. I called again today and asked for a quote and they transferred me to another man. I tried to explain my situation, but all he did was talk over me and try to take my name and number to call me back. While I was explaining that I did not get a call back yesterday, he HUNG UP on me mid-sentence. They are so rude, I will not be using their services since they are horrible to their customers. read more

I decided to revise my prior review because of one man, who turned a bad situation into a good one ... and resolved it with kindness, compassion and integrity. My account was never set up with this company for some odd reason - so 1.5 years later - when I asked to get my storage unit back, they noticed the error and wanted me to pay late fees, extra storage fees, administrative fees, refused access to my unit, and sent me a lien letter due to their own mistake. The situation was very difficult to resolve with the Torrance branch and extremely frustrating. After my initial Yelp review, I was contacted by Paul Cohen, a partner, who resolved all the issues quickly and with the utmost professionalism. The service is a great option for seasonal storage or stuff you just don't know what to do with and don't want to give away just yet. The delivery personnel were very professional, kind and helpful. Based on all the other amazing reviews, I believe my experience to have just been a random comedy of errors, but if you have any problems with a local branch, Paul will make sure you are well cared for. Lowest-cost provider by at least $100 for what we needed, which was on-site storage to sell excess furniture from our cross-country move. The standard container 8wx5Lx7h fit our huge washer dryer set, 72" dining table, two large chairs, and two wardrobe boxes. Staff was easy to get ahold of on the phone, responsive to emails, and on time with the delivery. The forklift may tilt the contents of your goods slightly -- it's not as sophisticated as some other container service drop off methods we have used -- so make sure your goods are level and tethered. We did not use this company for storage at their facility, however. Would recommend to friends and we would use again for on-site storage. Thanks, Sean. read more

When the world as you know it changes overnight and grinds to a halt, it is nice to know that there are companies like We Come 2U Storage who can relieve you of some of the chaos and stress with professionalism and kindness. When my college freshman returned home to the east coast 2 weeks ago for spring break who knew that in a matter of days we would need to figure out how to clear out his dorm room as his campus closed, flying became an impossibility, and cities shut down. But We Come 2U Storage welcomed the task and with each email and phone call we felt heard and well taken care of and so very grateful for what they were able to do. As I write this review they are scheduled to, in a few hours, pack up and store all of his belongings until his return for the fall term and mail a box or two of needed items back home - (and if his dorm room looks anything like his bedroom right now, I really feel for the crew and my gratitude expands). I got the full service for my daughter that attends Loyola Marymount University, my husband and myself were not able to be there to help her pack up, she said they were great, all she really had to do was pack her clothes to come home, we also needed to have the boxes come back mid summer as she was moving into a house as we were helping her unpack we couldn;t believe how well everything was boxed up and organized, everything came back just the way it should have, will definetly be using them again and they are so reasonable, I personally dealt with Joe martinez and he was a pleasure to work with. read more

Their workers were dispatched to my house to deliver a large bulky item that had to be put into my side yard (a skateboard ramp). they arrived on time. they went out of their way to make sure it was delivered and set up as safely as possible. the workers were courteous and did whatever it took to get the job done. i am very happy with their service. read more
