Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

It needed new vent caps, new flood lights, reseal of roof, replaced water connection, and replaced LED strips on front cap. They went above and beyond and even fixed up my screen door that was all torn up as a nice gesture. When there was a small mishap with a defective light during install, they sent someone out to replace it right at my storage. Can't say enough about their customer service, and I will be calling them again should I need anything with my trailer. Thank you Brandon and the Norco RV team!

We absolutely love this rig, and our experience at the sales department was top notch. Last week, we were about to leave on a camping trip, when we had a somewhat major mishap. We called Richardson's service department, and were extremely fortunate to speak to Steven Contreras. Now, keep in mind, much like the auto industry in the middle of this pandemic, everyone is super busy, and short staffed. We explained the situation to Steven, and he said to bring the rig in right away. Usually, it's at least a two or three week wait to get an appointment at the service department, but Steven made a exception for us, considering our dilemma. After about 45 minutes of helping us personally with our problem, it was repaired successfully! I have never experienced a more positive and awesome representation of true customer service, like I did with Steven. He is an exceptional human being, and a phenomenal ambassador to the RV'ing community. I highly recommend that you go see Steven at Richardsons for any of your RV repair needs! Every time we've had to bring our fifth wheel in for repairs, Richardson's RV service department has been exceptional in the services they provide. Five stars!

Never completed anything. We had to call often to get the job done. They never figured out the water seeping out from under the cabinets. Also, couldn't figure out our insurance coverage. We had to manage that as well. Got the trailer back today and it is FILTHY. Looks like someone was eating in there frequently. Dirty dried muddy footprints everywhere. Black greasy handprints all over. Stuff moved around not related to any repairs. Trailer was SPOTLESS when we dropped it off.

Management completely washed their hands of the situation- all I got from Terry the general manager was a sorry we're not responsible for lost or stolen items. They apparently had a break in and coaches had items stolen. It's just odd how the thieves used a key to get into mine and the others were forced open. Wow!!! And this was their response after I contacted their Marcus line. Time to share my experience with others as this isn't ok. Unbelievable they will damage their reputation over a $900 generator and the cost of my stolen tools.

He gave us advice, explained on how to fix, modify and make adjustments where needed ourselves and where and what to purchase rather than being that typical repairman/mechanic who just tells you what's wrong with something and how much it will cost to fix it. They aren't willing to increase rate to make more money off customers like many other dealers. Even willing to show what is offered- no hiding info. Confirmed the rate Phil offered matched or in some cases beat my tier 1 credit offers. Much appreciated! These guys know their business and industry!
