Mili, Neema, Sonal, and the whole Planning Elegance team are truly exceptional. To say Indian weddings are complicated, is an understatement. On top of that, Mili's team helped us plan 6 events in 3 days, at 3 different venues with guest counts from 200-800. My actual wedding and reception were held at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center Terrace Theater, a very far from typical choice for a wedding venue. However, we chose it because we wanted to utilize the space in a unique way - something that had never been done before. We spent many meetings and site visits with Mili to evolve our concept and the many logistics that came with it. It was challenging to say the least, but with Mili and her team's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail, we watched our vision come to life. Both mine, and my husband's immediate families were heavily involved in the planning process. That means 4 parents, 4 siblings, 2 grandmothers, and a bride and a groom, yet Mili and her team found a way to incorporate everyone's ideas, suggestions, and wishes. Yes, a wedding is about the couple, but for Indian weddings, it's also about the family. You can tell Planning Elegance's team truly understands this because the entire weekend both families were constantly checked up on and offered food, water, and any other assistance they needed. Mili and her team go above and beyond to take care of not just the couple, but their families and guests. All 6 of our events started and ended on time, (some even ahead of schedule), which meant a lot to our guests who weren't left sitting and waiting, and in turn felt that we valued their company and time. To this day, I have not heard of a single thing issue or problem that occurred, and while there is no such thing as a perfect wedding, P.E. handled every twist and turn through the weekend BTS so flawlessly, it felt perfect.

This review is 100% honest. We got married at The Loft on Pine a few weeks ago, and if anyone is getting married there you NEED to work with Green Apple! She has a lot of experience with the venue, she used to work there, and knows all the little details and rules. We chose their Simply Coordination Services, and along with our two helpful in-person meetings, Meghan and her team were easy to reach by phone and email with any questions or needs. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with questions or concerns, and everyone was quick to respond. She also gave great suggestions and advice on how to set up our day. The Loft on Pine's standard hours given for a wedding is 5 hours, and I was nervous that we wouldn't have a lot of time for dancing, which was super important for me. Also, she gave the excellent recommendation of hiring DartDJ. They are incredible! At the rehearsal, Meghan was super patient and made it quick and fun. My husband is one of 7 and we had about 8 little ones in our wedding, so you can only imagine how hectic it could have been. She also helped us store our own decor on site. The day of couldn't have gone better! I honestly can't recall anything going wrong, and if it did Meghan handled it so none of us were aware. Even my father, who has pretty high expectations and is the first to point out when things feel like they're dragging, was so impressed with the flow of the wedding and reception. My wedding was in San Diego on a Saturday, and Tricia delivered the flowers on Friday morning to a family member in the OC. Not only did the flowers last until the next day, I got exactly what I wanted from Tricia but at a fraction of the price from other florists. Make sure the flowers stay in water and in a cool place. We were lucky that the hotel I was staying in allowed us to use their large kitchen fridge. Just make sure there aren't any fruits in the fridge; they emit a gas, which will wilt the flowers. Throughout the months, she was on top of everything as well as being always available to answer any questions and getting any requests we needed as we prepared for our wedding. Also, Jennifer nailed the venue we wanted which to this day, our guests tell us is the prettiest wedding venue they've ever seen. Well played Jenn. Now I thought Jennifer was on top of things pre-wedding because she had a beautiful laid out plan through Google Sheets and she had made sure all the vendors had come together as one to celebrate our special day. The amount of organization and attention to detail for something like this is not easy and she made it look effortless. Once we filled out what we needed to fill out like guest information (contact information, allergies, etc), table placements and all the other items, she was quick to look over what we had and provide any edits or advice on anything and everything. Pre-wedding Jennifer is a superstar. Wedding day Jennifer? Absolute beast. Every T is crossed, every I is dotted and with emphasis and enthusiasm.
