But this faciilty is easily one of the most beautiful in the area. It sits up on a hill with these massive floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom that give you a view of LA that rivals looking out from Stark Tower,, it is just an amazng vibe. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They handled all our executive attendees with that Captain America level of patience and coordination. We had a bunch of professionals there for the event and they all kept talking about how it felt like a real getaway... not just a boring corporate room. plus there is a ton of walking space outside. you can wander around and clear your head like Doctor Strange visiting Kamar-Taj. Anyway, the whole two days went perfectly. If you are putting together a big meeting or training, you cant just settle for some random hotel basement. * the views alone are worth it * the team has your back like Nick Fury I highly recommend this place. it really feels like the official Avengers Compound but with way better scenery. We came in to pay the remaining balance for our wedding, which should have been such an exciting moment considering our wedding is only two months away. Instead, the experience with the gentleman at the front desk completely ruined what should have been a happy milestone. We were told the remaining balance needed to be paid in cash, so we came prepared with the full amount. We were literally short one penny. I asked if we could give an extra 10 cents since we didn't have a penny and simply leave the change. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, he made the biggest issue out of one penny. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was so unnecessary and uncomfortable that I was literally on the verge of crying. My fiancé had to calm me down afterward because I was so upset. Imagine being a bride, two months away from your wedding, coming in excited to make your final payment, only to leave feeling this way because of how someone treated you over ONE CENT. This is supposed to be a place where couples come to celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives. Customer service matters. Compassion matters. How you treat people matters. The venue itself is beautiful, which is why this experience is even more disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this because I would hate for another couple to experience the same thing. I'm now praying that our actual wedding day is nothing like the experience we had simply trying to pay our final balance. It's incredibly unfortunate when one employee can make a couple question whether they chose the right place for such an important day. I sincerely hope things change before our wedding because we deserve to feel excited and welcomed, not stressed and devastated.

You will read other reviews and see some complaints but, if you read your contract and abide by it, you will not have a single complaint. The entire staff was friendly and ready assist with anything they could. The kitchen staff, bar staff, and security staff were 100% on point. By the way, you definitely want their bar staff. The drinks were really good and you really can't beat the value. We got a drink package of 100 drinks for $500 and it was more than worth it. Decorating was a breeze since they set up all your tables with the table cloths in the colors of your choice and he does have plenty of colors for you to chose from. All we had to do was have our centerpieces placed on the tables and we were ready to go. We received many compliments from our guests about the venue and the overall experience. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner was very different. While he fulfilled everything outlined in our contract, his interactions during setup made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Our set up and rehearsal felt uncomfortable after being spoken to sharply, including being reprimanded for leaning on a table. When I politely asked if we could add one additional table (at a cost, if at all possible)), I was also met with a raised voice. It was a simple question. I wasn't demanding or accusatory, but he became extremely defensive. Throughout setup, it felt as though we were being closely monitored rather than supported. To be fair, the venue honored every part of our agreement, and I appreciate that. However, hospitality is about more than fulfilling a contract. On such an important day, I hoped for a little flexibility, warmth, and kindness. Because of that experience, I personally would have a hard time recommending the venue, despite the beautiful facility and wonderful staff.

I had my baby shower at Electric Loft just over a month ago, and have nothing but wonderful things…read moreto say about my experience! When I first requested a quote, I recieved a response very quickly from Pro, the manager, and he remained available for any questions I had until I was ready to sign my quote and lock in my event (and thereafter until shower day.) When you request a quote, you'll be sent a questionnaire about what you'll need for your event (time frame, services, furnishings, etc.) so you know exactly what you're paying for when you get your price. There is a lot included in the price, but other than some standard items like tables and chairs, you'll need to rent, or bring in everything else yourself or with outside vendors. I did all of my own decor, had my family and friends help me set up, and we catered Porto's. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, prep area and sink as well if you're cooking yourself, we used the oven to warm up potato balls and stored drinks in the fridge and it worked out great. You can rent a cover for the kitchen if it's not your vibe. Here's some of the concerns I had before booking and how we overcame them: Concern: the venue is on the second story in a historic building and is only accessible by stairs. Solution: It is only one flight of stairs, and there is a break in the middle with ample room for a chair or bench if guests need a stopping point. I informed my guests of this ahead of time and had my husband help anyone who needed assistance, everyone was able to make it work. It was a little but rough carrying all of our own stuff up, but many hands made light work. Concern: there is only one bathroom for an event of nearly 90 people. Solution: Honestly, this was only an issue for us at the beginning of our event when people were arriving from far away places. Once the initial rush died out, there was never even a line for the bathroom. Concern: the space is very plain. Solution: The space does not have many bells and whistles, but I found it charming and rustic, and there's lots of opportunity to really make it as dressed up as you want with whatever theme you can think of. Also, the natural light from the windows on both sides of the building made things that much more appealing. Concern: there is no designated parking. Solution: the Electric Loft team was able to save some spaces directly in front for me and my set-up team, and then parking is open up and down the streets as well as at the nearby park. No one had any issues, save for some later arrivals as there was some kind of art event at another building nearby. There may be a little walking involved, but not so much that it made anything impossible. All in all, everyone thought it was a great spot and I've been recommending Electric Loft all over the place, and I'll continue to do so. Also shout out to The Splendor Co for my photo spot!

Overall our experience was amazing! We did a lot of DIY, they provided tables/chairs and we did the rest. So worth it and reasonably priced for the package we got.
