There was a lot of guests so we were told to park in the residential area which had sketchy surroundings when walking back towards the event space. When we entered the space, it felt like an open layout house. Fairly modern design. Useful space. Two restrooms for guests. There was a small connecting area with a fridge for storage. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. But this faciilty is easily one of the most beautiful in the area. It sits up on a hill with these massive floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom that give you a view of LA that rivals looking out from Stark Tower,, it is just an amazng vibe. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They handled all our executive attendees with that Captain America level of patience and coordination. We had a bunch of professionals there for the event and they all kept talking about how it felt like a real getaway... not just a boring corporate room. plus there is a ton of walking space outside. you can wander around and clear your head like Doctor Strange visiting Kamar-Taj. This place is beautiful. It sits on the mountain top. Amazing views. Very quiet and overall just a very peaceful place. I've always enjoyed coming here. There's a hiking trail as well which I have hiked a few time, I like this trail because it's a good workout and very scenic. It feels good to be surrounded by nature and just being here lifts my spirits and makes me happy. I miss my grandma and wanted to come here for that reason but I'm glad I did because i forgot how amazing his place is and I will definitely be back, next time to hike the trail :)

They make sure everything associated with the venue runs smoothly and give VIP service to the bride and groom. The staff served my husband and I our dinner and both the venue coordinators asked my husband and I what alcoholic beverage we'd like to drink after the ceremony (and then went and got it for us!). The bartender gave us special attention by prioritizing us whenever we went up to the bar. - The venue is gorgeous and the food is amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food tasted. - The venue coordinator responds promptly to email and never lets anything slip between the cracks. - You can do a lot of DIY at this venue to truly personalize your wedding. Cons: - This venue is reasonably priced for how beautiful and elegant it is. However, there are a LOT of upcharges associated with it. One of the upcharges that really bothered me was that you have to pay for glass wine glasses per setting. They only offer 150 stem-less glasses, but their venue has a capacity of 200, so why not carry your capacity? Our guest count was 164, so we had to pay for each wine glass at $1 per glass to have 164 stemmed wine glasses at each table setting. If you want the wine served to each guest (instead of pre-poured), you will need to hire servers at $25 each per hour to do so. - While the venue coordinator is responsive, she is not the warm welcoming coordinator that you might expect as a bride. Her responses are curt and to the point (and sometimes make you feel like you're bothering her), and it's not the customer service you'd expect for paying a significant amount of money to get married here. - If you plan to book a room block at the Kellogg West hotel, you can expect the absolute WORST customer service from the manager, Cameron. His email communication is extremely rude, and he makes you feel like you're a nuisance for bothering him. He gives bare minimum answers to everything and never once thanks you for your business. - You really need to hire a "wedding coordinator" with this venue. The venue coordinators make sure everything at the venue runs smoothly. If you want to ensure that your wedding day timeline runs smoothly, you need to have a wedding coordinator do this for you. Trust me, it's much better than your friend or mom having to do it!!! Overall though, I would recommend this venue. It was the perfect setting for our wedding day, and we had an overall positive experience.

I-Jou is truly amazing at what she does and helped bring our vision to life. She is incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. During our welcome photos, we were sweating, and she continuously checked in on us, bringing water and drinks and even saving appetizers from cocktail hour while we were busy with photos. When we were at our sweetheart table, she went to grab us drinks from the bar and even brought us desserts from our dessert bar! I-Jou knew the right questions to ask and overall we felt well supported throughout the whole wedding planning process up until the end of our wedding day. Because of her, I was able to truly be present and enjoy my wedding day without a single ounce of stress! Which is very rare for me because I am an overthinker and stress over the little things. While she is super friendly, if you are an overall gushing, emotional bride there may be some personality clash but she approaches her craft pragmatically so don't get offended if she skips some of the formalities and gets straight down to business.
