I had the pleasure of working directly with Nira and Karly, while planning my fairytale wedding in Santorini, Greece. They planned the most beautiful destination wedding for us and I never doubted them for a second through the entire process. They handled absolutely everything for me, from helping me find my perfect wedding dress to surprising us with a kick ass Firework show on our very last day in Greece. They made it possible to truly enjoy the entire wedding planning process, so that I would not have to stress at all. Not only were they the easiest people to work with, but they absolutely NAILED everything I threw at them and SO much more! Their attention to detail, creativity, vision, organization and professionalism is definitely what I loved about them the most! They curated an entire weekend for my wedding party to the tee, from our magical rehearsal dinner on the edge of a cliff in Oia, Santorini. To sailing through the Mediterranean on the most epic catamaran, and obviously making our special day a day that we will never forget! The list goes on and on! All I can say, is that Justin and myself are so thankful to have met such amazing girls like Nira and Karly and will continue to recommend them as planners to everyone that we know!! Love you!!! xx J & T

All I had to do was describe my vision for our event and she did the rest. Constant updates on pieces she wanted to incorporate along with pricing. She worked so hard at getting us the best deal! I know the time and effort it took her and will be forever grateful!

I chose to go with Eight and Rose because the pricing was fair compared to other companies and it was within our budget. We're so glad that we did because Lisa was AMAZING! She's sweet, professional, detail oriented, and so easy to work with. She went above and beyond what I thought a day-of-coordinator would be doing for us. She was a tremendous help with every single part of our wedding. Everything from dealing with the vendors and managing the timeline to helping decorating our centerpiece and wedding cake. She even took photos of us, which was so nice of her to take the time to do! At the end of the night, we had minimal cleaning because Lisa did most of it for us. I don't know what I would have done without her! Even our guests were praising her to me on how great of a job she was doing! Our wedding was seamless thanks to Lisa! Thank you so much Lisa! Hire Eight & Rose as your wedding coordinator! You will not regret it!

If you don't read my long review below, just stop what you're doing and hire Lisa Wu of Eight &…read moreRose right away! Her services were above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She was so professional and responsive whether it was texting, calling, or email. I live in NYC and was planning a Southern California wedding. She was always available to meet whenever I'd fly into LA, even at the earliest hours of the morning. I initially sought out Lisa because of her fair pricing, but I'd easily pay double for the coordination she provided. From the minute we had an initial phone call, I could tell she was Type A, which is exactly what you need in a coordinator. My gut told me she was perfect for our wedding, and indeed she was! Wedding Lead Up: We had one initial face to face with Lisa where she got to know our needs and our vision. She provided us with super helpful google docs to keep track of decor, guest list, timeline, vendors, etc. As the months of planning progressed, she was CCd on every email with every vendor, and would follow up where necessary. As a type A person myself, I never thought I'd really need my coordinator to do much, but Lisa would always beat me to the punch with following up for missing information or details our venue and vendors had missed. Walk-through: Lisa did a walk-through with us and our venue's coordinator, where she ironed out all of the details of the floor plan and decor, and remembered to ask for things like a full length mirror in our conference room we had to do hair/makeup. Rehearsal: Lisa was great about telling everyone where to go, how to walk properly, and taking pictures for us so we could rearrange people if we needed to. Our bridesmaid was running late but she was able to coordinate with Lisa to find where we were and make it on time. We felt very at ease and ready for the wedding after the rehearsal. Wedding!!!: Lisa and her assistant were wonderful with setting up all of our decor exactly how and where we wanted it, and believe me we had a lot of it! Lisa had the perfect balance of being invisible but also available right when we needed her. She was there to give me a bandaid when my feet blistered, help my grandma with her corsage, and track down random vendors when we needed them, but also stayed behind the scenes a lot. Everyone says a coordinator is there not for if something happens but when something happens. Well, we know of no such happenings because any mishaps were handled 100% by Lisa as we were enjoying ourselves. She had a great balance of keeping us on schedule while still asking if we wanted 5 or 10 more minutes of mingling with friends. At the end of the night she packed up all of our gifts and decor for us, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The day after our wedding she even sent us tons of pictures and boomerangs she had taken of behind the scenes moments. These are so special to us, and we'll savor them as we wait patiently for our professional photos. Can't recommend Eight & Rose enough!

If you want the funnest wedding of your life, hiring Pop the Champagne is a no-brainer. From the…read morevery beginning, Allie was a force to be reckoned with and a fierce ally through this crazy logistical process. Then, when we were paired with Melissa for month-of coordination, it felt like working with a friend who could jump in right at that point when wedding planning starts to feel overwhelming, never-ending, and like your brain simply cannot hold one more detail. I planned a wedding with a LOT of moving pieces, weird little ideas, surprises, and details, and Melissa somehow took everything that had been living in my head for months and made it happen. By the time our wedding actually started, we completely stopped thinking about logistics or what was supposed to happen next. We were just at our wedding and it was the absolute BEST night. Everything flowed so seamlessly that my husband and I kept looking around throughout the night like little kids seeing our imagination come to life. Our friends and family have not stopped talking about how much fun they had, and we've had so many people tell us it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to. What I loved most about working with PTC is that I never felt like they were trying to turn our wedding into what a wedding was "supposed" to be. They understood what we were trying to create, embraced all of the whimsy and ridiculousness, and then gave us the structure and support to actually pull it off. Melissa gave us something I don't think you can put a price on. After spending months creating this thing, I actually got to experience it. I got to be completely present with my husband, our friends, and our family while she handled everything happening behind the scenes. Hire them. Seriously. Give them your spreadsheets, your weird ideas, your 900 moving pieces and then go enjoy your wedding. They've got you.

We wanted a team that could help keep us organized, communicate with our vendors, help build and manage the day-of timeline, and make sure all of the tiny details were accounted for leading up to the wedding. Most importantly, we wanted to actually ENJOY our wedding day. We wanted to dance, drink, eat, laugh, and party with our favorite people without worrying about which family member was supposed to walk down the aisle next or who was giving a speech after dinner. Allie and her team did ALL of that and then some. Allie made herself available for questions, recommendations, and guidance well before our official month-of coordination even began. She stayed on top of communication with us and our vendors, kept us on track with planning and booking, thought of details I never would have even considered, and somehow made the entire wedding planning process feel SO much easier. Allie brought so much life and fun to the entire process. She is an absolute joy to have around, does not take herself too seriously, and somehow manages to keep things organized while still making everything feel exciting and fun. That was such a breath of fresh air during a process that can very easily become overwhelming. The Morning Concierge service deserves its own shoutout because it was AMAZING. Angelynn joined us that morning and immediately became the person who somehow had an eye on everything. She brought breakfast, kept me hydrated, steamed all of the dresses, kept hair and makeup moving according to schedule, made sure the groomsmen were ready on time, and basically made sure the entire morning stayed on track without it ever feeling stressful. Having someone there whose entire job was to take care of the little things and keep us moving was SUCH a luxury. I could actually sit back, enjoy getting ready with my girls, and soak in the morning instead of constantly looking at the clock wondering what needed to happen next. When our wedding day finally arrived, we were able to completely let go and enjoy it. We did not have to worry about timelines, vendors, family, setup, speeches, or any of the million tiny things happening behind the scenes because we knew Allie and her team had it handled. And they DID. We genuinely loved every decision we made and every vendor we booked, but hiring Pop the Champagne was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They allowed us to be fully present for the day we had spent so much time planning, and our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without them. If you are debating whether you need a coordinator, DO IT. And if you are trying to decide who to hire, hire Pop the Champagne. Your future wedding-day self will thank you!

This review is for her wedding day (day-of) coordination. Prior to the wedding, Lauren had provided us a general outline of things to consider and specific items that would need to be completed by a certain time (unfortunately, my husband and I were completely terrible with these deadlines, but Lauren slowly worked on this with us.) Every time we spoke on the phone (on SEVERAL occasions), she would always ask us how we were feeling and soothe our nerves when it came down to all the details. I am all about customer service and Lauren could not have been more polite, sincere, and heart warming! Still not convinced? Let me be more concrete in the examples in which Lauren and her team handled well: - The Cake: Four Seasons agreed to do a dairy-free cake for us since my husband is allergic to dairy products; however, without dairy, the cake turned out to be a disaster. The cake had to be sent back to the pastry chef four times and almost collapsed at one point! Lauren went to bat for us! She immediately contacted the Four Seasons coordinator and straightened everything out! We got a cake, received our money back for the wedding cake and a huge apology from Four Seasons. Of course, this was all behind the scenes and Lauren told me as soon as we were done taking pictures and everything was solved! Let me say, I love how Lauren handled this situation because she made sure that the situation was under control before notifying me AND she did not keep me out of the loop (yes, I was one of those brides that wanted to know if a disaster happened). - Timing: Weddings go by so quickly, Lauren was on top of her game when it came to each minute and the timeline of our schedule! I love how organized she was when it came down to our schedule. - The Wedding Dress: My beautiful satin wedding dress was unfortunately wrinkled during transportation. Lauren and her team were trying to steam it out to no avail. With time running out, she immediately handled it with the hotel and had my dress pressed and steamed within 20 minutes. - Presence: Lauren had several people on her team. While Lauren was consistently running around, she made sure that one of her assistants was with me and my girls at all times. Yes, so many things did not go according to plan at our wedding and only people like Lauren would be able to transform all these disasters into a beautiful wedding. While my husband and I were on a very strict and limited budget, my only regret is that we did not hire Lauren as a full wedding coordinator. Thank you so much Divine Events! Words will never be enough to thank you for all that you've done. STILL not convinced? Just meet with Lauren, I guarantee you'll fall in love with her!

We hired Lauren for the day of wedding coordination package and were more than pleased with the services she and her team provided. My husband and I had nearly 300 friends and family members in attendance for our special day. We were married at the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center's James Irvine garden. We had our reception in the courtyard in front of the Japanese American Theater. The JACCC provided a wedding coordinator, but we had personality conflicts with her. Lauren was amazing and was able to communicate with the on-site coordinator and our vendors to make sure that everything ran smoothly on our special day. Lauren met with us prior to the wedding to make sure that we knew what we needed to have done. She also communicated with our bridal party and families to make sure they also knew when and where they needed to be. Overall, if information was needed, Lauren made sure it was communicated and done so clearly. The night before the wedding, I slept easily, because I knew that we were in good hands. Upon arriving at the wedding site to get ready, I felt confident that our wedding day was going to be everything we hoped for and more. Lauren and her team made sure to take care of everything they said they would and calmly handled any problems. They handled them so well that even a year and a half later, I don't know if anything went wrong. I recommend Lauren and her team to anyone that I hear is getting married. Any bride and groom would be lucky to have their special day in the hands of Lauren and her team at Divine Events!
