It sits up on a hill with these massive floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom that give you a view of LA that rivals looking out from Stark Tower,, it is just an amazng vibe. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They handled all our executive attendees with that Captain America level of patience and coordination. We had a bunch of professionals there for the event and they all kept talking about how it felt like a real getaway... not just a boring corporate room. plus there is a ton of walking space outside. you can wander around and clear your head like Doctor Strange visiting Kamar-Taj. We came in to pay the remaining balance for our wedding, which should have been such an exciting moment considering our wedding is only two months away. Instead, the experience with the gentleman at the front desk completely ruined what should have been a happy milestone. We were told the remaining balance needed to be paid in cash, so we came prepared with the full amount. We were literally short one penny. I asked if we could give an extra 10 cents since we didn't have a penny and simply leave the change. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, he made the biggest issue out of one penny. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was so unnecessary and uncomfortable that I was literally on the verge of crying. My fiancé had to calm me down afterward because I was so upset. Imagine being a bride, two months away from your wedding, coming in excited to make your final payment, only to leave feeling this way because of how someone treated you over ONE CENT. This is supposed to be a place where couples come to celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives. Customer service matters. Compassion matters. How you treat people matters. The venue itself is beautiful, which is why this experience is even more disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this because I would hate for another couple to experience the same thing. I'm now praying that our actual wedding day is nothing like the experience we had simply trying to pay our final balance. It's incredibly unfortunate when one employee can make a couple question whether they chose the right place for such an important day. They make sure everything associated with the venue runs smoothly and give VIP service to the bride and groom. The staff served my husband and I our dinner and both the venue coordinators asked my husband and I what alcoholic beverage we'd like to drink after the ceremony (and then went and got it for us!). The bartender gave us special attention by prioritizing us whenever we went up to the bar. - The venue is gorgeous and the food is amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food tasted. - The venue coordinator responds promptly to email and never lets anything slip between the cracks. - You can do a lot of DIY at this venue to truly personalize your wedding. Cons: - This venue is reasonably priced for how beautiful and elegant it is. However, there are a LOT of upcharges associated with it. One of the upcharges that really bothered me was that you have to pay for glass wine glasses per setting. They only offer 150 stem-less glasses, but their venue has a capacity of 200, so why not carry your capacity? Our guest count was 164, so we had to pay for each wine glass at $1 per glass to have 164 stemmed wine glasses at each table setting. If you want the wine served to each guest (instead of pre-poured), you will need to hire servers at $25 each per hour to do so. - While the venue coordinator is responsive, she is not the warm welcoming coordinator that you might expect as a bride. Her responses are curt and to the point (and sometimes make you feel like you're bothering her), and it's not the customer service you'd expect for paying a significant amount of money to get married here. - If you plan to book a room block at the Kellogg West hotel, you can expect the absolute WORST customer service from the manager, Cameron. His email communication is extremely rude, and he makes you feel like you're a nuisance for bothering him. He gives bare minimum answers to everything and never once thanks you for your business. - You really need to hire a "wedding coordinator" with this venue. The venue coordinators make sure everything at the venue runs smoothly. If you want to ensure that your wedding day timeline runs smoothly, you need to have a wedding coordinator do this for you. Trust me, it's much better than your friend or mom having to do it!!! Overall though, I would recommend this venue. It was the perfect setting for our wedding day, and we had an overall positive experience.

I-Jou is truly amazing at what she does and helped bring our vision to life. She is incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. During our welcome photos, we were sweating, and she continuously checked in on us, bringing water and drinks and even saving appetizers from cocktail hour while we were busy with photos. When we were at our sweetheart table, she went to grab us drinks from the bar and even brought us desserts from our dessert bar! I-Jou knew the right questions to ask and overall we felt well supported throughout the whole wedding planning process up until the end of our wedding day.
