We were fortunate to have Alex referred by a relative for our April wedding in Pasadena. He worked within our small budget -- even set up some of our DIY decorations -- and we couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked when we arrived! He added some gorgeous personal touches and he and his team stuck it out in the hot sun wading through some unexpected snafus with the decor. People have told me it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen -- and it was in a relative's backyard! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from the beginning Alejandro was extremely rude and just seemed disintetested in wanting to helping me. It took me almost a month to finally have a conversation with him via email. I repeatedly let him know what my needs were, and what had already been accomplished (venue/guests/DJ) and asked if he had any pricing information or service fee pricing. The conversation went NOWHERE. Of course, As all vendors he has the right to refused service to anyone, however If he didn't want to help me from the beginning then he equally had every right to turn me away, therefore I feel as if he should have just sent me away so he should hav vs giving me hope, and making waiting for a response, while when I finally did get my response I could only assume he didn't like the fact that I called him out on his rudness and that's where he just became extremely condescending. Our backdrop is the main highlight of our wedding shower... --one of the most important days of our lives & will only happen once. The night before the party, I asked if they were ready? No text reply... so I was just hoping they were busy that they did not reply on my text. On the day of the wedding shower, this company never showed up. So I ended up with no backdrop. After painstaking search for a party planner/draping person, I ran into Alex's Account. I instantly fell in love with his work.
