Hired LunaMoon Events for my goddaughter's 4th birthday and it was the best decision ever! The forecast was set for rain which made me think the day would be ruined. Janeth and her team were super calm and quickly turned my home into a total oasis. Everything was absolutely perfect and on time even with the rain delay. She was also able to provide a canopy with enclosed heaters that created the perfect place for our adult guests to hang out. I am totally amazed at the attention to even the smallest details - everything from the beautiful cake, character pinatas and the hand made Moana sailboat (she actually created!) made everything feel so polished and amazing! She completely nailed the Moana theme down. Everyone had rave reviews about the food. Janeth took care of all the catering for the event - cake, desserts, drinks, delicious NY steak, Hawaiian bbq chicken and amazing sides. I'm so thankful that she was able to handle every aspect of the party. She even found a Moana children's entertainer that all the kids and adults truly enjoyed. All my guests were beyond impressed and my goddaughter was over the moon for her party. This was my first time working with a professional event planner and it allowed me and my family to actually enjoy the party (and not stressed over executing ourselves). I was not sure what to expect as I had never hired a party planner, but LunaMoon Events went above and beyond my expectations! I wanted a cigar themed party for my husbands 50th and from my first meeting with Janeth, she and I had the same vision. She had many suggestions of food types and deserts to accommodate the theme. We had meetings to taste empanadas and cakes that she had suggested, to ensure we were happy. With my daughters upcoming wedding I knew I wanted to use an event planner for the first time for the bridal shower. When my daughter got engaged we threw a huge party which required a lot of work to set up with decor, etc. I was overwhelmed having to do everything for the party. I felt this time I wanted to enjoy her shower so my hunt for an event planner begun. I went on Yelp and LunaMoon Events popped up. After reading their reviews I decided to give them a call. As soon as I spoke with Janeth I got a very good vibe of her understanding what I wanted. Setting up our initial face to face meeting at my home she and her partner Denise knew what I envisioned and they started brainstorming for the set up. Bridal shower with the theme "Taco 'Bout Love" which would include a margarita bar. This is what my daughter requested. I explained I wanted a soft, pastel color theme. They knew exactly what to do! Their ideas and suggestions were on point. But they also pay close attention to the clients requests and offer suggestions or better ideas! The amount of time dedicated to details is amazing. Importantly is they listen to their client and elaborate with beautiful details. ALL my guests were in awe of the bridal shower & how beautiful everything was. I was in charge of organizing an Easter Egg Hunt at one of my company's shopping centers and am so grateful I found LunaMoon Events to help me plan, organize, and execute the event. Janeth was great to work with from the very beginning. It only took one site visit to discuss the layout, logistics, and execution of the Easter Egg Hunt and Easter decoration festivities. Janeth is always prepared for any changes, as we decided on the day of the event to move the grass backdrop from under the canopy to outside in an area where kids can take pictures with the Easter Bunny. Janeth and her team were efficient in setting up, help running the event, and cleaning up. They made sure to clean up any trash and left the area just as it was when they arrived. All of their Easter decorations and ideas for the festivities were fantastic and better than my team could have come up with on our own. Janeth's attention to detail is amazing and she makes sure the client is 100% satisfied. Beyond Happy Customers!!!!! I have to start by saying this is the first time working with party planners. It was the best decision to do so in this case. LunaMoon Events, was in communication with me (control freak) the entire time with ideas and suggestions. What made it so easy is that we loved every suggestion. Janeth's very detailed in her work, has great taste from decor to food. Thank you so much to Janeth and her "rent-the-look" package in helping make our daughter's 2nd Birthday, a Moana Inspired Island Party, and our gratitude celebration for family and friends come to life! We were in the middle of packing up and moving across the country and at the same time our daughter's 2nd birthday was approaching and we realized it would be our last celebration in California. So, we created a joint celebration for our daughter and a gratitude celebration for our dearest family and friends. The Disney movie Moana inspired most of the event(food, snacks, decor, music, location, etc) as it was the first Disney movie that came out the year our daughter was born and the first movie she watched where she tunes in to all the music whenever it plays. She was able to custom design an FC Barcelona theme for my son. And a Pink Flamingo for my daughter. She captured each of their personalities. I was lucky enough to attend two parties planned by LunaMoon events, one was a superhero style party and the second was a Moana themed party! Both of these parties were exceptionally done! The detail the planner puts into every aspect of this is amazing! From custom candy to even the back drops, each detailed specifically for the child and the theme of the party. Th superhero party was amazing for my 4 year old she was able to dress as her favorite hero as provided by the event planner! The set up was perfect for children and seating was also great for adults, the food was great! Nothing unhealthy as you would expect from a party like cheap fast order pizza but organic veggies chicken and beef. Also mac n cheese for the kids!
