    First of all I wanna say thank you to BLANCA, Clemente, and Jocelyn! I had my wedding at the el Bekal hall with the help of fiesta center, everyone was absolutely amazing, great help in so many ways! Blanca was so responsive when I called her and text her, Jocelyn from being behind the bar and helping me with the alcohol menu etc, amazing person to over all, Clemente was absolutely awesome for allowing myself and my bridal party practice the day before and he was patience as well in every way! I definitely recommend them 100% they made my wedding run so easy, stress free, at one point their was a mis communication about plates for my cake but at the end a turn out so well!!     Jocelyne, Blanca and the rest of the Fiesta Center team helped make the wedding of our dreams come true! They helped bring our visions of a Beauty & the Beast themed wedding come to life. Our day of coordinator, Jocelyne, also helped draft my timeline and streamlined everything seamlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Jocelyne made sure our everything was on time, made sure we had our drinks and made sure we ate (which would've been easy to forget without her help). Her team also made sure we packed up on time and left with everything we needed. She also went with the flow and handled changes without delay. The next day she also followed up with us and provided us with a mini recap reel of our event. If you want a stress free event, we 100% recommend Fiesta Center's coordinator and we unreservedly give Fiesta Center our highest recommendation.

    My Husband & I hosted our wedding with Fiesta Center @ their Red Gum location. We had such a beautiful & memorable night. We were able to add our special touches to make our event personalized to us. All the staff was very helpful. Our coordinator Jocelyn always welcome new ideas we had. We did have a very last minute switch up on the DJ that contributed to the event. He wasn't there easiest to work with, but we made it happen. He wouldn't attend to our needs if we asked someone from our court to ask him a question, he would only communicate with us. As a busy Bride & Groom this was a bit challenging. I had previously sent a playlist for our DJ to have an idea of the type of music we wanted to be played during dinner time. He wasn't very receptive & said "well this is what we usually play for dinner time" after me being stern that this playlist is what I originally agreed on with the original DJ he then thankfully changed the music. Other than that slight change we all had a great time!

    Just had my dream wedding at Fiesta Center' Red Room, my review will be long but please read til the end The venue itself is beautiful with spacious indoor and outdoor area, amazing potential that we sure used to the fullest. Clemente was very helpful explaining the services offered to make sure our needs were met BUT he was definitely not pushy into selling us more services or extra stuff, I appreciated that from the beginning. Christian was our month-of-coordinator and did an amazing job as well. He was easily approachable, would respond to txt in a timely manner and always providing answers to any silly question I would have. He understood my vision and helped me deliver it perfectly. Jocelyn was also very helpful when it came to all my open-bar needs. She provided with a count of the items that were going to be needed and it was on point! Food was tasty, tables were being cleaned constantly, all staff were friendly, professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend their services

    Chose them to organize our wedding, it was the best decision ever. Blanca was extremely helpful, works with you and gets you anything you want. She gave us so many options to choose from and works with you along the way. She was literally a text or call away. They are very organized and offers a lot of different packages to choose from. They work with a lot of venues, you have tons of options depending on your budget, # of guest and location. Highly recommend their service. They made our vision come true and all of our guest complimented how beautiful our wedding was from decorations to how organized it was. We did our timeline and they were there all night guiding us, feeding us and just making sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed our wedding so much not having to worry about anything. Ignacio did an amazing job with our flowers decorations/arrangements. Our photographer was the best, made us feel so comfortable. Our ride to/from church was beautiful. The food was excellent. Our cake was delicious and beautiful. Our DJ was awesome. The robot (hora loca). We couldn't have been any happier. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

    We had our event Sept 1st, 24 at the Red Room venue with fiesta center. We honestly couldn't be more grateful to have had Jocelyn help us out with this whole process. Quince planning is super stressful but she made it super easy for us with everything. Looked better than we could have imagined it to be. The whole family gives Jocelyn a 10/10.

    Definitely book your next event with Fiesta Center! Our main event planner Christopher was excellent. We initially booked our event prior to the pandemic. But Christopher and the company were very helpful with all the changes we had to do in postponing our wedding. The vendors they have included in their packages were also great! Delicious food, DJ company was so fun, and the decor matched our vision. We recommend booking with them. We had no complaints from our event, and we've gotten so many compliments on how smoothly the wedding went. And majority of our guests have said this was the most fun wedding they've been to. Couldn't have done it without Christopher and the amazing staff associated with Fiesta Center.

Apparently, it used to be a club, but has now changed into a very high-end and cool venue for weddings or whatever type of event you want to have. One of the first thing you notice when you turn in is the amount of ample parking. There are two secured Gates that open up to a huge parking lot, definitely not cramped for sure. And it has plenty of handicap spaces which is very nice. Walking into the open air pavilion, is a real treat. What a great space! This would be a great place for outside dining, or having a band play out there and dancing, if you didn't want to be cooped up inside. Definitely tons of possibilities at this venue! Inside, there is a bar on one end and a stage on the other with a huge open area. This would be perfect for a wedding or something that's held inside, if you did not want to brave the elements outside. Company on site, and can pretty much do anything you need. And that's not all, there is an upstairs area that is perfect for an overflow room, or a VIP lounge, or just a place for say a wedding party to take a break, or anything you really want to do with it. It even has a nice little outside courtyard that you can sit and get some fresh air. I could almost write a book about how awesome this place is but suffice to say if you live in Orange county and are looking for a premier venue to have your event at, I don't think you could do any better than the colony House. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." Thank you.

Jen had several check in's with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic.     So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package. We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

We used them as the day-of coordinators and the florist, but wow, they were really working with me the entire process up until and through the big day. There are so things I can say but I want to focus on three areas: 1) Prepared and organized. In the planning stages from being familiar with our vendors and communicating with them (we got married at Ranchos Las Lomas and had 24Carrots catering), to sending back and forth planning documents and scheduling details, Casey and Ally were just so good to work with. I am very particular about things but I trusted them throughout the process and felt like nothing was going to fall through the cracks. 2) Amazing florist. I'm so glad we also chose them as our florists; everything turned out exactly as I had hoped from the ceremony arch to the table centerpieces to a custom head table structure we had made. They did not skimp on the flowers at all and they were so good about mock-ups in photo form during the planning process and then an in-person mock-up of the centerpiece to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. I wanted to create my own custom backdrops and signage, and they helped bring some of the wood panels, create many of the decal stickers, and offered to help with setting up at no extra cost, which is really unheard of. I think that point of them always wanting to do more and wanting to make your vision come to life is really what Casey excels at. She has such a joyous personality that makes it relaxing to work with, really cares about your day, and hires a great team. We get so many compliments about our wedding years later and it's really because of RuffleEffect.

Shraddha and Karan are the sweetest wife & husband team that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I booked Sprig and Ivy early into my wedding planning, and even though it was a long time away from our initial contact to the wedding day, Shraddha was so nice and sweet in checking up every so often to make sure I was doing ok. When it came down to the wire, WOW- They exceeded everything that you can ask for in having wedding coordinators for your wedding. They were on top of everything and anything! There were so many moments where I needed a breather, so they "snuck" me out to check out everything and get some air (because everyone was pulling me in different directions!). At one point, I really wanted to see my dessert bar, but couldn't get to it, so Karan took me through a "detour" for me to check it out on the other side before all the chaos ensued. They made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I am SO happy for their amazing work ethics, wonderful personalities, and overall, just great people to have and surround yourself with. Looking back at our wedding, we can't believe she voluntarily takes on this kind of pressure. My husband and I utilized Katie for her day of coordination and she and her team executed every detail that we wanted flawlessly. There were also other aspects of our wedding that we didn't have any opinions on and really trusted Katie's watchful eye to make it perfect for us. She delivered and more (e.g. we had a floating floral piece for our ceremony and we asked her to repurpose it for something for our reception--she set it up behind our sweetheart table and it was beautiful). As far as hiccups on the day of, there were far and few between. The major hiccup happened about 5 minutes before the ceremony when a urinal exploded on me- but hey, Katie had a cleaning kit to make sure I didn't smell for the rest of our big day and her team helped me keep my cool. Overall, we were expecting a little bit more drama but everything went by so smooth. Katie stepped in to make sure we ate our food despite being moved left and right and she kept us on schedule which to everyone's amazement, we were right on the dot with it. To summarize, what Katie did best was eliminate any worries we would have the day of so we could simply soak in all of the greatness of that day. Katie was super helpful being the first line of contact between us and the vendors. We didn't have to scramble at the last minute to confirm arrival times, to collect paperwork, etc. She continued to reassure us toward the final days of the wedding to sit back and relax. She was available throughout the process and kept us on track to meet certain milestones (e.g. finalizing guest count, confirming timeline, ensuring all inventory was ready to go, etc.). We cannot imagine having our wedding turn out the way it did without Katie. We highly recommend that you trust her to carry out your big day.
