Besides the fact that everything was so beautiful, staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and so informative !! Christian and Clemente literally never left my side during my daughter's big day. I had my daughter's XV at the Red Gum this past September. The waiters did not offer all my guests drinks for the toast. I had brought in wine for the toast and only one bottle was used. The cake was also not offered to all our guests as we ended up with the bottom tier completely untouched. We were supposed to have water and lemonade station and we went 2 hours without drinks. I had also bought sodas that were never taken out to my guests they were all hiding behind the bar tender. I was also never told that I needed to provide my own ice and utensils for the cake. I expressed my dissatisfaction at the end of the night and instead of being of being understanding I was rushed out the door. We paid a lot of money to give our daughter the best quince and it's sad to be treated so disrespectful. read more

My Husband & I hosted our wedding with Fiesta Center @ their Red Gum location. We had such a beautiful & memorable night. We were able to add our special touches to make our event personalized to us. All the staff was very helpful. Our coordinator Jocelyn always welcome new ideas we had. We did have a very last minute switch up on the DJ that contributed to the event. He wasn't there easiest to work with, but we made it happen. He wouldn't attend to our needs if we asked someone from our court to ask him a question, he would only communicate with us. As a busy Bride & Groom this was a bit challenging. I had previously sent a playlist for our DJ to have an idea of the type of music we wanted to be played during dinner time. He wasn't very receptive & said "well this is what we usually play for dinner time" after me being stern that this playlist is what I originally agreed on with the original DJ he then thankfully changed the music. Clemente was very helpful explaining the services offered to make sure our needs were met BUT he was definitely not pushy into selling us more services or extra stuff, I appreciated that from the beginning. Christian was our month-of-coordinator and did an amazing job as well. We've had 2 parties hosted with Fiesta Center. The first in 2014 for my Quinceñera in Irvine, CA. The event went well and it was extremely rememberable for the guests and myself. So when we were planning my mom's 50th birthday, we decided to go back with Fiesta Center and I'm glad we did! They were really helpful helping us find a small venue for 100 people for a reasonable price. We had a whole kitchen and venue to ourselves as well as security and a helper for day of set up. He always answered our phone calls and texts and worked with us to meet us at our earliest convenience. Chris helped us throughout the pandemic and when we had to reschedule our event, he worked with us to switch our event date and made it as stress free as possible. Do not be fooled and be aware of this company, OC Fiesta Center and Wow events. The have different locations with different names, yet it's the same owner. One of the reviews is from a flower vendor they have, hence his review is invalid. Do not waste your thousands of dollars on this company! My husband and I used their services for our wedding, July 14, 2017, and it wasn't pleasant. During their first contact the owner, Blanca, coordinator, Ingrid, were extremely nice showed us around all their venues near the area and promised us a pleasant experience. They advised us that we could go in one day before the event to decorate and plan the setting of the area. The day of the wedding came and we weren't given permission to go and drop off the alcohol, drinks, water, decorations, and props until 12pm. Our ceremony was at 3! The coordinator had told us to drop off the keys and that they would get all the things off our vehicle, but once again they lied. He had to get all the items out from our vehicle. My husband arrived at 2:30pm to the church after dropping off the items and he had to be there at 1pm for a photo session with his groomsmen. Since the limousine picked up my husband at the venue to drop him off at the church the limo picked me and all bridesmaids at 3:00pm ! My wedding ceremony at church had to start at 3:00pm!!! We didn't begin our religious ceremony until 3:30pm. Do to the delay and inconvenience this company had us experience we didn't have time to take photos with our bridal party nor did my husband and I have an opportunity to take photos after the wedding ceremony. I had bought sparklers for our first dance, pins for the dollar dance, and pens for our guestbook but during the reception they were lost. When food was served it was cold. They had told us they had an ice machine, but we had to pay an extra $50 for ice. Lastly, they offered to have us wait in the back cafe while we had our grand entrance and when we got there the servers and coordinator told us to go in through the front instead of the back like planned. Despite their disappointing performance, our day was wonderful because our friends and family were there with us to witness and celebrate our love. Yet the promise this company had offered wasn't like they had told us. Beware of this company for they lie and do not do business for the best interest of the client. We paid several thousands of dollars, for their mediocre service. read more
