We had our son's 9th birthday party here and it was also our first time. I was impressed with how clean the space was and appreciated that it wasn't super crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Our host, Diana, was able to get me an earlier set up time before my guests arrived since the rooms were not booked. This was super helpful because I was able to socialize with my guests instead of setting up. However, they were not as flexible with us being able to go into the room 10 mins early even though it was already set up and no one else was going in there. We literally had to wait until exactly 2:00 to go in. It would've been better to be able to let is in a little earlier and just end a little earlier (still at the one hour mark) so my guests are not waiting around because we did not have enough time to start a new activity, but we're done with the last. As for the activities, The kids thoroughly enjoyed the laser tag so much that I booked another round. The equipment was very updated and the scoreboard was easy to read. You are also able to play different scenarios like free for all or team games. The girl who directed our first game was VERY quiet and gave absolutely no direction. The kids went in a little confused and the system had a glitch so they had to all come out and reset. The second game was much smoother with the gentleman who pumped up the kids before they went in. The boys said the second round was much more fun. High ropes had a limited capacity of eight people at a time. We had all the boys go first and the girls go next. I wish there was a little bit more of a demonstration to the kids of how the safety harness worked because they were all terrified when they got to the top not knowing that the harness would hold them in a seated position. The boys (including my son) did not make it across the entire obstacle, but the girls did since they watched the boys struggle and figured out how the harness worked. We had a few little kids going to ballocity and one on do the rock climbing. Overall, everyone had an enjoyable time, but being that it was all our first time, I wish there was more direction from the workers to the kids as to what to expect (both in laser tag and high ropes). Even a little bit of enthusiasm would've been great! Everyone was extremely quiet and sort of stood around.

We had our daughter's Birthday party here and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and super helpful. Shout out to our party helper Fatima and to all the staff! She helped me set up everything from the decors and assisted our party well. She was amazing, Thank you! The room and the center was super clean! We made a great decision in doing her party here. If you are thinking of hosting your party go here! They have awesome packages for any budget. We will definitely be back!

Camp Shark in the building! This place really is underrated, how have I not found this place sooner. The kids were entertained for 5 hours!

Great place, really nice Staff would def come back!

Price list , activities is a kit 10-12 minutes long

Park in between David & Busters and Guitar store lot , more closer to Guitar store. Walk towards Guitar store and make a right turn through the shopping center . A few yards away in the right hand side .. Purchase tickets at the kiosk excepts cash and CC . Activities is about 10 minutes long . My kids and their friends chose the High Rope $12 & Laser Tag $10 per person . Their ages are between 11-16 years old. The facility is smaller in person then on their website. None the less kids said they had fun. I noticed most of the younger kids were inside the Ballo city play structure $16 for one participant for all day use . Party package starts from $165 -$329

The claws don't have any grips so it's hard to win !!!! Big Scam ................. they only have a few claw machine.

We took our 10-year-old to Thillit Fun Center and were beyond impressed! It's full of energy, excitement, and kid-friendly fun from the moment you walk in. There's a great mix of games and attractions that are just right for this age--challenging enough to be exciting, but not too overwhelming.

I visited the outlets at orange with my girlfriend to watch the new FNAF movie and eat. Afterwards, we got pretty bored so we decided to visit Thrill It, it looked interesting and as soon as we entered, we were greeted by the warm smile of Luis M. He honestly made this whole experience amazing, He showed lots of respect and was very polite, i hope to see him again next time i visit. Thank you Luis for making this trip fun for me and my girlfriend.

Great time at the claw machines! The first time I'm here and my boys were most excited for the claw machines!

Ask the Community - Thrill It Fun Center

Is it fun for a 2 year old?

There are several things to do there. A 2YO would probably enjoy ballocity, the softplay playground / foam ball arena.

    Is there a height minimum?

    For certain obstacles/attractions

Severe ADA Violation - Denied Entry by Manager Josie for Medical NecessityReview Text:…read more I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my experience at this establishment regarding a blatant refusal to accommodate a legitimate medical necessity. I have Sjögren's disease, a chronic autoimmune condition that attacks moisture-producing glands. This causes severe, constant oral dryness and extreme thirst, requiring me to have immediate, continuous access to water. When I tried to enter with my water bottle, I was stopped. I explicitly explained my medical condition and the physical necessity of having hydration on hand. Despite this clear medical explanation, the manager/employee, Jose, refused to allow me to enter. Instead, he gave me an unacceptable ultimatum: I could either repeatedly walk back and forth to my car in the parking lot to drink water, or I could purchase water directly from the venue.Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), public businesses are strictly required to make reasonable modifications to their policies to accommodate individuals with medical conditions and disabilities. Forcing a customer to pay for water or exit the building repeatedly just to access a medical necessity is a clear violation of public accommodation laws.Manager/employee, Jose and the rest of the front-line staff desperately need proper training on ADA compliance and basic customer empathy. I expect the ownership to take immediate corrective action so that no other patron with a medical condition is subjected to this unlawful treatment.

I actually thought they were decent and especially when going bowling with your friends and all. I remember my friend ordered the standard chicken tenders and fries for his other friends and I to share. The arcade selections is not bad, better than my last visit but I sort of missed the selection they had when I first visit this place. Especially since my first visit had tons of variety ranging from fighting games like BlazBlue and Persona (I miss that Persona fighting game), racing games, rail shooters like Time Crisis, and games where you earn tickets like Space Invader and that pirate wheel spinning game (don't know the name). I didn't mind the airsoft ones like Onpoint and the Cyberpunk game (which didn't work when I visited btw) because it always felt good using those but I'm not a fan of the VR ones. Mostly because it invalidated the rail shooters and you get sick of it easily. It's the reason why I rarely see anyone play those. The good part about the arcade selection is that unlike most arcade places, tickets are a lot easier to rack up and especially if you know which game to play. The plinko ones I highly recommend if you want to earn tickets. Speaking of comparison, this is place is surprisingly a lot quieter (outside of kids acting like you know kids) but that's because most of the people that go to Round 1 are like teenagers and young adults. Which makes sense given the amount of anime stuff this place provides. The claw machine is obviously the main attraction and they've honestly gotten much harder than previous first few visits, which is why I deduct one star. Though the staff were helpful enough to reposition the plushie so that I could get it but I'm not sure if they still do that. They have a lot of selections of anime merch but good luck trying to win those given how hard they've gotten. It'd be a miracle if the claw even lifts it up. The balls underneath the prize certainty didn't help either.

From the moment we sat down, she was super attentive, professional, and took amazing care of our group. Despite the chaos and noise around us, she made us feel like we were the only ones there! And the food was great, any extras needed, she would grab for us, extra napkins, no problem, refills, no delays, all around amazing! But what she did next truly went above and beyond. One of the boys in our party lost his Power Card, and we discovered that someone had actually found it and used up all of his hard-earned tickets. He was absolutely devastated, and it was about to completely ruin the whole day. Jesika immediately jumped into action to help us handle the situation. She didn't just sympathize; she actually solved the issue for us. Thanks to her incredible helpfulness and quick thinking, she got him a brand-new card and successfully recovered all of his stolen tickets. We would not have been able to resolve this without her. She completely turned the day around and saved the memory for him. Jesika is an absolute asset to this location, and her stellar customer service is the reason we will definitely be back. It's not overly polished, but that's part of the appeal. There were several creative obstacles and challenges that we hadn't seen at other mini golf spots, which kept things interesting and fun throughout the round. After golf, we checked out the arcade. There was a good variety of games, and my son was definitely entertained, which is always a win. It felt like a well-rounded spot for a casual outing. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough--nothing over the top, but perfectly pleasant. One thing that did take away from the experience a bit was the number of very young kids running around unsupervised. I'm talking maybe 4 years old or so, and they kept interrupting our game. As a parent, I completely understand how challenging it can be to keep an eye on little ones, but I'm also a bit competitive, so it definitely threw off my groove. Not the venue's fault, just something to be aware of--there may be some tiny, energetic free spirits roaming around. Also, while it was a warm day, it wasn't quite as cool as I expected it to be, which made it a little less comfortable than ideal. Overall, though, it's a fun, family-friendly spot with a unique mini golf course and enough activities to keep kids entertained. I'd come back--just maybe with slightly lower expectations for personal space on the course.
