I've been a loyal client here primarily because of a nail technician named Rachel, who is no longer with the salon. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get her contact information when I asked. I completely understand salon policies, but I wanted to share how much her work and professionalism meant to me as a client. If Rachel happens to see this, I would love to continue supporting your work -- please feel free to reply to this review or reach out. read more

First time trying this nail salon and it did not disappoint. I came as a walk in for a pedicure, the front desk gentleman greeted me and was very kind. My pedicure was done by Tommy, who took his time and truly did a terrific job. The salon was clean and I enjoyed the environment. I live all the way in Mesa, but plan to come back! :) read more

Anna was phenomenal. I came in for just a manicure. I also got a pedicure. My hands and feet are frequently in pain, but Anna took great care of me. My hands and feet look great and feel great. Thank you Anna. read more

pretty salon it was my first time in! they do give you 15% off your first visit for trying them out which is cool! Leon was very pleasant. we had good conversation and he addressed , fixed the issues i had instead of telling me i'm wrong. that always makes me feel more comfortable!! I really appreciate him for that and will be back read more

I had $150 bill for 2 mani/pedi's. One for myself & the other, for a 13 old. The aesthetician kept his head turned looking up at the wide screen tv as he was doing the 13 yr old. Mine just didn't seem very interested. It was the most lackluster pedicure I've e ever had. 3 days out, nails chipping off 4 fingers & I have the week off & literally doing zero work. Salon is clean & lovely but overpriced for the services I rarely leave a negative review but for this amt of $$$, seriously, put more effort into it. read more

I've been coming to Camelback Nail Bar since their grand opening and have always left happy. The service is top-notch, the staff is friendly and professional, and the salon is always clean and relaxing. They consistently go above and beyond -- I won't go anywhere else! read more

I will say that I love Camelback nail bar but wanted to warn you all about nail design costs... my husband paid the bill while I was still getting my nails done. We left and I asked him what the total was... on top of my fill I was charged $27, yes TWENTY SEVEN dollars for this!! Unreal. I turned around and went inside and said, was there a mistake, this checkered design was $27!! He said yes. I have had very intricate designs on more fingers and paid less than $27. So just beware on the MASSIVE up charge if you want a nail design. And for $27 EXTRA dollars I would at least expect clean lines and the sides of my nails to be cleaned up. read more

Camelback Nail Bar - Regular pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I went yesterday for a pedicure and paid extra for callus removal, the technician did the treatment and recommended that I moisturize. I came home and moisturized just to find a few hours later that the heel of my foot was still cracked and starting to peel with dead skin all over. I came back the next day so they could fix it and when the front desk guy saw it he said that it is considered an open wound. Which it clearly was not (there was absolutely no blood or open/raw skin showing). He then proceeded to defend himself by saying they would not be able to treat it. I told him the last time I did the same treatment with the same callus remover and they removed all of it, his reply was "it's great that you had a good experience in the past, but every technician is different" . After he continually repeated the same excuse, he finally said I will just refund the callus treatment. To sum up, I would just have expected better customer service instead such a pushback to fix a mistake on their part. BTW, when I told him that he saw me sitting yesterday in that specific chair, his reply was that he wasn't there yesterday, then later retracted the statement and said he was there for a little bit. read more

Always enjoy coming here to get pedicures. Highly recommend to everyone. Anna is great!

Great experience here! They have wonderful customer service & a very clean/ pretty nail salon. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get a service done. I really love my manicure. read more

Typically good service as I have had pedicures there a number of times. Clean and bright. A few times had friendly staff and a few times I felt like an unwanted task. I find myself still looking for a regular go to location. read more

I am fairly certain that there is new ownership here- within the past 6-12 months. I've been here three times since and every single time I've had a bad experience. Either a very poor job on my toes or a terrible attitude by the staff. I recommend finding one of the other myriad of good choices in Arcadia. read more

Great service . I didn't have an appointment but it's a small nail bar and I can see how over the weekend it can get so busy. Great and trendy colors and deigns and they accept various payment forms like Venmo .. will come back for jasmine read more

I had high hopes for this place because of the amazing reviews and photos of beautifully done nails but my experience was horrible. I chose this place for my wedding nails horrible decision because it's one day later and the gel on my toes already fell off. They told my sister she couldn't get any design on her nails because she didn't make an appointment in which she did and then he took 3 people prior to us due to the whole design argument. We were kind patient and respectful and treated as if we were nothing. The lady who did my nails the design is so sloppy and my nails are so thin I fear they might fall off before my wedding this week. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet I wish I remembered her name but the experience other than her was not one I was satisfied with. read more

White nails?! EXTREMELY BAD JOB. I'm not the type of person to bash on a business but when my nails look like this for 66.50 it's an issue. I asked for them to be reshaped and all of my nails are different shapes now. The nail is chunky and very textured. The paint is not on correctly at all. Now I have to spend more money to get them removed because they look so awful. read more

I have been coming to this location for the past 2+ yrs, but hadn't been in a while. It was immediately evident that this was under new ownership, but the staff was friendly and efficient. It's been 1 week and my dip manicure top coat is white/cracked and very thick looking. My pedicure is peeled and will have to be redone. Should've lasted a few weeks, not days. read more

Camelback Nail Bar - Red French Dip Manicure by Jasmine - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Love the nails! the best natural nails! Great place and price! Highly recommend! Will be coming again!!!!!

Had my nails done here. The lady was terrible and Tiger the manager told me they actually fired her because she was bad. Tiger told me he would issue me a refund so I went back in for a refund and tiger would not give me the full amount. I said okay then I will not change my review if I don't receive the full amount and he said he will not give me a refund at all then if I do not take my review down. This is terrible management and worse customer service. He stood there at me for a minute staring before saying he is not giving me the amount back in full and only reimbursing the $35 for the gel manicure when my toes were just as bad. I don't recommend ever visiting this place, if the manager truly cared about the impression of the nail salon he would not tolerate poor work don't on customers and when it is done give them a full refund. read more

This nail salon used to be good until the owner hired a woman named Kristy. She is combative and has a major attitude. She was busy talking to a co-worker, and not paying attention, and proceeded to hurt me. Rather than apologize, she started fighting with me and said it was my fault. Two friends of mine had similar experiences and we've all switched places. The owner is fake nice and seems fine allowing this treatment of paying customers. read more

Lovely mani gel pedi by Angie. I have had trouble finding a salon near my home. Three previous tries until I found Camelback Nail Bar. Wonderful panoramic travelogue to watch while your nails are worked on. I will, most certainly return! read more

I went in because it was close to the hotel I was staying at. Very clean and friendly was what I got on first impressions I showed the nail tech Jamie the inspo pic I had in mind (I know not everything would look like the picture) I ended upleaving with base coat on an uneven & crooked nails IE: Photos attached. Also I have family friends who are Vietnamese and I know when I am being insulted .... just on body language alone. But saying the F word in Vietnamese was when I drew the line. I don't believe in walking out without paying Because karma is a B word.... but I will take to these platforms to let people know not to even take your hard earned money to this establishment . I was also charged 30$ for a custom design but how ... I left with 0 polish. Final impression is impatient know it all & rude . Why would you even charge me if my service isn't even finished I was there 4 hours in total. Ended up leaving because I was tired of the BS. read more

I regularly get my nails (acrylic - I am very particular about my nails) and pedicures at Camelback Nail Bar (previously Kenzi Nails). I have been coming here for over a year.   Here's why I continue to go there...   Cleanliness The salon is updated and clean.  All tools and equipment are properly sanitized. The attention to hygiene made me feel comfortable and confident in the services provided. Customer Service - The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with a smile. They are attentive, making sure I have everything I need, and that I am accommodated my preferences - they cushioned tabled that lay across the pedicures for when I need to take my laptop and work. Service Variety - They offer a fantastic range of services, from basic manicures and pedicures to more luxurious options like gel, acrylic, and even special pedicure spa treatments. There's something for everyone, whether you're in for a quick touch-up or a full hands and feet pampering session Skill Level - The technicians were highly skilled and detailed. Tom always does my nails so they turn out flawless, with perfectly shaped edges and a smooth, even gel application. Sam always takes his time with my pedicures, ensuring my feet feel soft and refreshed. Atmosphere - The salon has a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, with soft music playing in the background and comfortable seating.  The pedicure seating has the massage feature. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day/ week of work. The decor is chic and modern, adding to the overall upscale vibe. Value for Money - The pricing is fair for the level of service provided. I felt like I got my money's worth and then some, especially considering the quality of the products they use and the professional care I received.   I highly recommend Camelback Nail Bar to anyone looking for a high-quality nail and pedicure salon. I live around 5 miles from the salon and pass probably 15 other nail salons to keep coming to this one. It's a little slice of luxury with fantastic service and results read more

Super happy with how my wedding nails turned out - don't know her name but she did an amazing job doing a dip manicure and choosing a white that was a little transparent and glossy. However, 4 stars because my gel polish on my toes completely fell off within 3 days and there was a lot of miscommunication of who I'd be seeing after my pedicure. I had 3 people who came up to me telling me they'd be doing my manicure and none of them did because they all took walk ins while my pedicure was getting finished - just confusing! read more

Camelback Nail Bar - Awesome dip manicure for my wedding. Not too white, a little transparent, a little glossy (like the glazed donut nails) - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Best place to go to get your nails done. Everyone is awesome! Dil is best for you pedicure and Tom is fantastic for nail art!

I needed a mental health break from work and Sam took the absolute best care of me. He was patient and kind, and at times in our conversation served as my therapist. Sam cared for me in such a special way. He verified The temperature of water, towels and stones and made sure I loved the color , shape and masaage setting. Sam went above and beyond to help me pick out the prettiest color. He suggested the luxury gel pedicure $83 with tax. This included gardenia woods lotion, hot stone and sugar scrub and paraffin wax and mask treatment. I have never had a more enjoyable salon visit. Will be back for sure! The salon is very down to earth and sanctuary like, so you won't want to miss this experience. Worth the splurge. Your mental health is a treasure and treat yourself well read more

Friendly service, good quality and light vibe! All of the nail technicians have been very good. Some are quite entertaining. Best of all, they provide good service. I managed to wreck one of my nails before my son's wedding and they quickly fixed it and I was on my way! Thank you! read more

This was just a waste of my time and money and ended up costing me more of both. Over $30 for a simple gel polish change only to have the gel start peeling off within an hour not to mention just overall sloppy work. After telling the lady to clean up this and that around my nails so many times I was done. I literally had to go to target and buy nail polish and a file to cover up the areas where the gel was not cured and started peeling because it was too late to go back and I was only in town for work for 1 day. read more

This place is incredibly overpriced for the service provided. I got a gel manicure and classic pedi and it was all over under 45 minutes. Mani and pedi were done at the same time so super efficient, but not the most relaxing. Also, the quality was subpar. I asked the nail technician to fix an obvious chip while I was on the chair but he told me nothing was wrong and just added more top coat. I am pretty sure this polish will not last long and really disappointed since I spent $100 on my toes and nails. read more

Came into the nail salon a few times after it was under new ownership. Super easy to make an appointment over the phone. Great atmosphere and you can tell that customer service is a high priority by how welcoming the front desk and technician were. The massage from the pedi was a plus because it did not feel rushed. I cannot wait to go back! read more
