Had my nails done here. The lady was terrible and Tiger the manager told me they actually fired her because she was bad. Tiger told me he would issue me a refund so I went back in for a refund and tiger would not give me the full amount. I said okay then I will not change my review if I don't receive the full amount and he said he will not give me a refund at all then if I do not take my review down. This is terrible management and worse customer service. He stood there at me for a minute staring before saying he is not giving me the amount back in full and only reimbursing the $35 for the gel manicure when my toes were just as bad. I don't recommend ever visiting this place, if the manager truly cared about the impression of the nail salon he would not tolerate poor work don't on customers and when it is done give them a full refund. read more

Super happy with how my wedding nails turned out - don't know her name but she did an amazing job doing a dip manicure and choosing a white that was a little transparent and glossy. However, 4 stars because my gel polish on my toes completely fell off within 3 days and there was a lot of miscommunication of who I'd be seeing after my pedicure. I needed a mental health break from work and Sam took the absolute best care of me. He was patient and kind, and at times in our conversation served as my therapist. Sam cared for me in such a special way. He verified The temperature of water, towels and stones and made sure I loved the color , shape and masaage setting. Sam went above and beyond to help me pick out the prettiest color. He suggested the luxury gel pedicure $83 with tax. This included gardenia woods lotion, hot stone and sugar scrub and paraffin wax and mask treatment. I have never had a more enjoyable salon visit. Will be back for sure! The salon is very down to earth and sanctuary like, so you won't want to miss this experience. Worth the splurge. Your mental health is a treasure and treat yourself well read more

Great atmosphere and you can tell that customer service is a high priority by how welcoming the front desk and technician were. The studio is clean, organized and looks like they are doing some aesthetic remodeling. My nail tech did an amazing job with the color application and design. I used to love this place but their work keeps getting worse and worse. I just left, Tony did my nails, gel manicure this time. He didn't remove all the extra polish off from my fingers, they already look like they've been grown out for a week because he left too much room at the top, lastly my thumb nail is like gel glued to my skin. Also, on their website it says a gel manicure is $33, they charged me $38 and said that wasn't their website and they keep trying to get it taken down when it says their address/hours/phone number/etc. I would take your luck and go somewhere else. read more

Walk-ins truly are welcome here - we were greeted right away by a super friendly nail tech. How nice! We selected the luxury pedicure (about $60 each). It came with whirlpool soak, massage, callous removal and hot stone therapy + the trim and polish. We nearly fell asleep it was all so soothing. I chose a basic manicure. My nail tech, Tina, was gentle and very detail-oriented, so I left with my nails looking absolutely flawless. He could not paint a French dip, didn't match the color correctly, didn't evenly apply the gel top coat (I had to ask him to re-do it 4-5 times). He didn't cover my whole toe nails with the gel polish, so it's lifting already. Just overall the worst experience I have had. I used to love this place but the service has gotten progressively worse the last few times I've come in. my last experience was the worst of all. I arrived for my appointment and had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. I asked for a full set of acrylics. I had a set on and had been getting fills for a while, so I wanted to start fresh. the woman who did my nails refused to give me a new set, even after I asked multiple times. she insisted on giving me a fill. halfway through my manicure I was switched over to a male tech to finish my nails, I have no idea why. as he was painting my nails, he was answering the phone and taking appointments. every time he answered the phone he'd act annoyed, rolling his eyes and complaining that people call too much. it was super awkward for me. to top it off, my nails lasted less than a week because I needed a new set and they wouldn't give it to me. I had two nails break and underneath there was MOLD. this is the only salon i've been to in months. i've never had this happen to me before. I will NOT be returning. read more

I never give poor reviews because I understand that no business is perfect, but unfortunately have to leave a negative review. I was a faithful customer for more than 6 months and would consistently get my nails done every other week until as of late. I was quoted a price for designs by Tom ($150) after he shared with me those of a clients he had previously done. Approaching my appointment I shared with him a picture of what I'd like to do and he stated it may be more. I shared that I only had a budget of $150 and didn't want to exceed it, and if sticking to the $150 wasn't possible we could just do my nails the normal way, and that it was all good if we had to stick to the norm, no hard feelings. His response to me was to find someone else to do my nails. In my mind I asked myself, did I just get fired because I didn't want to pay more than what my budget allowed? In my opinion, that is not how a business is supposed to treat or value their customers, and as a result I have decided to take the $280/ month I spend on myself, and the money I spend on my two daughters elsewhere! I have been going to this place for about a year and couldn't recommend it more. They have a great selection of colors for regular, gel, and dip and the salon is clean, well organized, and cute. Every time I go I always think I have a new favorite technician. They are all so good and do not disappoint (Tiger is the best but hard to get since he schedules far in advanced though). I appreciate how quick they try to get you seated and out and their prices are very reasonable for the high level of quality they give. I definitely couldn't recommend this place enough but you might want to call and make a reservation first if going during peak times since they do get busy. read more

Each time the names have changed with every sale. The vibe is just NOT the same anymore! I will definitely return to get a mani or pedi from Tiger again and appreciate the effort to fix things. Previous review: I used to go here when it was Ken's and had good experiences. I needed the SNS from a previous manicure from a different salon removed and wanted a regular manicure too and my husband joined me for a pedicure. My manicure was super rushed and turned out lumpy (I believe that all of the SNS was not removed) and my nails were filed unevenly and were jagged. I had wanted to add on a paraffin wax to my manicure as my skin was pretty dry and wasn't even given the option as my nails were immediately painted after my "partial" SNS removal. My husband's pedicure with the callous remover was not done as well as previous pedicures and he said that there was still a fair amount dead skin left. This is the sloppiest manicure I've ever received, I will drive the extra mile next time and go to Ken's on Indian School. read more
