My husband and I were very interested in this venue for our wedding on August 14, 2027, and were excited to schedule a tour of the property. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to communicate with the coordinator Tracey and set up an appointment, we were completely ghosted with little to no follow-up. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and communication is one of the most important parts of the process. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness ultimately led us to decide not to move forward with this venue. It's disappointing because the property appeared to have potential, but reliable communication and professionalism matter just as much as the venue itself. Tracey was there from the beginning ensuring every detail was thought about and referring CRC Preferred vendors, such as DSide Productions/Franck our videographer! I can't believe I almost said no to our magical video! We absolutely love our film and the experience was so much fun. Franck and our photographer Joanna were the perfect duo. Thank you for that last minute advice to hire him. I know the vision for my wedding was unconventional... but she made it happen with Nacho, the Beer Donkey and other animals our guests were able to pet. And the HORSES Tracy sent our way for pictures was such a special surprise! There was a mix-up and the dessert lady didn't bring our small 6" cake, but Tracey sent her staff to the store and got us a cake and coordinated with the florist to decorate it! This is very unprofessional operation. We made the reservation and made the deposit but was not told that it was nonrefundable. Next day, we got lost trying to find the Ranch, but was able to arrive at the Ranch 10 minutes before the appointment time. As we were wondering in the empty office, no one attended us and group just took off while ignoring us. We missed the group horseback ride. When we finally got connected later on the afternoon, I was told that they Can Not refund my deposit, which is outrageous! I never experienced unprofessional and shabby business in my life. CRC Ranch is a 70 acre equestrian ranch with two absolutely breathtaking ceremony sites on property. I "got hitched" at CRC this last weekend and it truly could not have been any more perfect. This was the last venue my now husband, family and I toured in our search for a wedding venue. I knew I wanted something a little more rustic but still elegant and that is exactly what the Ranch offers. There's a stunning outdoor ceremony site with a beautiful stone walkway for the aisle, a wooden stage and arch. Then there's a beautiful indoor air conditioned barn with the most beautiful grand entrance doors for the reception. Not to mention MULTIPLE beautiful airbnbs, and trailer/RV Spots to stay at over night. This was a "pro" we were not going to find anywhere else and really what held our interest in the Ranch since a lot of my family would be traveling from Los Angeles. We ended up booking 3/5 of the airbnbs and 5 RV spots for our wedding weekend. As for the staff at CRC, I could not be happier with the way our entire day turned out and truly it was all thanks to Tracey and staff. From the very beginning, Tracey has been nothing but professional, honest, and very understanding of what we wanted our special day to look like. Tracey and her staff continued to check in throughout our wedding planning process to see if we needed anything and to recommend vendors to make the day that much more special. Tracey was truly a phenomenal wedding coordinator. We started our ceremony a bit late due to other uncontrollable circumstances but Tracey made sure to do what was necessary to get us back on track. Everything turned out so beautifully and amazing. Our guests had such a great time and loved being able to explore the ranch and look at the horses during cocktail hour. We had so much positive feedback from our wedding party and our guests on how this was just a beautiful wedding and would be a weekend to remember. My husband and I got married here last March and we had the most incredible weekend. We loved this property off the bat because of the airbnb and being able to stay on property all weekend. The wedding coordinator Tracey and Leslie were so helpful throughout the whole process and were super helpful with keeping things in our budget as well. The property owners son Nick was so helpful and was available all weekend to us via text. This is a great venue for DIY brides who are trying to stick to a budget. We ended up ordering flowers from Sam's Club and Costco straight to the airbnb which helped so much with cost and turned out beautiful. The venue allows you to bring your own vendors which is such a great plus. We brought our own alcohol and hired bartenders which Tracey handled for us which was super helpful to cut costs. We also brought our own DJ. If you don't have anything specific in mind they had such a great vendor list that was all amazing. We had around 180 people but I believe they can accommodate up to 200! If the villa is not your vibe they also have a barn that is indoors which is just as beautiful. Music must be off by 10pm but we had an after party in the villa which was great because of how close it is! Another plus we loved was the additional airbnbs on property, we rented out an additional 3 for our immediate family to be on site. The villa itself is absolutely amazing and such a perfect estate for the wedding party, we are hoping to rent it out every year for our anniversary! This is an outdoor venue and because of the rain and longer winter we had to rent a tent for the reception. Definitely keep this in mind if you're doing a wedding on the colder months. Tracey, Leslie and Nick really helped make our special day run smoothly and the attention to detail was amazing. They're also constantly making updates on the property so I expect it to get even better every year! read more

This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it's also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top! A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. We had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's wedding this past week at The Villa. It was the perfect size location for our guests and everything came out beautiful. The coordinators and support staff were on point and always checking in to ensure we were following timing and last minute changes or adjustments. We went to CRC on Saturday 20 Aug 22 for a breast cancer event. We had a nice time and enjoyed the different booths and farm animals. I really enjoyed the country music. My wife loved the horses, she didn't want to leave. There was also a Rodeo going on that weekend. The weather was nice, parking was easy, clean restrooms. The only thing negative I can say is that they needed more food booths. We will definitely to checking out the more functions at CRC and attending many more. Real nice place. read more

Where do i even begin?! So we originally booked a different venue and a year later we found out it got shut down by the county. My fiancé and i searched for a new venue and came across CRC Ranch. When we first toured it we totally got Yellowstone vibes, which we both LOVED, and knew this was THE place for us. This venue is BEAUTIFUL. The owner Bob heard about our situation with the previous venue and was willing to help us out, which we were so appreciative for. Then we met Tracey and Leslie. These two ladies were so amazing. They knew i was disappointed about my previous venue and they told me they would do everything they could to make my day amazing.. and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and so sweet. They truly do care about each and every bride and it shows.. We got married on November 11th and it was one of the best days of my life. From the Ranch house to the ceremony site to the barn we had the reception in, everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish i could re-live my day over and over. It was everything i could have wanted and more. I can not recommend this place enough! Beautiful venue and that's why I give it two stars. As a parent that paid for the wedding I am very disappointed in the company. I'm glad we had family and friends that were able to jump in and help. If you are going for the venue it is a great setting. I hope they improve their business practices for the future, it could be a very enjoyable experience. Only time will tell. If good reviews come in, maybe we just went through an unfortunate incident having multiple wedding coordinators and being told different things due to miscommunications.
