I brought my evolution MR for repairs at this shop for a minor collision biggest mistake of my life not only they forgot to tighten my lug nuts witch were falling out of my rim but also they are a bunch of liars telling me my rim was missing the lug nut witch I found on the floor of my parking lot some bold headed guy that works there needs to be fired.they left everything to the last moment installed my back bumper before even test fitting it witch I have no idea why they painted it before test fit this is pretty embarrassing for a so called pro shop. read more

I received multiple updates from VJ while the car was being worked on. My experience in this place was really good!!! My car was vandalized and destroyed (meaning broken windows, no mirrors, scratches on the doors)... of course I was sad and freaking out about it. Andrea, who speaks Spanish was really nice at explaining the process to me. Vincent was helpful as well. He reviewed my car when I went to leave it. Later, he texted and called with updates with my vehicle, which gave mental peace. He explained to me in advance that probably some pieces were gonna take a while to be shipped due to the covid shortage in car parts. The good news was that My car was ready a week before the original day they gave me. This was great news to me!!! Overall, they did a great job fixing my car. Vince really helped me out. They repaired my car well, kept me updated through the process and then cleaned the inside of my car. On top of that, there was an issue with my insurance/rental car where I was improperly notified of information which resulted in a $250 bill to the rental car company. When I casually mentioned this to Vince he said he would see what he could do. He then called me later and told me that they would be picking up that $250. I had a mild rear-end collision and the other party's insurance sent me to this location. I met with Jesse, who's friendly and professional. Their office had complimentary coffee and refreshments, which he kindly offered. Jesse even took me to Enterprise himself, when the Enterprise pick-up service forgot me and took off with only the other customer! Wendy, the office assistant, was also a pleasure to deal with. Always kind and patient with my numerous phonecalls. I dropped off my 2013 Mazda 3 this past Monday and picked it up today! I was initially quoted 10-12 days, so I was ecstatic to get a call that my car was ready today. Bumper and side body panel looks new, and the taillight was replaced. They buffed out hard water spots on my hood and other minor scratches, and gave my car a wash and vacuumed inside. Thrilled I was sent to this shop, I'm very pleased with the repairs and their customer service. I'm planning on coming back to get the headlights buffed clear. read more

She was able to accommodate me that very AM even though she said they were pretty busy.
