Just wanted to update my review, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A few weeks after the repairs were completed on my car, I noticed a whistling noise while driving. I called Kirk and he had me bring the car in. He drove it and determined that the noise was from my side rear view mirror and ordered the part painted it and installed for me. Chatsworth Auto Body is great and I will recommend to any of my friends who need body work done. After being rear ended at a red light I took my car into see Kirk, from the jump he was super nice and explained the insurance process and what he needed from me. I also had some small damage on my front bumper that wasn't from the accident and asked him to fix it. There was never a time that my call went to voicemail, & Kirk answered himself every time. I had to go home for the holidays and Kirk worked on my car while I was away. I was getting back late on a Friday, & Kirk said he'd meet me Sat morning at the shop to give me back my car and settle up. This particular Saturday was New Years Eve, Kirk showed up on time, and with his daughter... on New Years Eve (I felt so bad). He did have to order a new part instead of a used one and did not even charge me for it, which was very courteous. He is also a true artist and will blend the paint on your car and make it look very natural. My family and I have been going here for years and always have received great service but recently it was over the top! The whole passenger side of my car had been damaged and I brought it in and explained to Kirk that I needed to pay in cash and hopefully as inexpensive as possible. He gave me two quote options depending on what work I wanted and explained clearly what the different results would be. He not only had the car finished and back to looking brand new on time but came and picked me up from my house because I didn't have a ride! When I went to pay, he caught a discrepancy in the bill that saved me like $80 dollars. I never would have noticed and he totally could have got away with it but he was honest. Car accidents suck! I was rear-ended and felt like a crash test dummy although the damage to the Toyota was minimal. Chatsworth Auto Body is walking distance from my office, nice. The work was done on time, as promised and very professional. Kirk repaired an internal thingie that popped during the accident that the insurance didn't cover. Even had rear brakes done on the companion shop. All is well with the car...wish I could say the same about my neck! I have to say this is, by far, one of the best experience I've had at any kind of auto repair shop. Kirk is amazing! I got rear-ended on the 405 and the bumper on my Ford F150 was trashed. I got an after-market bumper. I couldn't make it work myself, so I took it to Kirk in order to make it work. We needed to order another bracket for the bumper. Kirk ordered that for me, and when it came, installed it. Barely charge me, he was beyond fair! I'm a customer for life. I highly recommend his shop, absolutely wonderful guest service!
