I was referred to Quality by someone, and Levon has taken care of both my 07, and 2028 Lexus ES350'S. If you go through a dealer, they will send you to God knows who, and take a 30% bump on top of that. It's hard to find people to trust now in days, as well as people who care. After knocking my drivers side view mirror off after hitting a gate, I definitely needed my mirror repaired because binding it to my car door with tape wasn't a permanent solution. Harut and his father did an AMAZING job! They ordered my mirror, had it in the shop by the next day, and when I brought my car in to have it put on, they had me in an out so quickly. It's one thing to totally appreciate the beautiful work, but what blows me away even more is how friendly and wonderful they are as well. Yesterday I accidentally ran over a really tall curb and popped my bumper off on one side. I took it to my regular mechanic at Bugsville, who referred me to Quality Auto Body & Paint. Movses came out and helped immediately. It took him about three minutes to loosen screws and pop the bumper back on. Granted, this was not a big repair but it was important to me and he treated it seriously and made me feel welcome. The shop is clean and well maintained and everyone was very nice. Did I mention that he did this free of charge? I had never been there before and he didn't know me, but he did the small job anyway. As another review said, it is a family business, very friendly and they do amazing work. Our Dodge Caravan had damage all down the whole passenger side, they fixed it like it was new! It was a nice surprise to pick up the car and find that they also were able to restore my headlights. They told me how long it was going to take to fix and it was ready when they said it would be. Not only did they do an AMAZING job on my car, Movses is a great business owner with fair pricing, and they are all very polite and helpful. He went ABOVE and BEYOND with my car. Somebody hit my parked car, on my front bumper, which is what I went in there for. However, he buffered out multiple other scratches for me and pulled out a dent that I had, just to be nice! The picture I have attached is where I had a huge scratch, the size of my hand, it is GONE. I have already referred him to 2 of my girlfriends who have seen the "before and after" for themselves.
