I recently took my vehicle in to get the rear corner fixed. This was my first time here and I came here because it was close to my home. The repair took less than a week and the car looks new again. The first person I was greeted by was Charlie, he was welcoming, kind and helpful. He really took care of me as far as informing me about the details of the repair, estimate, time, etc. He followed up with me and kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle (They also have a email system that gives you daily updates). LONG OVERDUE review!! I have been bringing my car to this shop for years and never have they failed me. I LOVE this shop. I recently did the mistake of going to a shop closer to work and man.... Do I regret every single moment. Not only does this shop give great customer service, but they go above and beyond and they're always super busy!!! I don't know how you guys do it but you are AMAZING! And I'm sorry i only remember Pauls name because it's very close to my name, Paola... but EVERYONE, and I really do mean it, everyone is amazing here! And they also offer a ride to the enterprise up the street, which is not far but definitely ride comes in handy when it's really hot outside. What I noticed this shop does that others have failed to do is keep me updated on my car. Fix Auto guys have always called me to update me on what they're working on and they even let me know if they are running behind on things, which has happened maybe once and they were only behind for a few hours because they were short staffed but were still able to finish my car at the time they stated. The second time I brought it in, they told me turn around time was 2 weeks they took it out in 1 1/2. They work quick and very efficient. And I know if they can take your car out sooner they will. I put my trust at this shop for all repairs and I will be coming back for more work when needed. Stay amazing guys!!! Last month, my little sports car was side swiped by a guy with no insurance who "didn't see me." The whole situation was a mess. I called my insurance company and one place they recommended I bring my car to was Fix Auto in Chatsworth. I had my car towed there and spoke to Paul, who was as nice as can be. They took my car on and were able to fix it. It took a month, they were very polite and communicative with me during the duration of that month. Had to replace my rear bumper, the GEICO rep recommended the place. The guy said if I dropped it off Tuesday they could get it done by Friday. I dropped it off Tuesday first thing in the morning. Never got an update on anything so I called Thursday to find out an update. They said it should be ready by mid day Friday. 3pm rolls around and no call. I called to find out what's going on and it just got out of paint and won't be ready until Monday. 3 extra days of a rental car due to the fact that they either have too much business or are not very good at what they do. Either way, they get paid $1700+ for working slow and I pay for it. read more

I'm going to have to go off about my homeboy Paul at Fix Auto Chatsworth. Four months ago I got into an accident, and chose to go through the other party's insurance to pay for the damages ( I was not the one at fault, and my own insurance was going to charge me). I chose Fix Auto because they were close and had decent reviews. But honestly the five stars doesn't quite describe the kind of work and effort they put in to help me. The other party's insurance admitted fault but ghosted me for weeks and weeks. FA gave me sound advice, I followed it and it worked like a charm. So I after I brought in my vehicle to get repaired, the other party's insurance (Progressive) switched things up by threatening to cover only 20%, from the 80% they promised me. Paul fought tooth and nail and spoke to their adjuster and actually got my car totally covered!! I don't know what magic he pulled, maybe he challenged Flo from Progressive to a WWE battle and won, but he and all of Fix Auto deserve serious accolades. Lastly but not least, they offered to take the rental I borrowed back to Enterprise for me since I came after hours. After all that, I'm proud to call them my car guys. read more
