I had two cars serviced there -- excellent service, great communication, everything was clear, transparent, and well organized. Thank you very much, guys, for your outstanding work. read more

I have been bringing my vehicles to Romaina for over 10 years for body work and mechanic services and they are consistently honest, reliable, and do great quality work, which will keep me coming back. read more

Writing this review because I received good service this morning. I was helped quickly and allowed to watch the FIFI World Cup drawing as my driver's side door was being inspected. I trust they will deliver a high quality repair in reinstalling my driver's door window. Will follow up again once the repair is complete. These guys are professional and kind. read more

The staff at Romaina Auto Body is most excellent! I totalled my car a while back, and had to pay full price for repair. Not only did Romaina Auto Body staff give me the best price for service, they completed repairs very fast and did a great job! I recommend this place to everyone who is in need of auto body repairs. read more

My overall experience with Romaina Auto Body has been outstanding. First, I sent photos of my car to request a quote for a small dent on the drivers side. Romaina was the only Autobody shop in a 30 mile radius of me that would give a reasonable price to fix the damage. The service was fantastic, David and his team picked up and dropped off my car from my house (included in the quoted price) and delivered my new spotless and dent-less car in a timely manner. I was skeptical to see how the results would be, especially since the dent was on a difficult part following the aerodynamic lines of the car, also since the price was extremely competitive. However, David and his team did an excellent job. Using their service was much better than taking it to my dealership and getting ripped off for the same outcome. Nothing beats quality work and great people. You have earned a lifelong customer Romaina, thank you so much! read more

I was referred to David at Romania by my freind who used him a couple times and and was very happy with the service and quality of work. Then I used him several times for my cars. I've only experienced the highest quality work while meeting all anticipated completion timelines and all this at a very fair price. A three-generation business brings on a ton experience and expertise got my cars looking brand new again while getting it done right. I trust these guys 100%. And just when I thought these guys we awesome I went in today and David personally himself quickly did me a major solid on my van fender to get me quickly back on the road.....making these guys even more awesome! Keep up the good work. read more

Great guys. Fantastic prices and unmatched service. They even deliver car back to you! I was shopping around for a decent price for a relatively small repair on Lexus GX 460, sending detailed pictures around. Denis was one of the few who responded with a quote which beat others. The rest would want to see the car in person - sounds like some kind of bait and switch to me. I will definitely keep them on my short list - God forbid anything happens to my cars. read more

David, Tony are amazing. They made my car brand new, thank you for your service. Use their service.

I recently was in a car accident and brought my car to David. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was provided a loaner and back in my own car in no time. They made sure I was taken care of and made the insurance process very seamless and efficient. I highly recommend this place. Special thanks to David & Max. read more

My employee was sideswiped on 7/21/22 causing damage to the front left side of our 2006 Honda Odyssey. David at Romania Auto Body was extremely accommodating and professional in helping get my Van back on the road in timely manner while doing impeccable repair work. I guess I'm a bodyshop's worse nightmare as I inspected the body panel gaps with a taper gauge and could not find any discrepancies in displacement.....they aligned the panels perfectly.....they did a beautiful job...even better than the factor side that wasnt hit. As far as the paint match is concerned, after inspecting the paint comparison in several different angles and light conditions, the match was absolutely perfect and exactly matched the rest of the car. They are a 3 generation family run business and really on top of their game. I highly recommend....Thank you david, dad, and grandpa :) as you guys all pulled together and did an amazing job on my Van. read more

My car's side mirror was recently stolen, David was incredibly helpful and quick to help me out. I went to other shops and found the best price offered here. Service was super quick, had barely sat down when David returned with my car finished! Highly recommend to everyone!!! read more

Recently, my car got scratched on the side by a stranger. Unfortunately, there were no cameras where I was parked so I couldn't go through insurance. I went to a ton of places to compare prices and was about to give up and just leave the scratches cause of how much it cost. I came in to Romaina expecting the same exaggerated prices and was pleasantly surprised when told the total. David was super friendly and listened to my concerns. I've never had such a pleasant experience in a body shop as I did with Romaina, super accommodating! read more

Recently I had a dented back passenger door and within a week my car looked brand new! Denis gave a more than fair price to fix it, as well as fixing the back bumper from a previous incident. The guys were very informative and didn't gouge the prices like so many other body shops do. Almost everyone in my family comes to Romaina for all vehicle needs. Thank you guys!!! read more

These folks are great! I have an ancient (2005) Subaru that needed some work on the rear bumper. They were able to repair the bumper rather than replace it. It looks new. Not only were they able to do the job promptly and efficiently, but they also picked it up and delivered it up from and to my home. They do business the old-fashioned way, with integrity and honesty. I would give them 6-stars if I could! read more

I got into accident day before Christmas. Back door was smashed. Two weeks after my car looked like new! Thank you Denis for incredible service and client experience. read more

Took my mercedes there last week for front bumper damage and received it back within 2 weeks. Phenomenal work and left my car good as new. They even touched up things for me that they did not need to. They also gave me a free car detail! Would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends! read more

I hit up the people over at Romain because I had an accident with my vehicle (non impact). Just needed some quick maintenance and I was able to get a hold of them right away with out any delays! Of course if you know how a business works they didn't take me right away because they had people ahead of me, however I was able to get my request done within 48 hours and the best part they have loaner cars that they provide so you can avoid having to go to a rental car business and spend double the amount of your repair! I highly recommend if you have any vehicle service inquires and they are extremely professional! read more

In the unfortunate incident of getting in an accident, the easiest part of it all was working with Romania! I dropped my car off, and despite the work taking a slightly longer time than expected, they kept me in the loop and worked hard to be prompt. I was also able to rent a car from them, which made the whole process so much easier. The customer service was excellent; I ended up with two sick kids, and couldn't pick up my finished car. So, they delivered it to my home across the Valley. They've won me as a lifetime customer, and I will def return to them if the need arises. read more

I can't recommend this body shop more. Denis Bulkin is the BEST!!! He's so efficient and a pleasure to deal with--he's an MVP!!! This body shop does beautiful work and is reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! read more

My fiance had a small incident with his truck at work, due to high winds one day his truck door became misaligned. The next time we went into the Ford Dealer we were referred to a body shop. Because Erik works weekends I took the truck in for the estimate... Long story short they wanted $4300 to basically replace the door and repaint the entire side of the truck! They also needed to have the truck for 2-3 weeks... I've been around auto shop s my entire life and totally saw the writing on the wall they thought they saw me coming WRONG. I was referred to Romania Auto Body by a co-worker and because Erik was off on a weekend we went together. The adjustment of the door took 5 minutes! The truck is good as new and the price was amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

The best place in the SFV! Always reasonable prices and the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a bike swipe my car door and Romania was able to take care of it in 2 days. Quality, quick, and honest work. Thank you! read more

I brought my Tesla in for some paint work (fixing scratches) and repainting the wheels. The work is very good and the car looks like new. They were honest about the price and stuck to it. It might be a little less expensive than the big shops, but expect the quality to be high. They also fixed a loose bumper that one of the big shops told me I had to live with. Denis was friendly and took care of business. read more

Romania auto body is the most reliable shop I've ever visited. I came to them with some minor scratches on my bumper and David helped me out so much by not only getting it done in 2 days but also driving me all the way back to Thousand Oaks after i dropped it off. Then they dropped it off at my house for me! My car looked brand new, cleaned on the inside and out as if the damage was never there. After coming here i can never go anywhere else and will always recommend them. read more

Sam and Dennis are my heroes! My family and I have been coming here for years and for good reason: they are responsive, friendly, and always do an incredible job for an affordable cost. A kid on a Jump bike slammed into my car and did a surprising amount of damage. These guys fixed it up like new (literally--they didn't just fix the body but also gave the whole car a thorough cleaning inside and out). They also picked up the car from my place and returned it, no extra charge. Denis was very pleasant to deal with and kept me up to date. And their price was $1,000 less than the estimate I got from Caliber! Highly recommend. read more

This is easy.
