I just left a 5-star review in October for the repair on our Mercedes, and here I am again...leaving another 5-star review for their work on car number THREE. (I swear my family is a magnet for bad drivers!) The Mazda and Mercedes repairs still look great and now they just fixed my BMW. These guys do great work and are my go-to repair center. I'm really hoping I don't have a need to repair another car anytime soon, but if I do...I won't hesitate to go back to IQ. read more

After getting t-boned by someone who ran a red light, my car was smashed up pretty badly. Luckily, based on Yelp Reviews, I found IQ Collision and had my car towed there. Arman and Greg went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance company drama and did an excellent job of restoring my car to its original condition. They kept us informed along the journey of each step. It is rare in this world to find someone who actually has pride in their work and business plus actually does their job. If you need help, Arman and Greg are on it! Thank you, IQ Collision! read more

5 star service! Arman is trustworthy with your vehicle and will give you a fair price. His team did a great job fixing everything on my car, and the turnaround time was fast, too. Literally no complaints! As a single mama living in the big city who has been taken advantage of multiple times by mechanics and body shops over the years, it is good to know there are honest businesses that will provide excellent service with skill and professionalism without ripping their clients off, and I absolutely recommend going to IQ Collision Center if you ever need this kind of work done on your car. read more

I had a wonderful experience with IQ Collision Center. My car's side mirror was dangling off, and Vic was able to talk me through an estimate on the phone and by email. He was very warm and professional and gave me a great price on the work. Armand was also very helpful. I got my car back the same day I took it in and they even washed it and did some extra buffing. Highly recommend this body shop! read more

IQ collision is the place to go if you get into an accident or need any kind work to your vehicles. Had my trucks tailgate stolen by low lives parked in front of my house, was recommended to IQ. Arman was super responsive and always kept me updated with the vehicle and made the insurance process a breeze. Truck looks brand new again and they paint matched the tailgate to perfection. I feel like it is hard to find good reliable body shops these days and these guys are legit. I will definitely be doing business with them again! read more

Armen and his team are true experts, they are very candid and keep you updated during the entire process. Unlike other body shops, Armen makes sure that you are aware of everything the insurance company wants him to do and he makes sure you agree or provide your opinion to achieve the best outcome, true transparency. Armen and his team from the start tell you, that they are working for you and not the insurance company. IQ CC did a great job on my Honda Pilot. Additionally they know how to work with all of the insurance companies who currently seem to have a staffing issue with Adjustors. All in all, I'm a satisfied customer and this is my go to body shop. Thank you Armen! read more

Thank you Armen and Harry for all that you guys have done for me. I tend to confuse the both because they both sound the same, but look nothing alike lol. My car was in bad shape when these guys got it. They had it for over six weeks, and when my insurance stopped taking care of my rental, they took it on for me. This was no small hit we're talking about, so I understand the long process. The guys kept me up to date with what was going on with my car, and really helped me feel secure during my whole ordeal. My vehicle has been restored to how I once had it, and I completely satisfied. I even had an issue after picking up my car and it was personally picked up from my home, and a loaner was left for me while the guys figured out what was wrong. They gave me a loaner!! I didn't have to pay for another rental, or use Uber. Issue all fixed with warranty for anything that may go wrong, Armen and Harry are my go to. Want exceptional work, service, and overall experience IQ Collision is the place to go. The owners went above and beyond for little ole me, and I am grateful. Thank you guys! read more

Hands down the BEST car repair experience I've ever had!!! A gentleman at work had hit my car in the parking lot, and IQ was one of the shops suggested by his insurance company. I am SO glad that I chose this place. The owner has years of experience working with insurance companies, so I felt more relaxed immediately. The whole process was super-smooth. They kept me up to date on what was going on with the vehicle, and were very reassuring that insurance had handled everything. Every person I came in contact with was happy, helpful and knowledgeable. They were in the process of remodeling the waiting area, and it looks more like a cozy, clean, comfortable, inviting area than the usual plastic chairs you see in other shops. If I ever need auto body work again, this is the place I will go! read more

I had a fender bender within a week of my boss's fender bender and she recommended Armen and IQ Collision Center. I took her advice and gave them a try. Armen and his team are friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with my car. After coming here, I understood why my boss recommended them and now I too, recommend IQ Collision to all of my friends, neighbors, and acquaintances. It's always so hard to find mechanics or body shop technicians that you can trust to truly care about your repair work, as opposed to just making things look cosmetically restored. Armen and IQ Collision proved that they truly care. read more

I got in the accident about a week ago with my new BMW 428i. I didn't want to go just somewhere because I have a bad experience with the body shops. Couple friends told me to go here and I'm happy I listed to them. Car was in very bad shape and I was worrying if it would have come out the same or not. Long story short I dropped off the car at IQ collision the very same day and I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. They only took 1 week to fix the car which was amazing for such as big damage. Today got my car back and I could not be more happier. Everything is just the way it was before the accident. Car runs and drives smooth. Thank you so much for all your hard work guys. read more

If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would! I had some minor damage to the front of my car caused by my own stupidity. I wanted to pay for the repair out of pocket, and Harry gave me a much more reasonable estimate than any other near-by body shops. I also had a really tight deadline for the repair, as I was soon to leave for a month long trip. Harry guaranteed the work would be done by my deadline. The repair was actually completed a day early. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was shocked at how great it looked. Not only was the repair done beautifully, but the entire car (inside and out) had been detailed. The car looked absolutely brand new! I honestly drove away feeling like I was in a new car! Everything about IQ Collision was top notch. From their courtesy and professionalism dealing with me on the phone and in the shop, to their timeliness in completion of the work, to their attention to detail and the quality of the work, EVERYTHING was some of the best I've ever experienced. I hope that I don't need any body repairs to my car again in the near future, but when I do, this will be the ONLY body shop I even bother with. Anyone else would just be a waste of my time. Thank you Harry and Armen for such a great experience with an annoying problem, and a beautiful result with my car! read more

IQ Collision has top notch customer service and the best prices. Armen took my car in on short notice and was able to give me a free estimate on the spot when I brought it in. Came in here after my Honda got totalled. From the moment I walked in they guys there made me feel really at ease despite my stressful situation. Armen was able to get me a great deal on the repairs and had a really short turnaround time. My car was in pristine condition. Not only did they have great service, but IQ has the cleanest and most modern reception lounge I've ever seen at a body shop...free coffee, drinks, snacks, etc...they thought of everything!
