I brought my car in for a simple estimate, and they pressured me to leave it that same day (Monday), repeatedly assuring me it would be completed by Friday. Three different employees confirmed this timeline. I made it very clear that I had a trip planned and only agreed to proceed because of those guarantees. Had they been honest from the start, I would have gladly waited until after my trip--they could have had my car for as long as needed. Instead, I was misled. I even called on Thursday to confirm and was told my car would be ready, only to receive a call Friday morning saying that message was "for the wrong customer" and my car wouldn't be done until Monday, after the weekend. By then, the damage was already done and my plans were completely disrupted. Communication was inconsistent, customer service was frustrating, and no one took accountability. I was given conflicting explanations about the delay--first that a painter called out, then that they were waiting on a part and hadn't even started on my car. Instead of working with me to find a solution, they were difficult and dismissive. This entire situation could have been avoided with honest communication.
