I'm a 29 year old female, and not surprisingly, I don't know all that much about cars. I haven't had a lot of experience with body repair shops, so I don't have a lot of comparison, but everything about this place was great. Real straight-forward about the estimate and the work to be done; they kept me up to date on the status of the repair and finished the job about 4 days ahead of schedule. The work looks top notch...can't even tell anything had ever happened there. Also: this won't apply in the future (I hope) but they were very COVID safe. Will definitely be using them again in the future...I mean, if I get in an accident that is. About 3 weeks ago, I had an issue with my tire pressure light coming on. I showed up at the tire place where I bought my tires and had a very negative experience there. I went to All Pro, and even though they do not take care of tires, they handled my problem and treated me with kindness. They even found me a place where I can now have my tires maintained. I did not have the best experience with them. I called them to set up an appointment to drop my car off and told them I got the estimate done somewhere else and if that mattered, they said no. I brought my car in on a Monday thinking it shouldn't take long for things to start rolling. I WAS SOOO WRONG!! I got into it with 2 people about why my car hasn't even been started yet. 3 days had gone by and all they did was move my car around. I know this because I work right near the shop. I was told that the estimate that I was told was fine to bring in wasn't actually fine and it needed to be looked at again. They claimed the first estimate was 12 hours short on labor and raised the estimate from $3200 to $4200. This annoyed me because I was paying for my rental out of pocket and basically paid for 3 days I didn't need to. If the car needed to get looked at again I could have kept my car until the insurance guy had the time to come check it. I got really annoyed at this point and just wanted to find out when my car was going to be ready and I could not get a straight answer. For some reason, the 2 people I spoke to gave me possibly by Thursday. I have no clue where they got this date from but they both told me Thursday. I still couldn't get a for sure yes it will be ready Thursday so I got mad and just said fine I will leave a bad review and that was that. The owner Brian called back because he didn't like that I was going to leave a bad review. We went back and forth about why it is taking so long. He got mad that I raised my voice to his female receptionist but didn't seem to care that I did with the male I spoke to. He tried to make it seem like I was only getting loud with her because she was a female and that is not the case, I'm an equal opportunist when it comes to getting mad at people. He told me he didn't want to work on my car. I told him too bad, you have had my car for almost a week now and I've been paying for a rental out of pocket so you're is going to finish the job he took forever to start. He said no, I don't want to work on your car, I will pay you for your rental. I again responded with no, you have had my car for a week, now you fix it! A little more back and forth goes on and then he asked if I wanted to start fresh and so I agreed. After we were both calmer he said he would try his best to get the car done by Thursday of the following week but if it went any further he would cover my rental. I said fine and left it at that. Monday came around and I had to extend my rental but they wanted to charge me basically what I was paying for the week for only 3 days. I decided that was not worth it so I took the bus to and from work for that week. I emailed them on Tuesday asking if they had a better idea of when my car might be ready because I was busing it. I got a call back later that evening but it was late so he just left a message saying if I needed help with a rental to give him a call. I called back the following day and left a message because he was busy. I did not receive a phone call back that day. So I emailed them again saying I left a message but no one returned my phone call. I got an email the following day which was the day the car should have been done according to the first 2 people but it was not. It wasn't going to be ready until Friday. I emailed them again asking if they had an idea of when Friday because I was getting out of work early that day. I didn't get a response back so I called them again. I was able to get a hold of the owner and he said it would be ready by end of day. All in all the car looks good. There area few spots on the quarter panel where there is like sand or extra paint. I'm sure they will just blame me for "rushing them" to get the job done. He could have easily gotten 3... maybe even 4 stars had he actually called me back or followed through with the rental like he said he was going to. He was quick to call me back when I said I was going to leave a bad review but once things were "good" between us he dropped off the planet. read more

These guys took my car when my engine died, got me the best price possible for a new engine and when they received it and wasn't up to inspection- they returned it and got me an even better deal with a newer engine! Not only did they fix my engine, but they noticed some cosmetic damage on the car and offered me a great deal to fix it. My last comment is about my sound system. It hadn't worked for 6 months. I took it to the dealer and they told me the entire system was shot because of electricity being back-fed into it when the car was jumped a few months back. The dealer offered to get a new system in there for $$1,000 so I had already given up on driving with music. These guys figured out it was JUST a BLOWN FUSE!! Multiple people looked at my car and tried to rip me off, but not these guys. Highly recommend for any body work or repairs needed!!
