I visited CCC after I was the victim of a hit and run which left my car's front end mangeled. Due to the nature of this collision I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I visited and recieved quotes from various body shops, most where more expensive than the one CCC provided me. An employee by the name of Saro greeted me upon my visit and provided me a detailed estimate. When I informed him that I was paying out of pocket and was the victim of a hit and run, my situation was factored into the final price. I must say that Saro and the shop he works for inspired confidence. Most of the time I am weary of mechanics, I feel like they might take advantage of the situation and break my bank. This was not the case with Saro and CCC! I had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. I was treated with respect and recieved friendly service. The invoice had a comprehensive and easy to read itemization of all I was paying for. My vehicme was returned to me looking brand new! They even washed it! I highly recommend CCC and Saro! Finding Saro and Champion Collision was a stroke of good luck (with a little help of a referral from George at MBZ Motors). I feel like I struck gold. Saro and the team at Champion are truly genuine people who prefer to build their customer base by giving an honest estimate with extremely reasonable pricing for any and all the repairs, parts, paint and labor involved. Most other shops just want to get you for as most money as possible and could care less about ever seeing you again. That's just bad business for everybody. Fortunately, there is an honest few souls left in the world and some of them are here at Champion Collision. The Damage: My Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 had a swinging parking garage gate close on the car, causing every panel on the left side of the car to dent as well as ruin a perfectly good original paint job that was on the car at only 40k miles. I called three (3) seperate Mercedes Dealerships and they all referred me to their "Authorized Mercedes" Body Shops. While visiting each one, it seemed that the prices for estimates just kept going up at these supposed "Professional Mercedes Authorized Body Shops". They all had horrible customer service when it came down to just getting a simple printed estimate of what needed to be done and at what prices broken down by parts, paint and labor. Each one gave me an estimate from ranging $4500 to $6000. I didn't want to go through my insurance because it's not the deductible that I was afraid of, it was that I would be paying them back for the next 3 years when they decide to raise my rates on my next 6 month premium policy and then some over the next 3 years to get their money back. Moving forward, I called George at MBZ Motors and he referred me to Champion Collision and said he wouldn't think twice about trusting them as he had already seen their results of their work first hand. First Impression: From the minute I walked in I was greeted by a extremely nice man, Saro. After speaking for a few minutes, he said let's go take a look at the damage. I briefly told him how it happened and after looking at it, he was able to assess what panels needed to repaired, refinished and/or replaced as well as painted. He immediately in his head was able to give me the estimated price without having to use his computer (which he still did print out the things needed to be repaired so I could have a paper copy of the estimate). His price was less than half of what everybody else wanted. I looked over his paper estimate and compared to the others whom were more than double the price and he listed every single thing they did, when it came to what needed to get repaired and painted. I did some research on Yelp and Google as well as called George at MBZ Motors and asked him if Champion's quote would give me the same great results as the other body shops charging more than double. He assured that not only would the work be on par with everybody else, if not better. I'm going to take a guess and say that the reason Champion is able to do this is because they don't have quite the same overhead as the larger shops and thus are able to pass along the saving to us the customers. After a couple of days, I gave Saro a call and told him I was ready to bring in my Mercedes CLS 550 and asked him what day would be best for me to drop it off. I also asked how long he projected it would take and he said 4 or 5 business days would be enough time. In total, he took about a week and that was fine with me. The Results: Flash forward a little more than a week and I received a call that the car was ready for pickup. When I first pulled up, I saw my car from a distance and I could already see that the car looked back to normal but it was until I got closer up did I see and feel the amazing detail they did to the entire car. Every single little dent was gone as well as the paint and lines in the body were back to their original condition. Honestly, the car looks just as good if not better than when I bought it! Amazing work all around. Even my family member said he couldn't believe how amazing it looked. I was breathless and course more than pleased with the work that Champion did on my CLS550. Saro and the team was happy I was pleased and I immediately shook their hands and thanked him for doing such a wonderful job. I couldn't have asked for a better job as they went above and beyond the call of duty. They even fixed some minor scratches and dings around the car that wasn't even part of the estimate or job. It's obvious that they are in business to stay in business by pleasing the customer with the highest of standards. Not only will I and my family be coming here for any future work, anybody who asks me for a referral, I'll be giving them Champion's card with a raving review. I can't say anything more about Saro and the team at Champion Collision than give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for the incredible work you did on my car! read more

This is the best auto repair shop ive ever been too !! The customer service is amazing and they beyond and out of their way to please their customers. I got rear ended so was getting my bumper fixed here and the other parties insurance paid my rental car for only a few days because that's what their estimate showed. Well obviously you can't fix a bumper in 2 days because you have to order the part and they didn't want to pay the extra days for the rental so Greg offered to pay the extra days for me ! My wife was rear ended recently very hard. The exterior didn't show much damage. We took the vehicle to the body shop that the other party's insurance asked us to take it to so they can assess the damages. The owner of the place looks it over casually and estimated the damages very low. He told us he was just going to repaint the bumper because that's all it needed. Due to his lack of truly inspecting the vehicle, I took the vehicle to Champion, and am I glad I did! Sam thoroughly inspected the vehicle and saw far more serious damages behind the bumper. The other body shop was only trying to save the insurance company money and not wanting to properly and safely repair our vehicle.
