I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I drive a 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport, and now that I'm past the factory warranty, it is incredibly important for me to know I have a mechanic who will give me accurate information and fair pricing--without taking advantage of the situation. Ray has always done exactly that. Over the past few months, I've had a few issues arise. When my car overheated and was losing coolant, Ray quickly diagnosed a leaking hose and repaired it the very same day, getting me safely back on the road at a fair price. Another time, when the check engine light came on, he identified that it was simply the battery and replaced it efficiently. What I appreciate most is his honesty. Just yesterday, my check engine light came on again, and after running diagnostics, Ray explained that the system was detecting vapor from the refueling area and that I likely just needed to tighten my gas cap. He could have easily charged me for unnecessary work, but instead, he gave me the correct guidance--and didn't charge me a thing. He has even helped me with small things, like replacing the battery in my key fob, at no cost. Ray is the kind of mechanic everyone hopes to find--skilled, fair, honest, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers.
