Once again, Caliber Collision and Brian Findling my service technician, and writer proved there is no better collision service in California. Brian and his team worked diligently on my son's Mercedes, that I entrusted Brian and Caliber Collision in Reseda on my more expensive Porsche a few days after they finished my son's car. I can not say enough about this establishment. Brian and his team went through my damaged Porsche with a magnifying glass! They went over every inch of my car and circled every ding, dent and scratch. They notice my windshield was cracked and called to have it replaced. They even returned my rental car to Enterprise. This level of service is simply unmatched by anyone I have ever dealt with in the past. During the time my Porsche was being serviced, Brian and his team kept me informed every step along the way during its repairs via automatic texts. Any questions I had were quickly answered. I was never kept in the dark nor did Brian play any games. He was completely transparent, mindful and professional. The best of all this was the day Brian called me to let me know my black Porsche was ready! As you know black is very difficult to keep clean, as it shows everything. I was astonished and could not believe how shiny and smooth my Porsche was! All the old dings, dents, and scratches were gone! The paint match was perfect! Did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after a recent rear end. I actually said "gee, I should get hit more often"

I cannot tell you how frustrating it was just to get a new bumper here. First, I picked up the car and not only did they throw away one of my reflectors but the sensors were going off all the time, regardless of what was around me. I bring the car back and they fix the sensors... apparently the bumper wasn't on properly... (nice work guys) issue is, not only is the bumper now falling off but the seat adjuster unit on the drivers seat is broken off. I asked them what happened and was simply asked "Oh that wasn't already like that?" WOW. Alright, now I'm waiting for them to order a part for the drivers seat and ask them to fix the bumper next time I'm in... I come back a week or two later once the part is in and then they tell me they need to order another part and need to come back another day. At this point I just want to go somewhere else since this place is incompetent. Also, while waiting inside during one of my many visits, one employee has her sexual harassment video playing full blast while loud dance music plays in the back of the store. Very professional. The last time I was there they had two separate EDM tracks playing loudly at once. I come back one last time (or so I think) to have my seat and bumper fixed. When dropping it off I remind them why I'm there and they ask what's wrong with the bumper... they finally decide to put me in a rental at their expense and get me a brand new bumper. I noticed they scratched my leather on my drivers seat but at this point I know taking it back would just end up hurting my car more. If you have any sense avoid this place at all costs! read more

Disappointing I wanted to give a better review because they actually fixed some scratches that I didn't expect them to, but they didn't match the paint on the bumper to the fender. After some arguing back n forth they said they would give me a separate estimate for that. After contacting insurance, I was told to go back and get yet another estimate. I went back, person looked at car , gave me same stupid argument said he would send me the estimate, and never did. Unacceptable. Bumper should have been paint matched from the beginning. Then if you say you are going to send someone an estimate, do it. They did neither. Maybe I'm too generous even giving them two stars read more
