My limited edition fiat was involved in an accident in October 2023 and was in undrivable conditions. Due to my car, being a special vehicle, parts were very difficult to come by. My front bumper was badly cracked with many scratches on it and the rear bumper needed repairs from scratches as well. I wasn't expecting the great turn around time! 5 days not including the weekend; I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and got the call that it was done on Monday. Thankfully they were able to save the bumpers. I was surprised they were able to recreate the texture portions (front bumper grill and rear bumper lower valance) on the bumper that was cracked and needed repairs. As a courtesy they even re-polished my headlights! They look brand new. When I picked up the car, it was clean and the three stage paint was on point like nothing ever happened. My car was the victim of flying debris from an accident on the 405 late one night, causing enough damage to the bumper that it had to be replaced. Fortunately, this shop was recommended to me by a friend. I emailed the shop for a quote. Tom, the service advisor, was very responsive. He explained everything that needed to be done, which parts had to be ordered, and gave me a time frame of when the car would be finished. I dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready by Friday! Comnunication was great--I was given updates throughout the process via text and email. Dealing with car issues is never fun, and I expected this to be a long, frustrating process, but Tom made the experience easier and less of a headache. I highly recommend this shop! Caliber Reseda had my car for two months. I was called and told my vehicle was finished and I could pick it up. When I arrived The first thing I noticed was gapping on the right wheel well fender protector. I walked over and gave it a slight tug and noticed it wasn't secure. I walked to the other side and did the same thing---- with the same results. The clips securing them had been removed and not replaced in the exact same place on both sides. On the left side of the hood there was gabbing near the hood. Their handler called out one of their people who worked on bodies of the car, and he tried to bend my hood into place to fill the gap ---- which obviously did not work. There was also excessive movement on the new bumper beneath the headlights. When I pointed this out I was told "the supports for the bumper were damaged in the accident" ( which is obvious because that's why the car was there, an accident). I was also told The clips for the wheel well protectors were lost in the accident; yet conveniently, they were clips holding the protector to the new bumper. The following Friday I came in once more to pick up my vehicle which looks a lot better. When I got home I open my hood and noticed my engine cover and some securing bolts were missing. This was strange because there would've been no reason to remove this cover. Along with this were various passive aggressive Clear coat scratches on my hood which were not there before. It's not that the car was without clearcoat scratches on some parts of the body before, they just were not in those particular places on the hood. One of the scratches is nearly the width of the hood from the window to the front. The more noticeable one, which may be deeper than the clearcoat is about two inches long, and about one and a half inches wide. This one may have happened when he was trying to bend the hood into place Because it wasn't there when I first inspected. My guess this is due to my insurance company making them pay for the extra $1200 for the rental car. Who knows why, but it doesn't seem very professional. read more

Over the long weekend (2/18-2/20/2023, the catalytic converter was stolen from my Honda Accord 2007. Luckily I got comprehensive insurance, and they sent me to the Reseda location. Tom was awesome!!! I towed the car on Wednesday 2/22 at noon and on Friday 2/24, the car was ready to pick up at 3:30pm. Amazingly fast! I asked him if we could install a shield to protect the catalytic converter from being stolen again, and he said that for this model there was no shield that can be used, as a courtesy he had them install at least install a cat clamp. This may deter them from taking again. He was easy to work with and very professional. Great place to take your car to!!! read more

After a minor fender bender in which another car tore off my front number, I used Caliber based on the insurance company but also because they had done a good job with my wife's car a few years back. Staff was great, particularly Ruben who helped me. They had all the info from my insurance company and all I had to do was hand over the keys.
