1 STAR TOO MANY. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This place is the Absolute WORST body shop I have ever dealt with. I was rear ended by a hit and run driver and my vehicle was subsequently towed to Caliber at the recommendation of State Farm. It has been almost two weeks today, and I STILL do not even have an estimate! After 9 days, I was told that my Mercedes was "too new, and we don't have that kind of technology" so it was sent to another Caliber ALL THE WAY IN OXNARD in order to have the repairs done! Why was I not told this on day ONE OR TWO??? They simply held my vehicle on my lot so they could bill Statefarm for the holding fees! I called the office every day, and spoke with the receptionists Vanessa, or Stephanie..both are absolutely USELESS. Do not believe a word they tell you. The simply tell you whatever it takes to get off the phone. On day two and three I called and was told "I have him working on the car now, and I will have an estimate by the end of the day" However on day 9 I was told the estimate could not even be done there, so HOW was he doing it on day two when I called??? The girl lied, plain and simple. Not only that but my Mercedes was in pristine condition prior to all of this, I was Rear Ended so all the damage was on the rear end. However SOMEHOW while its been at Caliber, it somehow now has a dent on the front Chrome! This was NOT there prior, but I have no way to prove that. They dented it somehow but will not accept responsibility! I have never been so appalled by such terrible customer support and complete lack of communication! This place is TERRIBLE. Whatever you do, AVOID CALIBER. read more

I called this location to bring my car in for a quote to fix my bumper (out of pocket not through insurance). I didn't need an appointment so I came in and was helped right away. The quote was super reasonable and could be done with a quick turnaround so I told them to go ahead and order the parts. From that point on until the job was finished, everything was a breeze. Stephen helped me and was extremely kind and accommodating. They communicated with me and gave me updates and the car ended up being done sooner than expected! My daughter was in a minor accident and the front bumper came off. Caliber repaired the car so it looked like new, and even found a difficult-to-find airbag sensor and installed it before returning the car to us. The part was almost impossible to find because of supply-chain problems, but Caliber Reseda managed to find one in New Jersey and have it shipped and installed within two days. Our family has had great experience with this shop over the years. They are the Nordstrom of collision centers when it comes to customer service. They finish work on time or early, they stay in touch with you daily (by text and calls), and their prices are fair. The other day I was frustrated because I needed my passenger side mirror replaced. The dealership told me I would have to wait three weeks and leave my car all day. I called Jose at Caliber and he told me to pick up the mirror from the dealership and bring it to him the next day. I arrived at 1300 and walked out the door of Caliber at 1320 with the new mirror in place. I wish I could give Caliber a score of 10! read more

The work was completed in a timely manner and the status updates from Caliber were on-going. They facilitated approvals and shared timelines with my insurance company and my rental car agency. While accidents and their aftermath can be stressful, William and his team made my experience as painless as possible. I don't know how they do it, but they remove any trace of the accident and return the car to you in its original form. What really makes this shop stand out though, is several months later I had an issue with a panel on my front door of my car. My daughter and husband both within the same week got it stuck on the high grass curbs. It pulled the panel off on one side and it was hanging out.
