I wasn't going to leave a review because it is no in my nature but I keep finding mistakes and damage from the work I had done here. I came in for a simple tail light replacement, but during the repair, they damaged serval other parts of my car. Including cracking my tailgate hatch and leaving several dents in places where tools were clearly used. They initially claimed the cracked tailgate was pre-existing, but the photos proved otherwise. While they eventually replaced it at no charge, I had to return again the day after picking up my car because they forgot to plug in my trunk button. On closer inspection, the work was extremely careless--the gasket is uneven, and the interior panel is misaligned and again they left scratches and dents where they were working. The staff were friendly, but the quality of the repair was the worst I've experienced. I've been so upset about it and the last thing someone wants when spending money on their car is to find more damage than when they brought it in. Do not recommend. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but Pedro really was excellent. Completely on point. On time and accurate with his assessments. They buffed my cloudy headlights free of charge. Repairs were done ahead of schedule. Everything went right. Everything was professional. read more

2002 Nissan Pathfinder. Only 102, 000 miles. Great condition on except for the weather stripping around a door--passenger seat behind the driver's seat--came loose. The part is not made by Nissan anymore, nor can it be ordered as an after factory part. I got a really wonderful guy, Chris, at Caliber Collision who knew how to fix it. I stood right there while he did. He said he is pretty sure it will stay in place. NO CHARGE. It was also easy to set up an appointment to have my car looked at and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this body shop. read more

When my car came in after my accident, I knew that it was more than external and that damage was also internal. Initially, caliber collision was only going to fix my bumper, and other external marks. When I let the front desk know about that I had concerns of internal damages, she quickly called over Pedro. He asked me what occurred and patiently heard my concerns. He offered to take me around the back so I could point out the damages further and he could get a better understanding. After I explained everything, he diligently made note of my concerns and stated that I was correct - there was damage internally that the insurance had not told them about. He stated he would quickly get back to the insurance about this, and explained to me that they would go back to inspect the car with their mechanic and communicate it with the insurance company. I was so thankful that we spoke, and he was able to understand what I was trying to say and took action! After only a few days, he let me know what the issue was and next thing you know my car was read for pick up in about a week. When I first saw my car, I didn't even recognize it! It was clean and scratches were gone, my bumper was fixed and most importantly when I turned my car on it did not make a weird sound anymore! Thank you so much to Pedro for taking care of my car, and to the nice front desk woman and to Caliber commission! I will definitely come here for anything else my car may need in the future! read more

This review is embarrassingly overdue. A few years back, I went to this location to fix a dent I had on my car. The associate looked at it and popped it out within seconds. Perhaps others would know what to do without going to a repair shop, I am not one of those people. When I asked how much I owed, he didn't charge me. Again, perhaps this wasn't a big deal but I really really appreciated it!! Thankfully I haven't needed anything since that day but if the time comes again, I'll be sure to go here. Integrity and great customer service! Count me as a fan! read more

Efficient and professional from initial car appraisal to completed repair. I brought my car in during the Thanksgiving rush and they were able to finish two days early. Professional and outstanding service from Pedro and his team. I am beyond impressed! Highly recommended!

Caliber Collision repaired my car back in 2019 after someone hit a traffic cone on the freeway, lodging it under my car. There was all sorts of damage to the radiator, A/C components, and other parts of the undercarriage. Later in the year I noticed that the A/C wasn't cooling as much and it was making noise. COVID restrictions kept me from taking it in for another full year to see if the issue was under warranty, but I finally took it in on Tuesday. Richard Hurtado was gracious and professional, assured me they'd look everything over, and even gave me a ride back to my house. Once inspected it was found that the issue with the A/C was not related to the repairs done in 2019. Richard took the extra step to speak with his manager, Will Anderson, who graciously covered the repair at no cost to me. I was absolutely floored! And on top of that, they also installed and painted a replacement driver side mirror that I'd purchased to replace my broken one. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the kindness and care Richard and Will extended to me. Caliber Collision will be my go-to shop from here on out! read more

Richard and his team are absolutely amazing at taking care of any repairs on pretty much any vehicle. I recently got into a minor accident, and was referred to this location by my insurance company. Richard and his team took care of everything and make sure that my expensive sports car would look brand-new after everything was repaired. They were absolutely correct! They were able to re-finish my wheels as well as paint look brand-new from the factory, and I can't thank them enough for fully taking care of my baby! Thank you very much guys and I highly recommend anyone to check out your shop for any collision work needed to be done. read more

I was able to get my car to this repair shop the day of the accident and Pedro assisted me and walked me through the process. The location worked with my insurance. Our Volvo was hit on the front driver corner and we were concerned that all of the technology (driver assist, parking assist, collision lidar, blindspot detection and surround camera) would be forever gone. made an appointment to get an estimate on my Toyota Camry front left bumper which had come loose. Very friendly staff upon arriving. Then Luis came over to greet me and we took a look at the loose bumper. He informed me that the insurance adjuster had to inspect and issue paperwork first. I asked, "can I just superglue it temporarily?" He said that they can do it now with auto glue so he drove it inside the shop. After about ten minutes he drove it back out and they had screwed in the top and secured the bottom of the loose bumper....really solid! I said "how much do I owe you?" and he said "no charge." Great place, great service, highly recommended!!! read more

Caliber Collision is all you need to know if you're looking for service that goes beyond. Manuel Morales and his team of experts are professional, service-oriented, cost-oriented and nice!!! My experience went way beyond good service for a small job, before I could ask about a detail I'd forgotten, it was already on the cue for repair. The service adviser checked every little detail so I knew when I drove away my car was safe to drive. I highly recommend Caliber for your car needs. read more

After no luck searching all over town to get a simple estimate and identifying the damaged parts from when my Future Ex-wife drove my car through the curb, I reluctantly went to a "Dealership" who quoted me $550 for parts and labor to fix it back to normal. I randomly went into Caliber Collision in Pasadena on Walnut St to see if they could help, and their Manager, Manuel Morales with their technician, Jose took excellent care of me! They told me to find the part and they would install it for me. I found the OEM parts online, and as promised they installed the part good as new! Finally after 4 years, No more painful scrapping bottoming out sounds when driving in/out of driveways, on speed bumps, or uneven roads... and saving me big time as well! They even completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. Talk about "Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life"! Many thanks to Manuel, and the team at Caliber Collision for making my day and saving me from this long overdue nightmare. read more

Above and beyond with my car repair. Everything about this place is great, from the friendly and professional staff, to the expert work on my car. The repair work was excellent and of course they offer you a ride home. They have a relationship with Enterprise, so I was able to drop off my rental with Caliber Collision car when I picked up my car. They returned my car in sparkling clean condition, inside and out, and even added a polishing of the dull glass on my head lamps, which really cleared them up. What a great experience! read more

I was rear ended the other day. It was pretty minor so we decided to settle things privately. The person who hit me suggested Caliber Collision in Pasadena off of Walnut. Manuel assisted and advices me, great customer service and very helpful. Everyone was friendly and over a great experience.

I just want to start by saying it's been a stressful month. I have gone to 4 different body shops. Unfortunately, I received the worst costumer service in each and every one of them. Fortunately , a friend recommend caliber collision (walnut) and advised that I should probably try to speaking with Anthony Ramirez . To make it short and sweet; I couldn't believe how amazing anthony and his crew were. He kept me updated and answered every single one of mine and my husbands concerns. When I finally got my car back, wow I was amazed on how good of a job they did ! Left my car looking like fresh out the lot ! I don't usually write reviews; but given the fact that Anthony was very professional and gave us the best customer service someone can possibly give ... I had to make sure the community receives the customer service we deserve .. With that said ... if you're thinking of going to this body shop, do it .. I'm extremely happy .. Thank you Anthony Ramirez for making our month 1,000 better . read more

This place is a dump. My nephew took his car and they charge the insurance over $10,000 and he paid his deductible and now that he wants to trade in the vehicle he has been told by multiple dealers that vehicle has frame damage. They are acting like oh we didn't check or yeah you need an alignment. But my nephew took the vehicle to multiple dealers and Bodyshops and they all said the same thing the vehicle should have been total. The frame damage can be seen once you open the trunk. Would not recommend this dump. Done read more
