I am not one to go online and do reviews but i felt Caliber Collision and Steve deserved some recognition. After my neighbor backed into my car i had blue paint all over the rear bumper and right rear fender, mind you i drive a brand new 2019 GMC Electric Blue Sierra, my neighbor did not have insurance and I had no uninsured motorist coverage "Changed That Today" worked hard for this vehicle and could not sleep knowing my truck was damaged and had no idea what it would cost, this happened the first week of December. I stopped by 2 other bodyshops before Caliber and received 2 estimate ranging from $2500 to $3000+. I was sick to my stomach. I didn't know what to do! I looked around online for other bodyshops and Caliber had great reviews so i decided to get one last opinion. I was greeted by a very polite women who had a lot of positive energy and made me laugh. After a few minutes Steve walked out and shook my hand and asked if everything was ok, he must of seen it in my eyes because it was not a very good day, so far. We walked out to my truck and after explaining my situation, he said to give him 5 minutes and he will be right back. When he returned he had 2 bottles with him and asked my permission to clean to bumper and right side, i agreed and in 2 minutes the blue color on my rear bumper and right rear fender was gone, no dents visible and no damage visible, HOLY $@#&. I could not believe after going to 2 other places and being told the bumper needed to be replaced and the fender needed to be repaired and painted and it would cost me $3000 Steve did it for free and it only took him 5 minutes to make my day and a customer for life, we need more good people like you Steve, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sorry it took me so long to post my review. I was reminded by my sister who just picked up her Nissan Altima Black from you folks and she is soo very happy with the repairs. Thank you again Caliber and Steve so very much. Merry Xmas!! read more

My name is monique rodriguez and I believe this is my third time taking my vehicle to caliber. I will be now taking it in for my 4th fixture because they are that GREAT ! I will post a before and after of my previous take in. What I love about caliber is they MAKE it happen. They ABSOLUTELY have EXCELLENT service they know how to serve their community. Their team members are always very welcoming as well and willing to go out they way to help! God bless each and every single one of them for their kindness. As of recent I went in to Ask my friend Mario Zamudio to help me out with a situation I had went through with Telisis Collision in Palmdale. Not to put a company down but Mike Townley the owner had disrepectedly and rudely treated me when wanting to get my rim from my car retouched when he previously did work on it and I had PROOF and a Lifetime Warrant for it to get service on it anytime and he just failed to provide me service but at that was really rude and really emotionally affected me, but mario and his team were able to help me out and come to the rescue! It breaks me to know that for a simple thing the manager at telesis failed to complete and make a big deal of, but mario and his team are like superheros without capes! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Mario & Caliber Team ! read more

After my car aka(baby) was involved in a car accident I couldn't even start to imagine what the process in getting my life back to normal would be. I needed someone who I can trust with my car and know that they would go above and beyond to repair my car and making sure that it would be like if nothing ever happened. Brian at Caliber Collisions really made me feel at ease when he let me know from the start what the process would be and letting me know of the daily text message updates I would be receiving on the repairs. I've used other shops and seen how they cut corners and that was my biggest concern. But with Caliber Collision they really live by their word in "restoring the rhythm of your life". I couldn't express how satisfied and EXTREMELY happy I was when I saw the final result it really is like nothing happened AND Brian went definitely Above and Beyond with my concerns up to the end. If anyone is trying to find a shop that will listen to your concerns and make sure they make your car their priority, I HIGHLY suggest to go to Caliber Collision as a matter of fact don't go anywhere else trust them and you will be satisfied you made the right choice!! read more

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision getting my BMW M2 repaired. From start to finish, Steve was absolutely incredible to work with. He was extremely nice, professional, and always had such a positive attitude you could literally hear the smile in his voice even over the phone! Steve made me feel like my car was in great hands throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and did an excellent job communicating and working with my insurance company, which made everything so much easier and less stressful for me. Most importantly, my BMW M2 came out PERFECT. The quality of the repair honestly exceeded my expectations, and the car looks better than I could have ever imagined. A huge thank you to Steve and the entire Caliber team for taking such great care of my car. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the final result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop they can trust! read more

I have never been in an accident before, and my insurance AAA sent me to Caliber in Palmdale. I set up an appt to drop off my car and when i got their the young lady in the front office "Jasmine" was very nice and super helpful. I wasn't waiting long at all when Miguel came in to the waiting area. We walked out to my car and he was very helpful and polite and walked me through what he was doing and how long It might take depending on the parts if there was any delays ect. He got me into my rental, and i went on my way. I got call's and emails often in the progress on my car. To my surprise my car was finished a day early, i wasn't able to pick up my car till 6 and Miguel waited for me to get there to pick up my car. I couldn't of been more pleased with my car, looked all most brand new. I will bring my business back here and tell others what a great job Caliber does and how great their employees are. Thank you Caliber Collision. read more

First off i had to come to the Lancaster location first as my insurance referred them to me, i decided to stop by without an appointment "Serious Mistake" i was told i had to have an appointment and it would be a few days before they could slip me in, i didn't like how this was starting out so i decided to search elsewhere, i noticed another Caliber in Palmdale and called them, Steve answered the phone and said it was no problem and asked the front desk to get me in when I had time, i wanted to get in right away to get the process started and sure enough i was getting my estimate within 2 hours of my call. If you want my business blow me away, if you don't then handle it like the Lancaster office did, well done Steve, well done! read more

I had to take my SRT Grand Cherokee in for a small repair, and was amazed by the service I received for an auto body repair shop. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful when I called in. Then when I stopped by to have it looked at Tracy, the manager, took a look at the repair and said it wouldn't be an issue and that they would be able to have the work done quickly. She definitely didn't over-promise and under-achieve like most places I have dealt with have done in the past. They did excellent work (thanks Javier!), and I was surprised that the cost was less than I had expected going in. They definitely have become my shop of choice, and will be bringing in another car for repair also. Thanks so much Caliber!!! read more

CALIBER COLLISION/LANCASTER is the worst body shop to bring your car and get it fix. The Adjuster from this place (Maria) is VERY RUDE AND HOSTILE WITH NO EDUCATION AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION, I called her twice and In both occasions; she didn't want to tell me the estimate from my vehicle and she was very sure that my insurance was going to pick up my truck and take it away from me after the adjuster total loss it....Really ! I wonder how cause I got the title and that means I owned it and that means I can do whatever I want with my car, even burn it or flip it upside down. read more

I was hesitant to take my vehicle to you after I read one bad review about the lady that found rats in her car, but after talking to my wife she told me everyone gets bad reviews and that you also had a lot of great reviews, plus my insurance company highly recommended your company. Thank you all at Caliber Collision, Bella, Paula, the people at the shop, thank you all very much from me and my family. read more

I took my vehicle to be repaired by Caliber Collision. I was met by a young lady named Stephanie. I was extremely pleased by her outstanding customer service. She was very professional and extremely considerate. I had to bring my vehicle back for something minor and because of Stephanie's diligence, my vehicle was returned to me that same day by noon. There was also another young lady who was also very helpful during this process. I would like to thank them both for going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Caliber Collision you have outstanding team. read more
