Westside has went above and beyond to help me with my car. I got rear-ended in 2018 (it's 2024) and they literally just honored their warranty today on my car. I fully expected to pay, but since it was part of what was replaced, they stood by their warranty. They didn't give me any attitude when I called and asked, didn't argue and was incredibly nice throughout everything. My car is a bit older and took a little bit longer to get a part but they even called me to let me know they didn't forget about me. They're super friendly, informative and I totally get the 'we're all family here' without being a scary cult vibe. I'll forever recommend anyone going there. I've sent my husband and mom there for when they got rear-ended (we live in the AV it's a rite of passage at this point). We're all thrilled (as we can for being in an accident of course). You guys are amazing. Thank you for being so kind and having personality. The two ladies in the office are incredibly sweet, Jose (gosh I hope that was his name) made me laugh and was so nice. If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. Our vehicle has been in their possession since an August 2025 accident, and we received it back once but had to send it back shortly after due to ongoing issues caused after their repairs. First, we were told the used turbo they installed was faulty. Insurance approved and paid for a replacement. Then we were told the catalytic converter was damaged due to the failed turbo -- insurance paid for that as well. When we were supposed to pick up the car again, there was no communication. After we followed up, we were suddenly told by Jessica the engine is now blown, allegedly due to damage from the turbo failure. Insurance denied that claim. Jessica stated she did not trust her own mechanic and wanted Ford to provide a second opinion, repeatedly assuring us nothing would be out of pocket. However, we later received a call from the dealership after they towed it there saying we would now need to authorize and pay until fault was determined -- completely contradicting what we were told. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point Jessica spoke negatively about her own mechanic, then later changed her position. When we asked for clarification, she was loud, argumentative, and accusatory instead of helpful. We have been without our vehicle for months and still lack clear answers or full documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I don't know how this shop was rated best in the AV! No manager has reached out to us during this process and their employee Jessica is rude, yells at customers, and hangs up the phone rather than take any accountability for the failed information she provided. We are still waiting for Jose the manager to contact us. Jessica stated we can talk to him or we can come into office to talk to her directly which we took as a threat. I am Looking into an attorney if things do not get resolved or explained and would recommend any shop then this one if you can!! read more

Came in for a quote regarding some light dents and paint transference. Upon inspection manipulation tactics were involved by utilizing sounds as if the damage was particularly bad, and even told that it was bad. I informed the individual that I wasn't sure if I wanted the work done because I truly didn't care enough, (I'll be trading this car in, and the milage is over 100000). I also informed them I didnt care about any paint chips as most of the paint was simply paint transference from the hit. The quote I recieved was $4200. For light dent removal. I have had my entire front door, headlight, side mirror and front panels completely destroyed in the past and was quoted literally in 5k and had it all replaced and looking brand new. The quote I recieved here was absolutely outrageous. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they probably do great work as there are many positive reviews, if your insurance is fronting the bill or if you don't have to worry financially as much. If you're someone who prefers to budget more and recieve high quality work, this is probably not the place for you. UPDATE: Still spending money fixing the mistakes of this shop! Just spent $400 replacing a coolant hose that was supposed to replaced in the accident. This company decided to only replace the reservoir and leave the hose leaking. Stopped by for an estimate on a broken panel underneath my frontside. The office staff were super helpful and friendly. Got a next-day appointment. Came back and Jessica looked at my car. Quickly she got my car to throw shop and I waited about 20 minutes to get new clamps for the panel. Which she provided free to me. No charge for the estimate not for the crew or the new clamps. Our car was hit in a parking lot and amazingly enough the young man did not leave, he owned his mistake. It wasn't bad but the bumper was misaligned. We took it to westside body & paint for an estimate. The gentleman ( Jose)that came out to the car was able to put the bumper back in place without being able to tell very much that it had been hit. Someone plowed into the rear end of my truck. Damage was pretty minor but since I used Westside in the past for another car I figured I'd use them again. I just moved to the state the week before and finally got my new license plates. When I tried to switch out my plates, the screws were completely rusted and stuck. I went to the Toyota dealer, and when they couldn't help me, they sent me to Westside. Wow am I grateful I found them! I'm 27 yrs old never had an accident in my life and for the first time with a brand new car I had 2 different accidents not my fault one was a hit while my vehicle was parked the other someone rear ended me. These two accidents happened in the span of a month !!
