Dan was quick, professional, respectful, and straight to the point. He knows his stuff and when I showed him the dent on my car door (a brand new car by the way), he said confidently he can get the dent out and even showed me the second smaller dent above it. He diagnosed it was caused by someone else's car door (grrr), which makes sense as it happened while my car was parked and noticed it when walking to the car. He gave me a quote immediately for $135, and that it will be an hour work. I shopped around that was the best deal and was curious for the price, would it look as it did before. I brought my car on a different day we scheduled for, and sure enough my car looked as it did before. WORTH IT. I thanked him and gave him additional $ for tip as I was so happy with it (I couldn't even tell it there was a dent), and appreciated his personality and how he treated me. So, the customer service is amazing. Such nice, explanative, detailed personnel. This is my honest/truthful & descriptive review. I had 2 deep dings the size of a bean on my BRAND NEW, 1 week old car. (As anyone would be, I was FURIOUS!!) I have been here before with my BMW & has an amazing experience, so of course I'd be a returning customer. Took him about 2.5 hrs to remove the dings, but sadly, due to stress, my paint cracked and chipped a bit. I bought a paint pen from the dealership (ended up looking like crap!) but regardless, my paint cracked. What can I do? Dings were out, great! But now about my damn paint... it wasn't until later I noticed that some small other parts of my car were damaged while in the process of removing the dents. Wish I was notified? But what can you do. Got the dings removed, but now I got cracked paint & chipped plastic trims and scratched up paint in other areas. read more
