We had such a wonderful experience with Executive Auto Body & Paint! My parents needed a replacement tailgate for their Toyota Tacoma, and Sarah, Alyssa, and the rest of the team were very helpful throughout the entire process. When an unexpected additional cost came up with the parts needed for the tailgate, they took the time to work with my parents and find a solution that made the repair more affordable. We really appreciated their willingness to help and the effort they put into making everything work out. When the truck was ready, Alyssa even had a wonderful surprise waiting for my mom, which made the experience that much more special. My mom was extremely happy with the finished truck and very appreciative of how everything was handled. A big thank you to Sarah, Alyssa, the owner, and everyone at Executive Auto Body & Paint for your kindness, professionalism, and for going the extra mile for my parents. It truly meant a lot to our family, and we would definitely recommend them! read more

Very poor service at first they act like their going to roll out the red carpet for you but it's because in reality their robbing you blind both customer and insurance companies, $550 to remove and reinstall a rear bumper, if that's not robbery without a gun I don't know what you call it , they are out for their their own best interest not for the best interest of the customer whom should be main priority, their main focus is themselves what ever will leave them more $$ unfortunately I had to find out the hard way but never again read more

Reached out to these guys on a whim to get a side skirt painted but ended up painting my front bumper and hood as well because their pricing is great. Quality turned out amazing and they were able to make the new paint blend into the rest of the body seamlessly. Raul and his team really took the time and extra mile to get everything looking flawless, even to the trim pieces around the painted parts and some scratches around the body. Can't recommend these guys enough and will be taking all my future body work service to them! read more

The repair was flawless on my Jeep! When I picked it up, it looked brand new. The paint job was perfect, and the inside was nice and clean! Customer service was outstanding! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, kind and made me feel like family. Thank you for everything!! Sara is an outstanding Office Manager; from my very first phone call asking 100 questions, to my pick up date. She is so welcoming, understanding and patient! She is truly a rockstar!! Thank you team for everything!! read more

I have had to contact Executive on a few occasions. Calling into the office spoke with Sara Tarango, she was very efficient and professional. While my car was at their shop for repairs, they gave me the opportunity to use their rental car which was vey helpful considering I wouldn't have my own for a few days. They dealt with my insurance company but with ME in mind, they work for YOU not the insurance company. If you know, you know. Repairs were NOT aftermarket replacements, and repairs were warrantied. I'd recommend this shop time and time again! read more

This place my attorney recommended them to fix my car. I will never take my car back to this place again because when I took my car in my car had headlights when I got my car back I had no headlights no highbeams no fog lights. They should not have gone underneath the hood, but when I picked up my car, my hood popped up. And I would never recommend anybody to ever go to this place! Because they took out my headlight sensor and replaced it with a sensor that did not work! read more

I called Executive Auto body and Paint on 1/17 to get an estimate on some work I needed done to my car. They gave me an appointment the same day. I arrived to the shop and was greeted by Sandra. She's super friendly and a delight to deal with. From there, Mario helped me with my car and it was painless and fast. Very friendly experienced staff and affordable prices. Thank you guys for making that a pleasant experience. read more

This place is excellent! Danny worked with me on my 2020 Honda Civic. They dedicate themselves to OEM installs, but because AAA sucks, he accommodated an aftermarket back glass! It was all cosmetic but this other place wanted more from my insurance. Executive saved my car and brought it back to life!! Looked so brand new when I picked it up from their shop. Thank you guys for giving my car a second chance it means so much to me. Shout out to Danny and the rest of the crew you guys are the best!!! read more

This place is amazing! I would recommend it highly to anyone. My charging port stopped working out of the blue and I was sure that it was a fuse. But I wasn't sure how to fix it. I called many different places and got quoted anywhere from 150$ and up. This place was my saving grace. It wasn't anywhere near that price. I called Sara and she had me come in the same day n get it fixed. She was incredibly sweet, and I loved her personality! Henry fixed the fuse and was extremely knowledgeable! He told me what he was doing every step of the way and how I could do it myself if it happened again. I can't recommend this place enough!! Thank you so much Sara and Henry for all your help and knowledge you guys rock! I'll be coming here for all my car troubles. read more

My son had a minor accident in a rental vehicle and needed to have a side view mirror replaced. I spoke with Henry, who is wonderful! He gave us a great price, when other places were charging three times as much and couldn't do everything that we needed. Thank you again Henry for all your help. read more

Brought my car in due to a slightly detached front bumper, as well as some scratches on my front bumper and fender on the passenger side of my vehicle. Sara contacted me as soon as I had sent in for a request, and Henry was able to see me the same day for an accurate estimate on the costs. We were able to book an appointment right away. I had brought my car in on a Thursday and got it back the following Monday! The front of my car looks flawless -- the color match of the paint is spot-on and my bumper is aligned perfectly with the fender and body now. I'm so happy with the friendly, quick, and efficient service provided by Sara, Henry, and the rest of the team at Executive Auto Body & Paint. Highly recommend this place for any body work you might need done for your car! read more

Mike Delgado and Danny were great and went above and beyond, even hired another company for me to fix my worn interior upholstery, which was not part of my repairs. Work was top notch (my 19 year old Cadillac looked new) reasonable cost, expedient repairs. They are very good, very honest and very competent. Their shop is 120 miles from my home, and I would not hesitate again to go the distance if I need repairs, and I also highly recommend, including to my family who live 195 miles from Lancaster, in San Diego. I took the Metro Link to Lancaster, when my car was ready and Mike picked me up at Train Station. They were great. read more

This shop won't let you down. Got in an accident, and methought the car would not be drivable ever again. Well, the folks at this shop did not share my opinion on that. They did an extensive and meticulous job on my Corolla making sure not a single part on my car malfunctions or underperforms. The car looks and performs as if it just got driven out of the showroom. And most importantly, these folks will help you figure out the best and the most affordable options so that you are not left with a hole in your pocket. Absolutely recommend!!! read more

I got into a car accident in LA. I never would have heard of Executive, but my boyfriend lives in Lancaster and told me to take it to David. Best. Decision. Ever. Not only did he repair my car (looks and runs like it's brand new), but he handled insurance and always kept me in the loop with what was happening. At Executive, you get small town service - friendly staff and customer service, reasonable prices and fair and honest assessments. If I need any future work on my car, I'll be taking it back to Executive! read more

If I can give them 0 star out of 5 I definitely would like to do that. I had horrible experience working with them. It took 10 days for them to fix a two small dents and a fuel door which estimates was 4 days. When I asked about my car on day 7 they angrily replied stop rushing us ! On day 10 I came and the fuel door was not alined and fixed .. I won't recommend this body shop to anybody else. read more

Getting into an accident sucks. I am so happy I was able to find David to take care of us. Our car got rear ended. The other driver decided to work it out absent insurance so I received several estimates but felt most confident in David and his team at auto collision. I explained the circumstances and the need for the estimate to be solid so no back and forth with the other guy. David was so awesome. He brought the car in a day early to do a really thorough inspection which ended up changing the inspection slightly when he found some hidden damage (he even showed me what he saw in the shop with the car disassembled). We gave the deposit and brought the car back when he had all the parts. Initially, David and all the other shops said 7 - 10 business days. My car was ready in less than 4. I was so happy when I picked it up and my car was all better. Totally would never even know that anything ever happened. Highly recommend David and his team. Very happy customer. read more

I had no choice but to get my car fixed here due to a accident. All I can say is worst place I ever went to in my entire life! Their was a part missing in my vehicle and the mechanic didn't even know what it was called! Then they dirty the inside of the car very bad! And got oil in my damn seats! Then they messed up my tints I had just gotten done before the accident! They ended up replacing my tint but still pissed they messed it up in the first place. Now... then they got my door jammed couldn't even open it at all! My carpet on the side still to this day keeps coming out! My small window on the side door is not even right because you can hear air coming through it! They had to fix that side window over 3 times cause it kept getting loose. My bumper was getting loose! Why does the lawyer office continue to come here I have no clue! Oh did I mention they scratched my vehicle as well. Now my lights in the back get foggy when I wash it which it never has done that! Im pretty sure I'm still missing a lot of issues with my car still. Their is still a good size gap between the body and the door! Now my safety child lock always locks on its own now because it won't stay in position. Thanks a lot for messing up my car! Never will I ever recommend anyone to this place! Never again will I ever set foot on this property! Update: took my Car so they can fix my back small window due to the fact air was still coming through it! Guess what !! Took my car to get a wash and water goes through it now ‍ these ppl can't do a job right read more

These guys are the definition of what a collision center should represent, and I mean that whole heartedly. I was in search for a decent body shop, one that could completely repair the rear end of my brand new M2. What was even worse was that I had purchased this car 3 weeks before my rear end collision. At this point I had lost all attraction to what used to be this gem of a car, the rear was completely destroyed. The back end resembled a phantasmagoria of complete and utter destruction. In short, this thing was beyond repair in my head, especially since it's German. I had the idea that it was not going to be restored at all, that was until I stumbled upon executive auto collision. At first there was some reluctance approaching the shop, but after speaking to its amazing staff over the phone, I was able to build up enough confidence to finally bring my gem into the shop. Once I arrived, I was pleased to see that the shop was organized and clean. Not to mention, their customer service was unmatched! I'm assuming this was a family business, due to the fact that they had such a keen interest in providing me with the best service I could possibly get. The owner, David, was able to take a look at my car and assure me that everything would be taken care of accordingly. I was pleased to know that this was not a big deal for him to fix, this man's confidence was able to speak for himself. He mentioned how the damage that the car sustained was a complete "cake walk" for him and his staff and that he would have it repaired in no time. Given my initial experience with David, I felt that he would be the only one capable of taking care of my car and restoring it to what it used to be. I was pleased to know that these predictions were completely correct! After a short while, David and his staff managed to restore the car back to it's original self. When I returned to the shop to pick it up, it was as if I had seen it for the first time at the dealer when I purchased it. Everything was completely fixed, and I mean everything. Along with their work came their very superb communicative skills. Whilst their staff was working on my car, I would get calls regularly detailing the progress that they have made and are making. They completely held my hand throughout the entire endeavor and I was pleased to see that David and his staff held true to their word. This is not a common thing within the field of collision repair and I was glad to know that they were an outlier. I would choose this shop a million times over, they are the definition of collision repair. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Give these guys a try! You will not regret your decision, seeing as though I did not regret mine. To David, thank you so much for everything you have done. God bless you and your family. To the staff, thank you all for diligently working and assuring me that this collision was not the end of the world! You guys are truly a dream team! read more
