They did a horrible job on my 2 cars. After the worker Manuel finished I checked the cars and they did not even vacuum one car, forget about shampooing the interior. They did not even vacuum the trunk as my cars were completely empty. The did not clean the leather seats and on the other car they left smudges on the windshield, did not even vacuum the cup holders which still has dirt. They did not clean the trims and did not clean the rubber weather strips. They did not wax and buff any of the car which they promised. I will never use them again. I called them next day to complain and gave them the chance to fix it but the owner threatened me that I am going to hear from his lawyer ...I don't know for what..for doing a bad job and then sue me for complaining. He had the Gaul to say to me that I got a great deal because I was misquoted the price by their employee Laura. Which is not true because I asked them for the price and they told me $45 for detailing and $125 for complete detail and I chose the $125 package for each car. I checked the prices twice so there was no confusion. They had the audacity to tell me that when they pressure washed the car with soapy water, it also included wax so that is how they waxed the car. I know the you clean the car and then dry it completely and then apply the wax. Horrible Job..do not use them specially for auto detailing. read more
