Huge mistake!! I brought my truck here for a repair after an accident. First they used the wrong chrome trim and I had to argue with them to use the correct, which they never did! 2 months after I got the truck back, a headlight code came up. I went back and they said it was too long since they replaced the light and they would not fix it. They also replaced the windshield and the radar codes came up too. They also refused responsibility. My insurance cannot do anything since I made the huge mistake of choosing this business that is not part of the insurance company recommended bodyshops. BEWARE they have a 5star rating but they are a no star business. read more

Five stars to D Collision of Santa Clarita! We were unfortunately rear-ended by a reckless driver while traveling through the I-5 Grapevine on an otherwise beautiful Friday afternoon. Thankfully, nobody was injured.The driver plowed into us at I estimate 80-85 mph pushing us forward and causing nearly $10,000 in damage to our rear end bumper and tailgate. We were 300 miles from home with a disabled vehicle in unfamiliar territory. We hobbled into Santa Clarita with sensors flashing, shaken, and uncertain, at that time, of the damage to our vehicle. Looking at all the high reviews, I called D Collision from our hotel. It was late on a Friday evening, but they answered. They assured me they worked with our insurance and would wait for us to arrive. They stayed late, gave us an estimate, let us know what the damage was and reassured they would be able to work with our insurance. They supplied the rental car and took care of everything. We finished our trip and returned a month later to pick up the car. They said it was a challenging project, but our car looks great. Better than before the accident!
