Shadiest body shop encountered. They supposedly replaced my differential,straightened the frame and replaced a-arm. Kept having a leak and a squeaky noise. Kept going back. First they said it was seals on differential. Took it to dealership. They found the differential had been welded a cast metal part that should only be replaced. It was finally replaced. The squeak persisted. First they said it was the a-arm so they replaced it. Then I took it to a suspension shop which found broken body mounts. Then they replaced those. Squeak persisted. Had to get my brakes done ask the mechanic to check squeak. He said it's from the frame being twisted. He told me body shop knew frame was twisted even after repairs, which is why alignment is maxed out to one side and a-arm even though it was "replaced" still rubbing which is creating squeaking. This body shop has since transferred me to another body shop hopefully they do a better job of actually fixing my truck. So if you do go with this body shop make sure to double check repairs. So I sent my husband to get a quote estimate for my Lincoln and they gave me a written estimate for almost 6k, then they turned around and submitted a different estimate to my insurance company which confused the hell out of me. Now I don't trust them and I will never do business there and I would never recommend them to anyone. What was the purpose of giving the customer an estimate for one price and submitting a different one to the insurance company for a lesser charge. The La Quinta Palmdale location is much better in terms of communication. This location relies on automated messaging to handle their job. When I asked why I wasn't informed that my car was ready to be picked up, I was told, "The insurance adjuster said she'll call you." Just a courtesy, a 5-second voicemail message telling me that my car is ready for pick up or I'll be charged for my rental car would be appropriate. I was promised that they would send me photos of my repair, and I'm still waiting. I was not happy with the repairs, that's why I asked for photos. They also drove my car 5 miles (I took before and after of the dashboard)- and this was just for scratches. I'll email the manager to ask if that was a reasonable reason to verify repairs for scratches. The front desk attendant seems like she needs a break. When I called about the status of the car, I was asked, "We'll, I wouldn't know unless you give me the make and model and your name?" ** edit: I received the photos. I was able to confirm that was reasonable miles for the job they did. Two star overall experience but I'll give Five Stars to Claudia M. for handling the situation so calmly and professionally. read more

AMAZING! The care this team has is unmatched. My car was absolutely smasheddddd in an accident and Johnny saved the day. SPECIFICALLY this review is dedicated to him. I had an up close and personal experience with a pole. I was super freaked out because I haven't had much experience dealing with body work on any of my cars. I have USAA insurance though, so I knew right away that if USAA trusted them, everything was going to be okay. Not only am I satisfied, I am blown away by their service. I'm pretty sure my mechanic's name was Steve. This man was so patient with me. Walked me through every step of the process. Trust me when I say this place is a GEM! Took my car to the one on K-6 in September of 2021, i had been rear ended. I was promised that the car was completed but when i took it to get washed my back window leaked they fixed it but there is a large gap looking situation in the inside still. They had messed up my business decal i had on the window and to this day no matter who i call or numbers they give me no one returns the call and my decal is still not fixed. My car had swirl marks that they took care of after 3 attempts at fixing it and the silicone wrap i had on it is not part of the repair it looks like. ***UPDATED REVIEW *** Horrible do not trust regional manager justin and caliber collision, they took 2 Years to figure out the frame was damaged. The car had no other issues no codes nothing besides the little pull it had. Justin had it taken to his trusted shop they pulled the engine out. When they return the vehicle, Justin had assured me that the car was put back together correctly, and there was no issues. After further review and a little bit of driving, the car was throwing codes and emergency brake unit was broken from pulling the engine out That's typically what happens when you pull the engine out without disconnecting the emergency brake first. The engine codes were for some of the stuff not being reprogrammed to the ECU like the steering column and stability control etc. Keep in mind it is a Mercedes. So I then contacted Justin about these issues after the delivery of the vehicle and he assured me that he would look into it and try to address the issues since it was the shops fault for these issues. Been trying to reach out to him calls after call. Text message after text message with no return response from him. This is horrible beware people!!! read more

First I like to start off saying I used this company before and even referred people to them in the past but this time around it was a nightmare. My cart was in an accident passenger side the estimate was 5700.00 approximately from Nationwide. They ended up replacing the driver door and from bumper and so forth spending around 5000.0 they gave me the car back with the car beeping and the a loud clicking in the dashboard , my door would not lock and my alarm fob didn't work with the car. They had me bring the car back 2 days later and had a Mickey Mouse Electrian not even listed in the directory check my car and say it wasn't accident related I just had a bad key fob. They wouldn't address the car beeping non stop. I ordered a new key fob and when I went to a "real" electrician he said my original key fob is working fine. Now I had to run all over town and get my car fixed when that was there job. Not to mention when I fist took the car two days after picking it up on the road one of the tires exploded. Steve kept saying we're here for you but we can't say if it's accident related. Oh and I forgot to mention every time you call to talk to them the phone rings forever or goes to voicemail. I took my Honda Accord to this body shop and they didn't finish the job properly, I had to take it to the dealership to have it fix and after two months and still haven't gotten a call back. I repeatedly called them and went in person but kept getting excuses. Very unprofessional, not reliable body shop. Don't waste your time and you're better off going somewhere else. I came here to get my vehicle repaired only for it to take twice as long as the timeline they told me. They messed up my window then fixed it then scratched my wheel while putting it back on. Finally it's the day to pick up my car and there was smudged paint, overspray on the engine and back number, twilight was unplugged, wrong clips in the trunk carpeting, a dent left in the body and all my tools to change the spare tire we're gone. Most importantly, they didn't torque On of my lug nuts correctly which could have caused it to fall off, putting me and my passengers in danger. Just an all around subpar job... it's easy to be fooled and convinced its professional because the staff is very nice but the work is anything BUT quality. Most disrespectful & unprofessional experience. Be aware that if you wear any type of military logo you will be treated with the highest disrespect. The receptionist could remember my name 3 different times. The claim adjuster was even arugmentitive in person when looking at damage on vehicle. Once total amount of damage was added up . I received a phone call & was yelled at for no reason , other screamin that the damage amount was 6 thousand dollars. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible! I brought my car in after getting rear ended, they took such great care of me. They got me right into a rental even drove me there. Customer service was outstanding and they communicated with me the whole time my car was there. The tech even went above and beyond by fixing my horn which was damaged in the accident. Because of the fact I was rear ended and the horn was in the front where I had previous accident damage, He thought the insurance company would try to deny the repair, so he repaired it himself free of charge!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This by far is the WORST PLACE I have ever been to, to get my car fixed after an accident. They told me my car would be ready in two weeks, it took over a MONTH, yes a MONTH to get it fixed and not only that! When they said my car was ready I went to pick it up and they were putting USED parts on my vehicle with scuff marks on it and scratches everywhere! Some parts were not even aligned correctly like my bumper for example was completely OUT OF PLACE!! Then, I finally get my car back with everything new that I told them to replace with NEW parts and not used including tires, mind you my accident happened a year ago, TODAY July 3rd 2020 I had been having issues with my tire that kept going flat over and over again and finally took it to a shop today and there was A FACTORY STICKER FROM CALIBER COLLISION STUCK BETWEEN THE RIM AND TIRE which was causing my tire to keep deflating!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Extremely poor service for the amount of money they charge!!!! I will be telling everyone I know TO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Horrible place!!! read more
