Got rear ended in other state. Didn't look much of a damage for me, though it could be just $300 or so, less than the deductible. But mine is a new car. So, estimates from few shops indicated otherwise. Anyway, showed it to Dave and he suggested me to make a claim over other person's insurance (I didn't know how) and got me through all the way. I cannot even begin to thank you enough for the two jobs that you recently completed for me! I had no idea that you would have the ability to make the cars look as though they just came off of the show room floor! In addition, my car was supposed to be in the shop for five days, but after notifying Critical Car Care of a scheduling conflict, instead of canceling my appointment, they were able to pull in the man power to complete the job twice as fast, and for what they originally quoted me at! Usually you would think that attempting something more quickly might compromise the outcome, but certainly not in this case. On a sidenote, CCC has some of the raddest and rustic decor, and for an auto shop, I couldn't even find a pile of greasy rags in the office or notice the smell of oil... Thank you for everything. I wasn't going to leave a review until I got pulled over last night by 3 cops because I have no running lights. When they fixed my bumper they forgot to make sure my lights worked. I could have gotten into an accident driving at night. Thank god the cops let me off with a warning. Now to my car. I brought my car to the shop to repair a cracked tail light and a dented bumper. Kind of unhappy with everything and here's why. 1. I brought in my estimate from my insurance company that had a new bumper and paint on the estimate that was a total of $1,200. The owner told me that he didn't have to get a new bumper or repaint the car but yet he charged my insurance for 14 hours of paint labor. It was $1,800 to fix everything in the photo without a new bumper and paint. Outrageous! 2. I asked them to remove a few scuff marks on the drivers side of my car and the owner said it would be no problem to rub them out for me. When I picked up my car I was bummed to see that they didn't do it. 3. They fixed a ding on my passenger door for $200 and you can still see the ding. 4. When I picked up my car my average gas mileage went from 35 to 15.1 so whoever drove my car drove the shit out of it for it to go down by half. Don't appreciate that. I wish I would have taken my car to a dealership to have everything done right and not be ripped off. read more

We took our trailer here to replace the roof and their quality of work is very poor. A lot of damage to our vents, including emergency hatch that should have been fixed or replaced before returned to us. When bringing up the damages that were noted when doing a look over they were very nonchalant and said "there was nothing they could do". We would not recommend this place and would give them 0 stars if we could. read more

We were told it was going to be a 2 week process. It actually took 3 weeks, thank God for rent a car places. We were annoyed that we did not have a car but that soon changed. I was given critical care's phone number by grand design as a contact to have them help me get back into my fifth wheel I was locked out. I called both phone numbers given to me by grand design the same person answer the phone for both locations. I asked if they had a master key would be able to come help me get back into my RV. My phone number was taken and I was promised a phone call back. It has now been six hours later and I still received no phone call and highly doubt I will. I wouldn't recommend them for anything at this point. I explained being locked out of my RV also meant I have no vehicle keys and was stuck outside in the heat until I could get back in. That is awful customer service even if they could not do it they could've at least given me a call back. read more

Just took our car back to the shop because of the struts that's were replaced were defective. That was 7mo after we brought the car for the repair. I called Dave and explained what the car was doing and the noise it was making and that my husband had taken the car to see what was wrong and the one strut was bad. I told Dave one was bad and he had said well the other one needs to be replaced as well, which Nick at the tire store had already explained to my husband when you replace one you have to do the other. I told my husband we need to pay for the other side but Dave did it not even a question and sent it to have the front end aligned, that was also our responsibility but Dave did it. I go no where else when I need a body shop. I can't thank them enough over there for being so kind and generous. Had small rust spot on front windshield post repaired and windshield replaced. Brought it in first thing Monday morning. I told them I would be having safelite do the windshield install and I just needed them to fix the rust spot. I was convinced to have them install the windshield and boy was that a HUGE mistake.. First they tried to seriously over charge me, then when I brought it to there attention, the owner blamed it on the receptionist saying she messed up on the labor cost. But when I asked her about the price she said it was because of parts for the install. When I mentioned safelite being able to do it for a certain price, that's when there was a mixup with the pricing and he thru her under the bus. Did I mention I didn't get a phone call until Thursday, when I brought in on Monday ! AND I called multiple times in between. And they were not busy at all, I should have taken that as a sign. Anyways, when it finally did get installed, they used GENERIC moldings to install it, instead of using the correct parts, which would have ate into their profits too much, so instead they did it the cheap way. She clearly stated the price was higher than the quote they gave me because of the moldings, then magically the price comes down. Now I have to pay SAFELITE to do it right. To top it all off, my alarm no longer worked and my car wouldn't start when I went to pick up my car. Never ever had an issue with it starting. So I had to have it towed to a repair shop to diagnose it. All of which cost more money. Turns out not only did they disable my alarm, they broke the clutch pedal switch!!! So between the terrible communication, attempts at ripping me off, then successfully finding a way to rip me off, and then costing me more money and time after the transaction, I WOULD STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE BODY SHOPS IN THE AREA. I should know, I used to work at one. P.S. I never told them I worked in auto body repair for over 5 years just to see what they would do. Didn't even clean off the white residue from wet sanding the primer in my door jam. read more

Same blue Suzuki gets reare-ended at a stoplight by a drunk driver -- dad driving this time -- took it to Critical Car Care - once again a perfe match and the car looked brand new - - that was three years ago and the paint job is still perfect, the body work was once again FANTASTIC - that car is 12 years old but the body looks brand new. I took my Rv in for body work, paint and a new awning. It took five month for the repairs. The paint was bubbled and the new lights were not adjusted properly. The awning would not open after being replaced. I had to have another Rv Repair place do the work. I had to put on new shocks and have the awning secured as the screws had fallen out when I first opened the awning. The carpet was to have been shampooed by a professional. It was done by a lot boy and poorly at that. After the owners dog peed on the carpet they redid it poorly. I had to have another company come do the carpets and chair over again at my expense. I had to have the awning repaired at another facility at my expense to correct the faulty awning. When I went to pick up my Rv there was a patch in the roof and the owner said that it was a bubble that he decided to arbitrarily repair. He charged me 33.oo for the negligence of his employee. When the repair tech replaced my kitchen fan the whole roof was stained with black foot prints that are impossible to remove. My microwave was missing a turntable apparatus when we picked up the rv. My upper dash had to be reattached because it was falling down. The black splash which was coming lose was poorly sealed with a gob of lap sealant. The front A/c in the dash was not working and I asked them to fix it. They did not and charged me another five hundred dollar deductible to my Good Sam Coverage. I ended up paying two deductibles on the warranty for mechanical and one for 500.00 paint and window. The window strip in the middle was coming lose and the window sealant had oozed out in the drivers upper right window. When addressed the shop simply put in sealant and tapped the seal down. My original estimate was lost when I began to question some items. My bedroom windows were supposed to be fixed to close and they do not completely close. My two insurances paid this shop over thirteen thousand dollars and I paid 1700.00 to get thoroughly ripped off. read more

This is the worst body shop I have ever experienced. Our RV was there for over four months. Every thing was done with cheap parts and poor workmanship. Our new 18 foot awning still needs to be pushed out manually. The punched a hole in our roof and charged us to repair it. I kept going back, but finally got tired and had another shop finish the repairs. Our windows that they repaired have to be manually shut to seal from the outside. They were asked to replace our toilet seal. When I replaced the toilet two months later I noticed that they had left the old seal in place and had just tightened it down.
