This is a wonderful family friendly auto repair company. My husband and I came here with our toddlers to get a repair as claimants. It's nice on the inside, super clean, quiet, spacious and modern farmhouse decor. They had toys, books and a toddler table. My kids were so pumped. We read stories and played while my husband handled business. The owner was amazing, his energy was warm and welcoming. He brought snacks out for our kids and gave them popcorn from an on site popcorn maker. The owner was very thorough with explanation. Another vehicle ran over car debris, presumably from a previous accident, and sent it right into my car. Thankfully the hood took the brunt of the impact. We took it to Caliber Collision and Johnny started the process right away. New hood, windshield and a few other repairs caused by the impact. It looks fantastic. Second time I bring in the same car- different accident - December 2022 My car was crashed and brought it in for repair. Once work was done, they failed to put the license plate bracket and license plate back on the car. Unfortunately did not realize it until I received a ticket for no front plate. I reached out to Caliber as I needed to get the plate back- no longer at the shop. I had to pay for the ticket, the new plate holder- bracket and a new set of license plates- all out of my pocket when they were supposed to put the plates back on. I called the office and they said they were going to reimburse me, yet never heard back from them. I sent two emails following up and didn't hear from them. My insurance paid more than what Caliber had estimated and paid on time. You would think that Caliber would be more customer driven. read more

I went in to get my car fixed because I hit a massive pothole my car lost charge and my ac went out. They didn't fix none of that. I got my car worse with a dent that wasn't there my car smells like mildew and rats were eating the dog food I left, brand new bag. I had a terrible experience with this Caliber location. They removed the bumper, found previous damage, and refused to do the repairs because of that previous damage. That was inconvenient and annoying, but somewhat understandable. The real headache was when it came time to pick up the vehicle. They could not restore it to the condition it was when I brought it in and forced me to sign something saying they didn't do any work on the car. I didn't want to sign it but they were holding my car ransom until I signed. Such a headache. read more

I brought my truck here after being referred to this specific location by a close friend. Keeping in mind it's not even the closest to me. After having a previous horrible experienced at a different body shop I did not want to take any chances. I was assisted by Sarah D from the very beginning. She got me in same day for a quote, got my truck in 24-hours later and handled everything with my insurance. Keeping me informed throughout the process. There were additional repairs needed not covered by insurance because unrelated to the accident but she was very clear on what was covered and what I would have to pay out of pocket. Throughout the entire process she checked in and emailed me regularly. Never overpromised anything. In the end, I got my truck back sooner than expected and the repairs I had to pay out of pocket actually ended up being less than quoted because they didn't need to use all of the material they initially thought. I took my car here after my insurance had them listed as an option. They ended up leaving my car worse than when I brought it to them. I had two dents on the side of my car which they did fix but in doing so they left other parts in my car broken that were not broken prior to visiting them. I had to take my car back to the Ford dealership where they fixed everything and did tell me whoever fixed my car prior to them did a rough job. It took Ford less than 48 hours to fix everything Caliber had broken whereas it took Caliber a month to get dents out and in the end they didn't fix my car.
